PRIME JORDAN SPIETH WAS SO GOOD

Not sure about you, but prime Jordan Spieth was easily one of my favorite eras in golf.

  1. He's destroyed his game😢
From best putter and short game to….middle of the pack.
But hey….he's 7 yards longer off the tee

  2. The dude had one good year and then included in a documentary to keep him relevant. He’s a flash in the pan and will never be great again

  3. I thought that his swing was never his strength but rather insanely good short game – which is hard to maintain apparrantly.

  4. Less of a chicken wing follow through. His swing evolved away from this as (I think) he began trying to keep the face square through and well after impact which is unnatural and fights physics given the shaft enters the heel, not the centre of the clubhead. To keep it square and not turning over you have to massively manipulate the wrists and this is also where the chicken wing comes from. The best ball strikers allow the clubhead to turn over. It’s like most things in golf, you do the opposite to what you think. To get the ball to go right you swing left. To get it to go left you swing right and to keep the ball straight, you don’t hold the face square but allow it to turn over. He stopped doing that and struggled ever since.

  5. Look how braced his right leg is. You watch Spieth now and his right leg is straight on the driver / long irons and he just doesn't swing it as well. On the wedges it's much more controlled

  6. A 30million dollar a year deal by att will make you practice less, just my opinion. The original LIV golfer

  7. I agree with some of these comments, commercial deals somehow mess with their heads. seen some players lose their mojo.

  8. When he caught my eye by making some tremendous hits… he seemed to fade to the wayside? He's there but not so much in contention anymore. Relevant buy not much more. Where is his game that caught my eye?
