Can I beat Nelly Corda from the same tease? [Music] Oh god. She’s an LPGA superstar and one of the best female golfers on the planet. Yeah, this is getting uh too close, too fast. Oh, go. [Music] How hard are you ridding against me right now? Very hard. And I may have asked for five shots, too. All right, Nelly, thanks for doing this. No problem. Five shots today. I always start five under against all the pros. Okay. So, it’s not five shots handicap wise. It’s not five shots handicap. It’s just starting with a five shot lead. Got it. playing the same TE’s. Yes. So, I’ll play what you play out here at concession. I play a combo. Try to play like major championship yardage, which is what 67 67 68. Yeah. So, about that. If you go at that right bunker, you’re you’re in it. Okay. Like how far do you hit it? Uh I mean I usually So, so I car I carry it around 275. It’ll go out to like 290. Okay. So, yeah, you definitely don’t go at the right bunker. Well, I officially am getting PTSD. Um, I had a tournament here when I was a kid. I was in high school and I fired some some really bad scores and I just remember standing on this hole right here. This was the first hole. Um, my dad’s right over there. Not I’m pretty nervous right now, but not near as nervous, which is good. Nelly, you can lead us off here. Okay. Okay. Well, I can go at the right bunker cuz I don’t not hit it that far. 423. This is a long hole to start. Yeah. No, it’s a little left. Is that in the bunker? Is that short of it? Yeah, probably in it. Okay. See, I’m not near as nervous as I was in junior golf. That’s concerning. I feel like that should be good. Is that bunker? Is it just maybe just I think maybe over hopefully left of it. All right. Well, that might be in the bunker. Just left. We both went left. Um Oh, I’m Oh, you’re up there. And then I don’t know who is who. Maybe that’s you. Oh, no. There’s two. I think there’s one right here in the bunker. Whoa. I got a little lucky there. I don’t know where that hit, but I thinned it. I don’t know if I’ve It like You can see it on the lip. You see the lip right there where it hit? Took a chunk out. Oh, first of the day. Two feet. Yeah. I got to say I am uh I’m bound some PTSD right now from my junior tournament. Now, like all I keep hearing about is this PTSD. Yeah, I keep talking about it. Um, it’s coming back cuz I actually kind of forgot this first hole, but now I remember this. Okay, that’s a crazy looking lie. There we got 134 yards. I mean, I don’t know how that’s coming out of there. Let’s just say it’s going to jump a little bit. Oh, yeah. That jumped. Look at that thing. I mean, wow. That had like over spin on it. It’s a perfect gur. There we go. Center of the green. There you go. Are you big on picking out a spot on your chip shot on chips or pitches? No, I’m more of like I need to visually see it. Okay. Kind of see my shot. Yeah. I’m not like I have to dial in on this one spot and hit it there. Some people are big on spots and I’m definitely not too. Sometimes when I get up here, that’s when I kind of see and pick out the shot that I want to hit. But, um, I’m looking at a shot right now that’s going to probably fly majority of the way. So, I’m taking my highest lofted club, which is a 58. Beautiful. Thank you. What a shot. Shinku right out of the gate. Well, I had to redeem myself after that last shot. It was I I I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anything quite like it. Well, nothing like I don’t know if it start the lip, but it like dove and it was like it was doing some interesting thing. Oh my. Good try. Thank you. Good pot. Okay. Thank you. Good save. Woo. I was stressed watching, you know, but I mean I shouldn’t be, but I was. What the just the chip and just everything. I was just like a lot. It’s just golf. You’re on the verge constantly of things just going really bad or like really great or really great. Yeah, it’s either one or the other. I’m trying to focus on the good. Jeez. First hole you go, I have PTSD. I have PTSD. I have PTSD. There’s a little bit of a difference in mindset. I’m like, try to be positive, Nelly. Sorry, I won’t share my PTSD anymore. You’re good. I’m getting past it right now. Okay, I think that really helped me. I feel pretty good. Okay, still a five shot lead after the first hole. Here we go. Second hole, par four. Oh, I am loving the bunkers today. I think you’re going to be left of it. You just carried it. No, I think Yeah, you carried it way down there. Are you carrying it? Yeah. How are your eyes? Really bad. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah, that’s usually I ask my caddy Jason. I’m like, where is it? And I’m wearing contact cuz that was like bouncing in the fairway. I think it’s in the huge bounce. I am the one that hears and he’s the one that sees. So if it hits a tree, I’m like that hit a tree. Yeah, that one actually might carry or it’s in the bunker. Oh, we carried. Yeah, dang. I think we did. It was a little spinny. I don’t know. How far do you hit the ball? Like when you hit a good drive, how far does it go? Um, I’ll carry it in the 250s depending on my adrenaline. But it will roll out. Roll out. Yeah. Till like 270ish. Okay. Yeah. I have 125 yards. I’m hitting a pitching wedge. It’s just on the front of the green. You don’t want to go long cuz it’s there’s a sneaky bunker behind it. So, just going to hit a pitching wedge just right. It’s a little thin. Nice shot. And high. Solid. Thank you. Solid. You know when you’re like a kid and you remember something but like do we go back and we remember our PTSD from this? Well, no, no, no. I just remember this course different. Like you know when you’re a kid you remember something it was like bigger. Well, honestly that’s how I feel about like meeting legends that I looked up to and then meeting them for the first time and I was like, “Oh my gosh, you guys were like 66 in my head and like massive and big and I’m like now you’re the same height as me.” There’s a lot of PJ tour players. You see them in person. I’m not going to name the days, but they’re like way smaller than you would ever thought. Yeah. But it’s just because I think you just picture them so big, right? And on TV, you can’t tell height. Yeah, that’s true. Oh no. Oh no. Don’t know where that’s at. bunker. Hit it nice though. That’s in the bunker. I think so. Long left. Okay. Well, this was not ideal at all. Wish I could redo it, but here we are downhill running away from us. We can just get this on the green. Should be pretty good. It’s pretty good down. Okay. Just pushed it a little bit. Okay. Oh, I like the sand here. All right, Nelly. Big chance here to Are we doing Are we doing match play or are we doing stroke? Okay. Yeah. Oh, get him. Wow. Oh, man. Good birdie. Woohoo. That’s pretty good. See, I I do believe a little adversity like you had on that first hole is sometimes good. It got you settled in. You know what? I actually hate birding the first hole. I do too. Hate birding the first hole. Everyone says that. Hate it. I like a big I like a bogey out of the bogey is great. Okay. Low expectations. That’s why. But I will I don’t mind a nice bogey out of the gate. Nope. A little hard. Okay. Okay. Just a boring bogey. Very bad. We just lost two shots. It’s four under to one under. Three shot lead. Let’s go that quick. It can all change. It does happen fast. It does happen really fast. Sometimes too fast. Yeah, that’s golf. Yeah. If you go, let’s say at that solo palm or solo tree right there, just left of that tree, I think you’re going to run through. Okay, perfect. Yep. Shot. Thank you. Beauty. Thank you. Beauty. You’re saying I just go a little right of that? Yeah, I would say kind of in between that. solo tree and like over this tree right here. Bro, those sand hills are fighting. See that? My best drive, too. Yeah, great shot. Thank you. Do I have a future in caddy? I feel like you’re Yeah, that was really good information cuz I hit it on your line. Yeah, I feel like a lot of players would be really good caddies cuz they know what they want to hear. Yeah. Um, so if you’re around the game a lot, if you went to catting now, I feel like you’d be a great caddy. Just like Wesley, he’s a great caddy because he knows what he wants to hear when we’re playing or you’re like super judgmental like, “Oh my gosh, why did you do that? Just give it to me, please.” Right. Right. How is that like with your caddy? Is there ever a time where you guys disagree and it just gets a little like weird where you’re just like quiet for a second? Like you like pull a club like what are you doing? You’re like, “I got this. Hold on. Trust me.” Um, not that, but like we’ve been together for nine years. So, that’s a good good caddy player. I have all my wins with him on the LPGA. Like, yeah. Okay. So, we have a great relationship and yeah, there are times where we disagree or he like it’s so funny like by now I know him so well that like when I tell him I’m like, “Oh, I’m thinking this.” I can hear it in his tone that he’s like not 100% confident in it. And then I’m like, “Okay, so what?” Like Yeah. And you spend that much time. Yeah, I know. And he’s like he’s like, “Oh my gosh, we know each other way too well.” He’s like, “Sometimes that’s a blessing and a curse.” Is this a par five? Yeah. Oh, let’s go. So, it’s it’s pretty reachable. I don’t think it’s reachable for me. I may be just just in front of the green, but I’m still going to send it because there are a couple bunkers. So, um I think it’s like 247 and I’m hitting a 3-wood. Wow. Wow. Please get there. Wow. Oh no. Just short, but it’s good. That thing just landed right on the floor. That was hit. Nice. Thank you. Okay, this is the worst yardage I could have. I have 220. It’s perfectly in between a 4 iron and a hybrid. This is a a little bit too much. So, you’re going hybrid. I mean, what I do 220? You think I hit four iron? I do. Listen, if I’m your caddy right here, okay. Yeah. What would you do on this hole? Is short better? Short is 100% better? Okay, now we’re going for But if I’m your competitor, please pull out the hybrid. It’s too late now. Oh, or low. Whoa. Whoa. We’ll have a little trip off. Okay. We’re going to be right next to each other. Y What are these things in your golf bag? They’re my friends. I’ve just collected them over years. Like I got this from a fan. I got this from a prom partner the week I won in Taiwan. So I just kept it on naturally. This was my favorite cartoon growing up. It’s called It’s Czech. It’s a Czech cartoon. Okay. Gachek. And now my sister’s son Grayson, he loves the cartoon. So, and then I love lions. So, I have a couple of lines that like my friends have given me and I’ve had this for a really long time. Little memories along the way. Yeah, exactly. So, I always have my friends with me. Come on. So, you’re never by yourself. When you go to practice, you always got your homies. I got my homies. Yeah. You’re always on the bag. And I got my tripod, too, recording 100 swings. Yeah. So, you look at your swing all the time. Yeah. That I I feel like now with iPhones, I mean, when I first started playing, I’m not acting like I’m an old I’m 27. So, when I first started playing, I was like 13, 12 or 13. I remember taking a a swing video and it was like a big deal back then. You were like, “Whoa.” Like looking at it, like scrolling through it. Yeah. Because back then, like with my coach, like he would have like a a camera, put it on a tripod. We would have to go inside after and then like analyze the swing. Now you’re just like straight doing it on your own. Wait for the film to develop. But not that old. Okay. I’m going low into that hill. 56 degree. I actually have one less. Skip it in there. Oh, shoot. One came out with a little top spin, too. Let me get it up that hill. All right. We got it up the hill, but not our best. Nice shot. Not bad. Tough pin. Just a little right. Oh my gosh, you meowed it. I did. Meow. Meow. I was thinking to myself, Hammerhands. Not today. He is a nickname. Call him Hammerhands Horvette. Oh, yeah. HH Triple H. That’s funny. You’ll you’ll meet him at some point today. Okay. Can’t wait. What a putt. Oh my gosh, this is getting Yeah, this is getting uh too close, too fast. Great putt, Nelly. Two under to one over. Now we’re within two shots. Yeah. Hopefully she doesn’t meet HH today. He’s a very nice guy. He’s almost too nice. He likes to give away shots. Very generous. Yeah, he’s very generous to his competitors. This is getting close too quick. We got to We’re feeling good about our game. That was definitely a birdie hole. Fortunately, didn’t get that up and down, but let’s lock in. Two shots clear. Okay, it’s 207. Going to hit a hybrid. Shorts bad, logs bad. Okay, that’s good to know. Yeah. Wow. So good. Nice shot. Just fly a little bit. Yeah, beauty. What a shot. Thank you. Oh my gosh. Can that go in? Wait. Come back down. So the whole green knew that’s okay. Okay. You said 207 pin. Look at that. Um 207 pin. Yeah. 207 pin. She’s already starting to be a little too nice to you. Yeah. That’s like she feels bad for you. That’s when it gets scary. When I start helping me or I’m just nice. Yeah. Or giving me tease. Oh, that was hit so nice. No. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. just turned it over there. You’re chipping uphill. Okay. So, that’s good. Okay. You told me that right before you won your major. Uh-huh. You came out here and shot a 41. Yeah. For nine holes. I played with a member. And were you playing back far or were you playing? No, it was the same exact. And I he actually I was giving him shots and like he honestly didn’t need shots. That’s how bad he would have won without shots. I will say the most impressive thing about watching you and a lot of the LPGA Tour players is how good you guys are with your hybrids. Like you guys hit those more online than I hit my wedges. Yeah. There’s some girls that I’ve like played with and I was like, “Oh my gosh.” Like their hybrids go as high as my wedge. Yeah. And they land soft. Yeah. And land almost they almost have like backspin. Yeah. Like how do you guys do that? Interesting lie here. I don’t know how this is going to come out. It looks like it’s sitting up pretty nice. Came out dead. Oh, clutch. Thank you. Oh my gosh. Oh. Oh. Oh, dang. Yeah. Dang is right. All right. Good par. That one goes in, we really are starting to have some issues. Yeah. I was like rooting for her, but I Yeah, but at the same time, I’m like, “Okay, I need this video to go past four holes.” I got Yeah. I got two sides. I want her to play well, but I also, you know, I don’t want this video to be over on the front now. We can’t afford that. So, I mean, you want to stay left of the bunker and you want to not go in the water. So, okay. So, just hit the fairway. Yeah. Nice. Go a little left. That’s going to be really good. No. What a kick that was. Yeah, that was pretty mean. That was so mean. No. No. Oh, no. Par four. Yeah. Okay. In the bunker. This is hard. I I would say this is the hardest hole on the golf. That was scary. Like I was a little uncomfortable there. That was a little especially from this T- box. And that’s why I love playing it from this T- box cuz water’s really into play. Really in play. And so is the bunker. Like if I hit from the T box over there, like it’s a completely different angle and I can hit 3-wood or driver over the bunker. But I love this T because I’m like I really have to dial in. That was the most uncomfortable I’ve been yet cuz like if you go a little right, you’re in the bunker, but if I pull it just a little bit, you’re H2O. You’re swimming to carry the bunker. It is about 152. Okay. So it’s in the back. That pin’s way back. Yeah. Here we go. Center of the green. pin. It’s going straight at it. Nice shot. That’s unbelievable. I didn’t mean to do that. All right, let’s go. Oh gosh. Sit. Oh god. Such a bad lie. Oh no. Okay, we’re good. We’re good. We’re good. off. I thought I was like through it. So, did you take like what club did you take there? I hit a sixiron out of there, but it’s just like an it’s not a good lie. I would have rather been in the bunker if I’m being honest. Hypothetically, you’re going up against me and Phil. Mickelson. Who is your partner? Who are you taking? Who comes to your mind first? You and Phil. You’re against me and Phil straight up. Oh, who am I taking? Who are you taking? Scotty. Yeah, that would be a good one. Number one. Yeah, that would be fun. Yeah, that would be uh that’d be a tough one. Yeah, that’d be a tough one. Do you guys get shots? No. No, we get no shots. We’re four and0 though. We we Yeah. Okay. Well, uh we’re doing pretty well, Scotty. Let’s take them. What a shot, Beauty. Really good. Thank you. You landed like right on the down slope. Yeah. And I tried to spin, but No, I was off of a downhill slope, too. So, downhill downhill. Yeah, it was tricky. Okay. Good speed. Good speed, Skye. Good speed. There’s some speed. Oh, it breaks the other way. Man, nice. Thank you. That feels better. Three shots is way different than two. It just is. It’s interesting having a home course like this that’s so difficult because you would think you, you know, a lot of people have easy home courses that they go out and they shoot like they’re comfortable shooting 65 and 64. It’s probably hard to ever shoot that out here. Yeah. But like whenever I shoot like two or three under, I’m like, “Today was a good day.” Looks good. Pin high. Nice. Thank you. Okay. Center of the green. Oh yeah. Is that the number? That’s really good. That one’s close. Good shot. Now, that was the little the little Fleetwood follow through. Yeah, the greens out here are very deceiving. Like the pin locations and everything. That is wild. I didn’t even know mine curled towards the pin. There you go. Let’s go. Break. Oh gosh. Whoops. Went for it. Okay. Hit a little too hard. Are you man? That felt so good. Good pot. Thank you. Rock solid. So you want to just you want to stay left of that like right bunker. Okay. Is that down the middle? I I lost it, but probably Oh, bunker or just at the right bunker there. Yeah, really good. That one’s going to roll, too. Yeah, that was a missile. You got that thing teed down again. You are over there and I am over. Wow. You got me on that one. Tell you. Let’s go. You hit the ball at least like I mean you’re you’re hitting bullets. Like they’re going far. Reachable par five. You hit it nice and nice. Like I always have this this tree is always in my way. Yeah. The amount of times I’ve had to hit like a little low hook around it or Yeah. Such a wellplaced tree. Yeah. Especially for my distance. Yeah. All right. 242 into a par five. That was hit so nicely. Oh no, green side bunker. Yeah, that was that was right what I wanted to do. It just stayed right. 218’s a really bad number for me. 218 is Yeah, it’s for me too. That’s a terrible number. That’s my head. I’m between like a 3-wood and a sevenwood, but I have to keep it low of this tree. And my seven would just kind of rockets up, right? Oh, h little too much draw. It’s fine. Bunker. That’s always tricky. That was always going to be tough. Yeah. Oh, what a shot. Thank you. Beautiful. Did not see the pin from down here. Now he hit a good shot in there. I want to make a birdie sky really bad right there. Sit, sit, sit, sit. Yeah, that was really awkward that stance, but we did it. Come on. Um, a little right to left. Not much movement, but a little bit back up the slope. That bunker shop was just straight downhill, so just a little bit of subtle movement. Trying to get my shadow. You’re good. Is that fine? Yeah, you’re fine. Oh. Oh, man. You can blame that on Sky shadow. Yeah, it’s on me. When has she had to putt through a shadow in life, Sky? Yeah, I know. God, it’s on me. Tough luck right there, man. Just stay up there. Woo. They’re crazy subtle, right? Yeah. I thought I made that one. Yeah. All right. Tied the hole there. Still three shot lead. Boy, did we have a chance to get it back to even. Those sting. Yeah, those are the wor literally pars on reachable parfs I think are my big biggest pet peeve. Yeah, cuz you feel like you should birdie them all. I mean, we both just had really good birdie looks, too. Was this a par4 now? Yes. It’s a short par4. Dead straight. No, it’s going to be a dog leg right to like a half island green. Okay. Dog leg. I see. I thought it went left. Okay. No. Yeah, that should be good. That should be just fine. Yeah, he it’s fine. Nice shot. Thank you. Beauty. Beauty. Thank you. Thank you. Wow. be good. Oh. Oh, that. Okay. Good shot. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Wow. Little controlled nine. That was We love to see that. That would have been sick. 120 yards. Perfect pitching wedge. Yeah. I feel like it’s playing like 130 here. There’s a little breeze. Here we go. Let’s follow that shot up from Nelly. Oh boy. Oh boy. Oh no. Oh boy. Water got in my head. That water was scary. It Yeah, it gets in. It creeps in real fast. It was so scary. Yeah, that’s real close. That was a great shot, Nelly. Thank you. I love the sand shot. Thank you. There we go, baby. All Nelly, thank you. Good job. Okay, birdie. Thank you. Shank takes you back to two under. Yeah. Yeah. Good up and down. Thank you. It’s not the easiest of bunkers shots. Yeah. I’m happy I wasn’t plugged. I was worried about that. No, it ne like the sand barely ever plugs. Okay, good. Cuz kind of like you see how firm it is around, right? Yeah. That’s where it landed. Okay. Well, you gain a shot there within two shots now. Let’s go. Oh no. That’s bunker. Bunker. probably. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I think it just saw it creep in. Yeah, it’s perfect. Thank you. Money. See, this is another situation where like I wish I was in the bunker. Okay, I’m going to It’s 145 to the pin. I think 28 over the bunker. But like this is just no bueno. The golf gods were not on my side right here. It’s pretty impressive. Keep drawing. What a shot. What a shot, Nelly. Seven iron, too. That was impressive. Gripping it on the shaft. That was really impressive. That was like a baseball swing. Here we go. Nelly hit a good shot right side of the green. Oh yeah. Oo shot. Thank you one. This is my longest putt of the day. Little uphill right to left. That was a good stroke. Good putt. Close. That was hitting the center of the club face. Yeah. People overlook the the power of hitting a putt in the center of the face. Oo, dead center. Nice. Woo. Finally, that one can go in. Boy. Oh, come on, Jason Day. Thank you. I felt like I kept my head still. That was the only thought there. I just imagined Jason Day’s hand right here cuz I kept hitting it like this kept slapping me. So that feels a little more comfortable. Three shot lead. So I’m even on the day back to five under. You are two under. That was a good That was a good nine. Two under. Solid. I’m going to hit a driver here. It’s a more of a riskier play. How far is this hole from here? It’s pretty. Yeah, it’s pretty short. But it is into the breeze. Yeah, you usually have just a wedge in. Yeah, that’ll be good. Nice. That was my low T ball. I was going to hit a bunt, but the wind is starting to pick up into the wind, so I think I’ll be fine with a fold. Nice shot, Nelly. Thank you. Good one. Perfect. Yeah. How long have you been with Tailor Made? This is my third year, but I played them in junior golf. Okay. I’ve always loved Tailor Made and they’ve been so great to work with. I mean, they always roll out the red carpet for all their pros. So, they’re amazing. Yeah. Amazing to work with. The social team is so fun, too. Like, I love them. Like, I love the actual people that work at Tailor Made, too. So, yeah, they’re so fun. Yes. Okay. I got 131 on a pretty severe uphill slope, so I’m just going to control a 9 iron. I don’t want to. It’s a little bit into the wind. Kind of covered by the trees over there. So, it’s not going to hit it too hard, but controlled nine. Wow. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. What a shot. I hope that’s close. I hope that’s close because it’s all downhill from there. It looked really close like it landed and took a bounce forward. Is that short of the ridge? Yeah. I don’t know. Is there maybe it is there? There’s a couple ridges on this. Oh, no. On this green. Oh, no. I’ll tell you, the last three holes there have been some serious pins being attacked. We had to redeem ourselves after the par five. Yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Speed. How about that, Skye? There you go, baby. Goodbye to hammer hands. Hey, I’m proud of you, man. Goodbye to HH. We’ve gone through a lot this year. Yeah, we’ve gone through a lot with speed control. We’ve had a lot of speed control issues. I’ve watched some putts this year that broke my heart. Yeah, I have too big. Thank you. All around good putt. Ice cream swirl. Yep. Let’s go. My dad used to say that every time I’d lift one. Allar around good putt. And it’s like you thought it was gotten funnier every time he said it. Good birdie. Thank you. Takes you to three. All around good birdie. Yeah. All around good birdie. I uh that takes you to three under. This is a very different concession than what I what I’m used to cuz it was fast. The greens were fast last time, too. Yeah. They’re pure right now, but it’s not as difficult. Super pure. Yeah. Like the health of the greens are is really good. Okay. Seven iron. Oh, sorry. I was like very selfish. I don’t know how far it is. What is it? It’s 167, right? Uh 65. Okay. 65. Little downwind off the right. I’m going to hit a seven iron. So pure. Wow. Wow. Go in the hole. Sit. Oh, sit. Boo boo. No. Whoa. Oh my god. That’s that adrenaline swing you were talking about. Yeah, exactly. I’m just super nervous. Super nervous. So much adrenaline. Too many birdies. You can’t. You’re getting uncomfortable. I’m more the center of the green type of guy, Sky. Yeah, you are. That’s good. I love the center of the green, man. So, we’re playing smart. It’s a new year, you know. No, it’s not a new year yet. You’re not hammer hands anymore, so you can have longer putts, right? I feel comfortable to not have to hit it so close because my lag putting feels good right now. So, we’ll uphill into the wind. Thinking a 58 degree. Kind of hitting it a little lower. It’s very grainy right here. It’s like straight into the grain. Get him. What a shot. My gosh. Dang. From that lie, that’s actually crazy. Thank you. your club just like stopped. I had a lot of practice with those. It’s so I think that’s what’s made my chipping so good is actually out here it’s so grainy so you have to hit them perfect and it’s just improved my chipping so much. Onehand it. Good job. Go left. Oh god. Good speed. Hey, we’re speed. Gosh. There you go. Can’t take that for granted. Two shot lead. That was a chance though. But guys, five under to three under. To get a little little weird, little tense, a little left. Is that okay? Right there. Yeah, it should be okay. Okay. If you go really far left, that’s kind of trees. Okay, I’m gonna try and reach it here. It’s hard. Joining me. Well, it’s kind of fading back. Yeah, you’re good. Oh, okay. Dang. That’s one of the most satisfying things drywall par4 is you just flag it. Yeah. The best, man. That this is uh too close for comfort. This rough is growing nicely into the grain, too. Gonna have to flop this one up a little higher for it to land softer. Go. Oh, that was not very good there. Shoot. Just a little too much sauce there, Scott. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Nice shot. That’s hard to get it all the way there. Yeah. I just cl up a little bit. Let’s go. Nice. Thank you. All right. Woo. Thank you. Okay. Great putt, Nelly. Things could have got real interesting right there, but we gain another one back. I mean, we’ve gone back and forth between like two and three every hole it feels, but it’s usually with birdies, which is good. So, gain a shot there. Back to three shots up. Okay, par five. Par five into the breeze. Yeah. So, perfect line would be like probably pin. Okay. For you. Okay. Oh no. I didn’t see it. It’s under that tree. Oh no. You will hate that. What’ you say? You’re You’re going to hate that. Yeah, I think I am. I went right under that tree perfectly. Beauty. Beauty. Thank you. Thank It’s kind of a little nervy T-shot, I’ll tell you. Great shot. Thank you. That one was a little scary for me. It wasn’t. No, it’s actually not that bad. Okay. Oh boy. Oh boy. Okay, it’s fine. I mean, I’m not going to go for it in two shots, but I got to lay up. There is a bunker in the middle kind of. You can kind of You can see it. Oh, yeah. But I’m going to go left. I’m going to probably cut something. Actually, I guess I No, I’m going to go left around this tree. You’re good. Okay, I’m good. All right. Just check just checking. I’ll choke down a little bit. Bro, that limb had you so geeked. Was it? That’s what I wanted to do. That’s exactly what I wanted to do. shot. Thank you. Caught that a little heavy, but it’ll do. Donkey 138. I actually have an eight iron. I got a lot of club here, but it’s good breeze into our face uphill. Little flighted eight iron in there. This is another flighted shot. A little chunky, but I think that’s actually going to be perfect. Yeah, good shot. Yeah. Cut it a groove heavy, but kind of released. I have 89 yards. A little into the breeze. So, I’m just going to controlled 54 in there. Why are you fading? Okay. Where you going? Okay. Not my best. Do you play with like all that on your wrist when you’re playing a normal round? Yeah. You play with your watch on? Yes. And the whoop, everything. Okay. Mhm. Sometimes I have a little bit more. Yeah. You’re actually going light today. Yeah, I am. All right, Natalie. Okay. For the bird [Music] break. God, I hit that too hard. Gave that one a chance. That looks like the hammer hands. That was Triple H. It makes me think of myself. I was just giving it, you know, an actual chance. Yeah, I had to give it a chance. Oh, Dano. Nice putt pot. Really good. Thank you. That was a touchy little putt there. Okay. Yeah. Does that take it to four? I think so. Yeah. Back to back birds. Dang. No. Backto back birds. 200 shot lead. Tell you what though, it can change fast. Real fast. 171. 171. Um, what’s the score at? So, I am now seven under total. Yes. Two under on the day. Yeah, I’m three. Okay. So, seven under to three under. Four shot difference. Yep. Good one. Thank you, boy. Center of the green. Yeah, center of the green. Oh, go. I hit it a little heavy. Oh, perfect. Great shot. Thank you. A little short. Yeah, that kind of it’s a little short, but it kicked up the the hill there. Pulled it. Pulled it the whole way. Okay. Mine’s a little uphill right to left as well. Changes grain a little by the hole. Maybe three feet in front of it. So, it’s going to go be a little faster by the hole. break. Break try. Thank you. Good roll. All right. Par. Yeah. Thank you. That one. I used the whole cup there. Maintain the four shot lead. How many to go? Four to go. Yeah. Four up with four to go. It’s a pretty narrow fairway. Okay. But if you go too far left, like you’re in the trees and if you go right, then you’re kind of like in the water. So, you kind of have to thread them. Like the smart play would be to hit 3-wood or sevenwood. But I like to test myself and I just try to hit the driver. Okay. So, you kind of see where that left bunker is popping up like it’s like a little sliver of the uh green side bunker. That’s where you want to go. Okay. I’m going with a 3-wood here. Four holes to go. My favorite 3-wood. My trusty 3-wood. Here we go. Oh boy. That’ll be fine. I think it’s okay. Oh. Oh, there it is. It’s on the other side. Let’s go. Oh, boy. Water. Yep. Nice shot. Really good. Thank you. Really good, Nelly. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. The games begin. All right. 95 yards. Perfect. 56. Landed a little short. Should kick up. Oh, down. Oh, no. Down. Down. Down. Down. I caught a flyer. Oh my gosh. Oh my god. No way. Hit the stick. That hit the stick dead hard. I thought it was going in. I didn’t know what you were saying. Whoa. It was just squirly in the air. Wow. That faded so much. Yeah, that was like a I started like at the bunker. Yeah, I had no control over that. Zero. That thing was out of control. Very lucky there. Sometimes you need to. Wow. That would have been sick. I know. Just one hop. Okay, I got 69 yards down wind. Just going to hit a 58 degree. Control it in there. Hopefully can hit into the UPS slope and it just stops. Oh, that sounded good. Oh my. No, that’s pretty solid. A little behind the pin. Nice shot. Is that a 60? No, it’s a 58. Okay. The 60 is too high lofted for me. Okay. You like because I like to like bump my chips and I felt like with a 60 I couldn’t do that. Gotcha. I love my 60. I just struggle to flight it sometimes. Yeah, exactly. Keep it low. Oh, yeah. That was a great shot. That was so lucky. Yeah. I think Oh, it landed right next to the pin. Whoa. No, I think this one or was that this one’s yours? Yeah, that one’s me. You almost just dunked it. Yeah. Thank you. Oh gosh. Stay left. It goes It went left and then went back right. Nope. Did that go left on you? Yep. Like would you ever think that goes left though? I know. It’s weird. I played that outside left. I might have pulled it. Could have pulled that a little bit. Definitely yanked it. Did I? Yeah. Okay. Yeah, it’s probably me. Use your air right here. Yeah. So, I can go pretty far left here. Yeah. You see like all those like smaller bushes? You can kind of take it there. Is that the line? It’s part four or five? Four. Little too far right. You should be fine. Oh boy. I didn’t like that. Dang it. Great shot. Thank you. It’s like like a missile with your driver. I can just see the like the shaft kick and it just Yeah. I like I just like it like I can hit it high. Yeah. I just have to re lean back a little with my body. You’re you’re taught to hit up on your driver. Like you like you have to hit up on it to be successful. Yeah. And you’re definitely not hitting up. There’s no shot. I actually hit a little down on it or I’m just like evened out. That’s incredible. Hitting down on the driver and all you hear, especially when I was a kid, it was like you have to tee it up, lean back and hit up, which there are there are, you know, some successful people that hit up on it like Rory. Yes. Rory’s been had a great career hitting up on it, but there’s so many guys like Dustin Johnson hits down on it. John Rom hits down on it. Yeah. I mean, you know, one of the guys that hit fades and I hit a draw. So, it’s kind of I That’s why I have like a very like maybe unique release pattern to my swing. I don’t know where your ball is. I think I went through it. I saw it just like go through everything. 127 112 over the bunker. It’s like mainly off the left. 127. I’m going to hit a controlled pitching wedge. Oh yeah, shot. Thank you. Uh-oh. That was a nice sound, actually. This is actually going to get interesting. I swear I didn’t mean to. No, no, no. Not I I I thought No, she’s just playing mind games late in the back. She told me to hit it at the bushes and you hit it at the bushes. You hit it right at the bushes. Let’s be clear here. All right. Well, this could get interesting now. Um she’s maybe she just has great mind games and that’s what Nelly’s in there close and I got to punch out. There’s no shot I’m going for this green. So, we are just trying to get this back in play. Okay. It’s a good layup. I like to judge my layups. I’m going to give that a That was a good That was a seven out of 10. Yeah. Okay. You know what? I think the reason I’m playing good today is I had McDonald’s for the first time in years. I was so hungry. There’s a McDonald’s like 4 minutes from here. It was the only thing available at the at like Where is McDonald’s? Do you know the seven brews? The coffee thing. Yeah. It was right before that. Yeah. I I haven’t had McDonald’s in forever and it felt like I was just like eating a piece of my childhood. I was eating burritos. Uh my dad it would be like a tradition where we would get hot cakes before like junior golf rounds. Hot cakes. Yeah. The big breakfast I used to get. Uh it’s 78. My wedges have been feeling better. 77 yards. Here we go. Put that to the test right here. guy shot. That one’s pretty good. Come on. He gave it so so he didn’t like it that much. Yeah, that means in recess standards though, it’s going to be like 5 feet. Yeah, that was good mind games off the tea though. Now, that was smart on your part. That was good. Listen, it’s not my It’s not my fault you hit your driver bad. That’s all. It’s uh I I just Yeah, it was respect for birdie. It’s pretty big swinger to left. There’s an old hole right in front kind of in my line. I’m going to try to roll it over it. Oh, I missed my mark. Wow, that thing just bent up around the entire time. Yeah, good par. Thank you. That could have been really bad for a second there. We got a chance now, Skye. Whoa, that pin, man. Whoa. Yeah. Wow. Hammered it. Oh, yeah. I was I got sick of that. That was that had some three shot lead with three to play. Two two to play. Reachable par five and a longer par four. Okay. A lot of volatility is what I hear. Yeah. Thank you. Wait, so you’re hitting 3-wood? Yeah, but I can’t like I literally can’t fly it that especially if this wind is like what’s your carry? You said 275. Yeah. So, you should be you should be good to like take over. So, I can go over that middle side. Yeah. And there’s no water on the other side. No, it kind of comes in. You see where that bunker is in the middle? Yeah. It’s there. Okay. Oh boy. It’s got to go. That goes. That’s really good. Yeah, that’s really good. I toe banged it. Tell you what, I’m eating McDonald’s every time before I play golf now. 27 yards. No, I have 217 206 over the bunker. Okay. So, I’m going to go hit I’m going to go with a sevenwood a little off my right. Oh, what a shot. Beauty. Thank you. Have a I came in hot. Bit of a lag putt. Yeah, that’ll be all downhill. Yeah. Okay. 204. And you got like about 193 over the bunker. Okay. 204. Might have to hit a sixiron actually. Yeah, we’re down great. I got a six. All right. 204 to the pen. Going with a sixiron. Little draw in there. Needed the five. It was always the five. Yeah, it was always a five. Dang it. I was never going to call you off that, but it was always a five. Yeah, it was always a five. My lag button. We talked about it once or twice or three, five times today. Got a long lag here and it’s all downhill. It’s going to move both ways. Left at the start and then back right at the pin. This would be electric if it goes in there. I hope so. Did I hit it? We’ll find out. Go, go, go, go. Oh my god, Nelly. That was hugging the ground. That’s messed up. Oh my gosh, Nelly. What the heck? That was That was trickling in there, too. That was perfect speed. But that was just so mean. So mean. What the heck? I thought you did it. I know. Me, too. Shoot. That could have been real close. You can take it out. That was big. That was I mean, that could have that could have brought it. I can’t wait for you to watch that putt. Like, I couldn’t see it. I could only see it from this angle. It looked like from the moment she hit it, you know, when the putt just like hugs the ground like it I was just Yeah. Take it right. Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. Triple H. Oh shoot. Wow. That makes your putt probably hurt a little more even. Yeah, that was just I got robbed there. Literally robbed. I was robbed. Oh, Drano. Wow. Good putt. Thank you. Boom. Boom. Final hole of the day. Oh my gosh. Dang. Yeah, that was that was a hard That was a hard putt you had to do. Oh, that was it. Lipped out so hard, too. It wasn’t like a soft lip out. It was a hard lip out. It was like a mean one. This is one where I feel like I’ve gone and won. Well, it’s not over yet, but I feel like I’ve gone and like You just jinxed yourself. Yeah, that was bad. Um, hole 18. Yes, this is a tricky one here. Yeah, very tricky par4. It’s a pretty tight fairway. Kind of where you want to get it. You don’t want to hit it too far left. You’re in the bunker. And if you hit it a little right, you’re kind of in the water or flirting with the water. Oh, yeah. Wow. Best one of the day. Yeah, that was your best drive of the day. Thank you. Hit the driver. Great. Thank you. All right. Kind of want to go out that left chimney. Yep. Oh, no. Bunker. I don’t know what’s over. Uh there’s like trees and sand. Okay. Oh, shoot. 436. Beast of a hole to end. Yeah. Come on. For sure. It’s like demanding on every shot like the greens. If the pins right back right and you’re coming in because it’s a longer hole, you’re coming in with like a sixiron or five iron. It’s impossible to stop right. Kind of like going here, right? I don’t know. Or I might have felt like I went back into that bunker. Where are you at? I’m like up there. I You way up there? I think you would you would have flown it cuz Yeah, I’m like way up there. I think you would have flown it. I might be in the stop. Might have to go back to the tea, Nelly. I mean, yeah. Yeah. I think this is like um maybe a 220 230 carry here. Yeah, I feel like I am probably in the stuff. Um back to the tea we go. Oh boy. Oh golf. Oh golly gosh. It’s going to get fun now. It’s going to get real fun. Back to the tea. We’re here now. Let’s make par on this ball routine here. Remember the last time we had to rete. So, let’s hit a good shot. That was what I wanted to do the first time. Oh boy. Oh man. I never make it easy. It’s never easy. Just never. That’s so I say that all the time, too. When I when it’s like down the stretch and I make a bogey and I’m like I have a pretty like good size lead. Yeah. And then I make a mistake and like I’m just slowly but slowly like bringing the rest of the field back in to play the tournament. And I’m like, why can’t I just make it easy? Like why do I have to make it so difficult? It’s always so exciting. You just want to run away. Yeah. Everyone just wants to be Tiger. Yeah, exactly. I’m just like bury the field. I’m like I’m going to die at 50 years old from a heart attack. I put myself under so much stress. Oh yeah. Well, I don’t know if we’ve ever hit a ball OB in the five under. I can’t remember routine. So, first for everything and it came at a really bad time. Fourth shot here. Sky, you kind of need to make birdie almost. Yeah, almost. Oh no. Oh no. Bunker. Oh, sit there. Oh, it’s on the green. We’re on the green. Somehow on the green. Oh, it’s rolling. Okay. I got 16. I got 166. So, I’m going to hit going to hit a seven iron little right shot, Nelly. Oh. Oh, come back. Back, baby. Come back. No way, baby. Come back. Wow. Thank you. Well, Grant, I think um I Yeah, thank you. I knew when she didn’t say a word to me before she hit that shot that uh she went somewhere else and that was where major champions go. Okay. So, you got that for a birdie. Oh my god. Wow. This got really real fast. I did get a little lucky with a little back slip. No, I mean there’s no luck there. That was just a great shot. Wow. Thank you. Um I much appreciate it. Wow. And I’m going to have the time of my life trying to get my putt close. You still have a three-stroke lead. Come on. Yeah. Not good. Oh my gosh. She hit it to two feet. Are you kidding me right now? Are you actually kidding me? So you’re putting for birdie. He’s putting for bogey. Yeah. I I can’t believe this right now. All right. We need to lock in on a tup here. Big dog. Yeah, it’s a big Tupot. Got to dial in. Dial in, Nelly. Dial in. Right to left up the hill. We need two putts here, Sky. So, I need to sit. Yeah. I’m sorry. The second I set on the Tox. Dude, I’m I’m putting captions on myself. I I literally did it to myself. Oo, nice. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. That’s a double. That is a double. [Music] Good, Allie. Oh my gosh. I mean, that was good by you. You made a pretty long putt there. Yeah. Yeah, that was that was I mean, head hurts right now. All right, on to a playoff. Here we go. Yep. Double and she birdies. I was just thinking to myself, you know, I got two pots. There’s no way she birdies. Yeah. Yeah. Gets it to two feet. Wait, so you shot 60 eight eight. I shot four under. Wait, I know. Wait. No, you shot five under. Five under. You shot five under. Five under. Yep. Cuz I shot even par for the day I shot. So I was five under total. Yes. Oh yeah, I was five under. You were even. Yeah. So five under. Yeah. Oh man, that was incredible. I just can’t believe that just happened. Yeah, cuz you had to birdie too. Like I I just fact that you stuck it. Playoff hole is going to be the drivable par4. That was a good one. That was a fun hole. Yeah, it was. I’m actually excited for this. Well, you thought it was funny cuz you won it. So, yeah, I like that hole. Yeah, that was a good hole for me. Yeah, I did like that one. Well, let’s do a little flip of the tea. Oh, yeah. Official. Oh, yeah. Playoff hole. Flip the tea. You do it. Okay. Official playoff hole here, guys. Hole number one. I don’t know how long this play playoff is going to last, but it’s me. Oh no. All right. Oh, that was actually pretty good. Should be I carried everything. Fine. No, Nelly. Right with me. Keep going right. Keep going right. Um, okay. This is one time where I am rooting so hard against you right now. It’s actually It’s not okay. Okay. I have 40 yards, but I have no stance. Super happy with my leave. This is just crazy. Shock the world. 40 yards. Nope. Ah, some would say the biggest shot of my career right here, Sky. All would say, all would say, not some. Here we go. Let’s get this up and down. We basically have to hit a flop here to get this to stop anywhere on the green. Down. Are you kidding? Where’s that going? Is that going off the green? What are we doing, Nelly? You’re putting on a show, Grant. Is that off the green? That’s off. Are you kidding? Welcome to concession. Scott, I hit a good shot, man. I mean, you carry it to the pin to be fair. I mean, I had to. It was a tricky lie. Go mark that. Okay. Show me your human, Nelly. How hard are you rooting against me right now? Very hard. Okay, I’m going to hit a little bump and run with the 54. Come on. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Nice shot. Thank you. Great shot. But thank you. All right. Well, well, it was a pleasure. That was that was fun. Um, you have a threehour car ride to, you know, digest this whole situation. I really appreciate you coming here. So, it’s been a great tour. This that’s gonna um that’s going to take a while for me to It’s going to be a long car ride home. It’s going to be a really long car ride home. Stop it and get some Mickey D’s on the way back. I will. Oh, I’ll be drowning in Mickey D’s. I can’t believe it. Um that’s my first W of the year, guys. Yeah. Hey, I hope you go on to win a bunch this year after that. Thank you. Um, now I’m rooting for you if we’re not going against each other. Guys, shout out to Nelly. We’ll link all her socials down in the description. Go follow her. Yeah, I’m going to I’m going to need a second. I don’t know what to say. I I think I need a second. I’ll get back in a couple business days on this one. Um, yeah, it’s the biggest choke of my career. Wait, I just hit a really good shot, too. It’s the biggest choke of my career. Um, plain and simple. Can’t remember a time where I choked it that that hard. I mean, that was really a bad joke. Sorry to everybody watching that. Yeah, biggest joke of my career. Totally. I mean, I got nothing else to say. I hope you hopefully you guys enjoyed that. Enter the giveaway. I feel like I’m on top of the world. Yeah. Um, yeah. I’ll remember this one for a long time. That is so bad. That’s so bad. I cannot believe. Do you Hey, like do you want to walk back to the clubhouse? I mean, I don’t even I can’t believe I just doubled 18. I hit OB. [Music] Hey, if you’re hanging around still, click this video right here. It’s a good one. [Music]

  1. This might be a hot take, but i don't trust Grant to be the one to put this debate to the test. Not villain enough lol

  2. Nelly's yardages are similar to mine and so are easier for me to relate to than Grants. Of course, she shoots about 20 strokes per round lower than me, but other than that our games are identical.

  3. Nelly using the range finder with her left eye is SUPER interesting – my dad is also a left eye dominant righty.

  4. Grant’s team trolling him with the background music on 18 is awesome! and says a lot about his humility.

  5. All the scratch golfers out there who been saying they'd compete on LPGA, should watch this and Kwon getting a shellacking from Lydia…scratch golfers would need to play out their mind to sniff making a cut! These ladies can play!
