When Aisling Ryan took over the reins of Ryans Cleaning from her parents, she didn’t just inherit a family business — she inherited a legacy of grit, determination, and large-scale logistical challenges.
From managing waste at the 2006 Ryder Cup to coordinating teams at the London 2012 Olympics, the Tipperary woman has gone from working on the ground as a young operative to leading a company with contracts across Ireland and the UK.
