On today’s video, we’re looking at five perfect drivers and five budget alternatives. Let’s dive right into our first driver on the list, the Callaway Elite. It is so good, in fact, that I put it in my own golf bag. Now, this driver is $619 at MSRP with a stock shaft, but I wish I would have tried this driver first. This is the McGregor Turney Max, and it retails for $249. insane price. It features the same colorway with those green accents and on top of it, it gives you very similar results in the categories that the Elite shines. Let’s move on to one of my favorite drivers. It’s the Ping G430 10K Max. I purchased this driver with my own money for $599. This is the first ever 10K MOI driver, which means it’s super forgiving. So, if that sounds like something that you’re really interested in, I’ve got a driver for you. For only $399 at MSRP, the driver I’m talking about is the Tour Edge Exotics E72510K. I did a video with a head-to-head comparison on course. I gave the slight edge to the Tour Edge Exotics at the end of that video, believe it or not. Now, I’ve actually got a second driver. If we’re talking looks, it’s got to be the Sub70859 driver. This one also comes in at an MSRP of $399. And while it’s technically not a 10K driver, it has that same turbulator look up at the top at address. Now, the next driver on my list is a long one, too. It’s the Titus GT4. This is a low spin driver for those of you who have higher swing speeds, and it comes in at a whopping $649 with the stock shaft. Now, if you are in fact a high swing speed player looking for that low spin option, but you don’t have a lot of coin to spend, let me show you the Tacoma Ignis D1. This is a very low spinning driver. If you’re a long hitter, I think the Tacoma Ignis D1 could work really well. The next driver on my list comes from Tailor Made. The Qi 35 is an incredible performer at $599. For the budget pick is the Cleveland Highore. This comes in at $399 at MSRP. It is super long. It is extremely forgiving. It will hang with the Qi35 for distance. Now, the last driver here on my list, the Callaway Paradigm AI Smoke. This driver at MSRP was $599.99. The AI Smoke was long, it was forgiving, but it’s the bowling ball pattern that will really catch your eye. But if you’re looking for a driver that performs just as well and has that same marbled look to it, the Vice Driver, in my opinion, was the best direct to consumer driver that I have ever tested here on Let’s Play Through.

  1. I just bought the 2025 Cleveland XL HiBore, 55 g, Tensei, 10.5, Reg., driver used, but in perfect condition! Great tech, very good feel, sound and distance. Thanks Gabe

  2. Those alternatives are definitely lower prices but I still don’t think of them as cheap 😂. Golf is becoming way too expensive for us who don’t have a six figure salary lol😂. ⛳️ 🏌️

  3. The Cleveland driver, gobble them up any Cleveland club. Cleveland is not making woods , hybrids , or irons anymore. They are going to make wedges and putters only. Great clubs though

  4. I love my last year's Tour Edge C725, I actually bought it for my son for his birthday he didn't like it he bought himself a cobra dark speed, but I took it from him and it works great for me very consistent either a baby draw or a butter cut or dead straight but I can put overdraw or a hook or a strong fade or a slice as well if I really want to, so it's workable but still forgiving and goes a long way and a much lower price than some of these big brand names. Tour Edge 💯
I like their new ones that are out but I have no need to change mine yet

  5. Please check out Giga Golf. They are a small in your neck of the woods. I've bought various clubs from them over the years and imo they've been very good and affordable
