The Ladies Professional Golf Association has appointed Monica Fee as its Chief Sales and Partnerships Officer.

Joining at the start of next year, Fee will oversee the LPGA’s global sales and partnership strategy, driving revenue through official marketing partnerships, tournament title sponsorships, and other commercial assets.

Fee, who has a degree in psychology from Elon University, brings nearly two decades of experience leading global sponsorship strategy and driving revenue growth across the sports and entertainment industry. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and head of global partnerships at LIV Golf for the past four years, where she built and led the league’s commercial enterprise from launch — overseeing global sales, partner management and brand development across international markets.

In her new role, Fee will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships across key categories, expanding global sponsor investment, and enhancing the value and activation of LPGA sponsorships across official marketing rights, tournament title partnerships, media, hospitality, digital platforms and athlete storytelling.

She will also lead efforts to deepen relationships with players, partners, tournament operators and key stakeholders while developing innovative approaches to commercial growth. She will report directly to recently appointed LPGA Commissioner Craig Kessler and join the organisation’s executive leadership team.

“Monica brings incredible energy, a ton of passion for golf and leading teams, and a reputation for delivering results,” said Kessler. “As we continue to elevate the LPGA’s commercial momentum and global reach, her vision and track record make her the ideal leader to build meaningful partnerships and unlock new growth for the organisation.”

Fee said: “The LPGA is at an extraordinary moment in its history — one defined by momentum, purpose and global opportunity. I’m excited to help shape its next chapter by building partnerships that elevate women’s golf and connect the LPGA’s values with leading brands around the world.”
