I really don’t think there’s a better place that I could start the vlog. I need this bag. You know, your boy had to leave with a head cover. Guys, I’m here in California. I’m here with the team at the Loop and uh I’m helping them get some content for their channels, for the brands that they work with, as well as getting some stuff uh for for me. and just want to bring you on the journey with me. I think it’s going to be a really fun week out here for a week. We’re starting today off at Monach Beach Golf Club doing a a little shoot for PRG. Um getting some head cover shots and uh and that sort of stuff. So, uh yeah, come with me for the week. It’s just going to be first time in California. This is just going to be so much fun. How nice are these these bad boys? A little bit of croc on there. Oh, look at this view. That just looks absolutely insane. Of course, this is the vessel golf bag. And look how cool these head covers are. By the way, this is what we’re uh one of the things that we’re shooting today. So, so nice. All the patterns on here. Oh, that just looks so so cool. And check out I love this logo. Some for some reason golf clubs in the states just do such a better job with logos I feel like than us in in the UK. But that uh that logo my wife is going to like that. She’s a big butterfly fan. So uh yeah. And the uh the vessel vessel bag is standing proud. So we’re here today this evening. We got a little party going on this evening. We got a little barbecue going on. Would we call it a party, Mike? We would call it a party. So we got a little bit of a gathering going on this evening which I’ll bring you guys a little bit of. And then we’ve got loads of stuff going on the next few days. Tomorrow is going to be quite a big day. We’re going to head over to LA and uh and do a little bit of a tour. See if see see what micro brands that we can find. Stop in on I want to really want to stop in on Quiet Golf um their store in LA as the Adidas collab has just dropped and I’ve been told that the Adidas collab isn’t being launched by Adidas. It’s a Quiet Golf only. So I kind of want the shoes. So we’re going to have to go and check out those see if we can find a uh a pair. But yeah, as I say guys, going to be a wicked week. Come along for the journey. Before we finish off the shoot, run through the outfit, let you know what I’m wearing today. Uh, this it’s like a Sears sucker material shirt. Can’t quite remember the name of it, but it’s from the guys at Made. Actually, the whole outfit is from the guys at Made. We roll down to the trousers. These are the Lynx Tech trousers in the sand colorway. Huge fan of these trousers. The way they fit, the length of them, everything is absolutely perfect. Down to the shoes. We’ve got the uh the Painter match day. Um, but yeah, that’s the uh the shoes. Absolutely love these things. And then just want to take you to the belt. We’ve got Made’s matching braid belt to go with the shirt. Bring the whole outfit together. Right, we’ve uh we’ve made it back to the house. Shoot. Uh shoot went well. Um let me show you let me show you the uh the place by the way. So behind us here. Let me spin this camera around. Little cheeky palm tree in the back. This place is uh it’s very very nice as Airbnbs go. It’s very very nice. Let’s open this up. Come through to the garden. Front Front Garden is class. We have a little wander into uh into the house. This is the castle. Mike is here. Reggie’s here. We got the uh if I bring you guys through into here, we’re into the garage. And this is where Mike is hard at work. We’ve got no lighting in here, but we’ve got ice going in. We’ve got some beers there. We’ve got some more beers. We’re nearly ready. We’ve got some seats set up here. We’ve got barbecue is on. Not on. It’s not on. It is not on yet. It’s about to go on. Got some sauces and of course the ready. And there’s more in the fridge. [Music] Good morning. So, last night was yeah, pretty pretty eventful. It was it was a bit bit of a late night. I didn’t share too much from it. Just um yeah, it was good. Good food, good people, good conversations, and yeah, it was it was a great night. But I ended up going to bed at about half 1. But today is a fun day. Today we are going to head down to the home course uh trendy golf popup in Salana Beach, which is half an hour drive. Um just absolutely essential after last night to uh make sure we’ve got a nice uh a nice coffee on the go. I say it’s a nice coffee. It’s not a nice coffee, but it’s uh it’s going to going to do the trick for me. Fingers crossed. So, um, yeah, we’re supposed to be leaving in sort of 25 minutes or so. Yeah, 25 minutes or so. So, uh, yeah, it’s, uh, it’s going to be fun. And then we’re going to do hopefully stop in at Scotty Cameron store, uh, depending on how busy that is. I’m told there’s normally cues out the door, which is a bit mad, but um but yeah, then we’re going to do that and then we’re going to head this afternoon hopefully into LA um or the outskirts of LA to um to check out the quiet golf store because they had the Adidas drop yesterday. I want to see if they’ve got any more pairs of sanders in store. So, uh should be a fun day. What a morning to just be sat out having a uh having a coffee. This is just stunning. I want you to be mine all over. [Music] Just finished up at the home course store. Very, very cool space. Really, really cool to uh have a look at some of the brands they stock. A couple of brands I’ve not really seen too much of in hand. Um, and guys in there were super cool. They got a barber set up going on. Uh, it’s epic. So, we are now finishing up there. We’re just now going to jump in the car and we’re going to set head to uh head to Scotty Cameron and see uh what the sketch is at Scotty. The guys at uh Homeore said that we might need to queue. Um, we might need to do like a bit of a book a time to go in and then come back. But if we can do that and get a coffee or some food or something, then that’d be sweet. So, yeah, that’s uh next on the agenda. Right guys, we’re back from the Scotty Cameron store and we’ve got a little bit of a a haul to show you. I picked up some bits from a friend of mine, but um but yeah, there was no filming whatsoever in the store. Put your phones away. Put your cameras away. It’s not happening. So, um, so yeah, it was insane in there, though. I nearly pulled the trigger on a $710 putter, but we didn’t, which my wife will be pleased to know. But I will show you a few things that I did pick up. So, firstly, I picked up a grip. Needed a uh I needed a fresh grip to have. So, uh, when one of my putters needs regripping, I’ve got an option. Love this cord. This cord’s so so cool. So, very very cool to pick that up. I then got a t-shirt. Let’s get this t-shirt out. Just thought it was quite a cool t-shirt with uh yeah, Scotty Cameron tour only on the front and to rat on the back, which uh which is pretty cool. I like that. I just like the color really of that. So, um so yeah, that was cool. And then, you know, your boy had to leave with a head cover. Could not come. and uh and get one uh and not get one. So, yeah, this one I’d had my eye on for quite a while on the website on the the custom shop. I’ve got a putter that I need to get sent off again to have restored and I was looking at having this with it. But yeah, I just saw it and this this lime is so so sick. So, yeah, that’s the uh that’s the few bits that I picked up at Scotty Cameron. Um I am just about to uh get ready um and we’re going to leave. We’re going to head up to LA. It’s looking like a hour 15 minute um journey up to the quiet golf store. So we have made it guys into the quiet golf store and the selection of bits they’ve got are it’s just it’s just insane. Some of these shirts, this shirt here, they’ve uh they’ve done such a great job with with the styling on a lot of this stuff, which uh which is really cool. You come with me and have a look at we got some hats back here. Just really nice minimal designs using great colors. Um and then of course they’ve got the uh the brand new Adidas collab which I have in a bag on the counter. These sambers are absolutely sick. I love these things. Pattern leather, minimal detailing, little classic logoing on there with quiet golf on the side. Very, very cool indeed. These things are uh so sick. And yeah, just as I say, like the whole space in general, it’s just like I’ve been in here quite a while. Um and uh and yeah, you could stay for a long time. It’s uh nice place to just come and hang, chill out, hit some hit some golf balls. I’m still in the store. I’ve got the goods all checked out. Um before I get in the car, head back to uh to the house. Just wanted to uh to sort of go through a little bit of what I picked up. Firstly, little quiet golf club hat. Love that. That’s so so sick. And then we got you know what? I’ve been I’ve been looking at these visors. I see these visors on social media all the time and I’m like I’ve got to get into these visors. Cashmir Keith is doing the visor proud. And uh yeah, these things are so so sick. They actually kind of it kind of works for me, which I um yeah, I was wasn’t sure it was going to, but I think I think they look pretty good. Um, it’s a couple of t-shirts and then what I came here for for me absolutely essential pickup is the quiet golf stands in collaboration with Adidas. These things, let me show you. Let me show you these. Let me show you these. These things are so so sick. So, you’ve got quiet golf on the side there. Very, very cool. It’s like a patent leather all over. Um, and then you’ve got the two brand logos there on the uh on the tongue. Kind of like a semi-t translucent sort of outsole on these. Um, which is which is nice. the legit the insole. It’s got a little bit of fur to the insole and then you got both brown logos on there on the insole as well. These things are so so cool. They come with I think they come with Yes, they come with additional cream laces as well. So, you know, I’m going to be throwing the cream laces in there. So, um, yeah, that is everything that I just picked up at the Quiet Golf store. This store is so so cool. Huge shout out to, uh, to the guys for being so accommodating, letting me film and, um, and let me check out the place. Shane’s been absolutely epic and, uh, yeah, really appreciate the hospitality and got to show the guys some uh, some love. This is going to be a very exciting morning. I’m here at Vessel. Last time you would have seen me was actually a couple of days ago. Um, so you have seen me do uh in the quiet golf store. Uh, last couple of days have been really busy work-wise. So for those of you who don’t know, um, I do some freelance photography, videography, that sort of stuff um, for golf brands. So that’s the primary reason for my visit out here was for that purpose. And so we’ve spent time with uh, with Fujicura on a shoot at Bellacolina Golf Club. We’ve um, been in the Fujicura offices, which was sick. We got some some really really cool content in uh in there for them. Uh that was awesome. And then yesterday we were at Tory Pines in the morning which was just absolutely incredible. And then uh yesterday afternoon we were at Coronado Golf Club getting getting some more some more bits. So it’s been a really really busy couple days. Um haven’t checked in with you guys just with it being so busy. But we are here at Vessel this morning. Um and uh yeah we’re doing an interview with Ronnie which is going to be so so cool. Uh, I can’t wait to chat to him. And, uh, yeah, we’re going to get shown around. And so, let me bring you guys along and show you what it’s like inside uh, inside Vessels HQ. This place is so so sick. I’m going to show you around this uh, the showroom in uh, in just a second. This is what you see when you walk in the door. It’s epic. We’ve just done a uh, a bit of an interview with Ronnie, the founder of Vessel. He um, that was so so cool. That’s going to go up as a separate video on the channel. But yeah, look at these bags that they’ve done for the Rider Cup in um sort of in collaboration. The design was done by uh by Swag, but then put on the uh the vessel bags. That’s so so cool. You got some you got one of the rucks sacks down here. A couple of signatures on there. You see Bryson’s on the front there. That’s so so cool. And there’s a couple of other cool bits I want to show you. Look how sick this bag is. carbon fiber down the front. This backpack is absolutely epic. That is so so cool. And then headwear, guys. So, you come down to the headar. So, this is a company called Melon. You see them down there. I haven’t seen this brand so much in uh in the UK. I don’t feel like we we have them, but I’ve seen them everywhere in the States. And um and they’re so so cool. They’re they’re they’re pricey, but they’re they feel really really premium. Um they’re so they’re so so cool. And then you see in the back there, we’ve got the Open Championship ones. And then I want to show you my favorite bag I’ve seen so far. Now, I have seen this bag before, but I want to show you this bag. Look at this green on here. This bag is so so sick. This is the emerald color. And this like a crosshatch design is I need this bag. I really need this bag. That’s so so cool, guys. Yeah, that is the showroom as you walk into the vessel building. And we’ve got, of course, we’ve got some TE’s and bits and bobs down there. So, I’m going to continue having a a little wander around. I’m going to take you guys into the factory sort of area in in a minute, which is um which is a little peek in there. It’s super cool.
