I idk if it looks like it but my balls were going wayyy too high and i have no idea why. I have my driver set to 8.5 degrees too. I kinda want like a medium height piercing shot with minimal spin but its just floating up and then landing super soft and short

Hard to tell from this angle but is that ball outside your left foot? It’s defo ahead of your instep, bring it back a touch that’ll give you a degree or two.

You’re right, it doesn’t look like it’s going particularly high. If you want it to go lower, you need to have a lower angle of attack, but it will probably increase the spin and lose distance.
Doesn’t look high at all. Typical pro launch angle is just shy of 11°, which is a higher launch than any club from 3w (9.2°) until 5i (12.1°), which is where the increase starts to move up.
Need to get into a monitor and find the actual launch angle and max height so it’s not just a “this looks high” type thing.
