golfers. These are the three correlations to swing speed you need to know. Now, and this came from a study from Sasha McKenzie, who is the creator of the stack system, which is well known around the world. Number one is hand path length. A longer hand path length allows for greater acceleration through distance in the golf swing. Number two is average force. This is the force exerted by a golfer’s hands into the club, which is a primary determinant of club speed. Stronger golfers have the ability to generate more force on the golf club. And number three is angular distance. This refers to the distance the club travels in its arc throughout the golf swing.
