Looks like a good swing to be fair. Maybe looks like you’re leaning back slightly when you hit the ball? That could be an issue

Get a pro lesson firstly. Then go on a Trackman sim and learn what the numbers mean in context. If you struggle with hitting the ball first it might come from different things in your swing where one issue should be adressed before another… like you need to keep your weight on the front foot at impact(the divot should be deepest where your weight is heaviest). But you also need to work on getting a steeper attack angle with your irons. The first might help fix the second. Your iron swing seems a bit influenced by your driver/woods swing. It seems like you are scooping or sweeping it a bit to get it up, which is not how most irons work. You have to trust that the loft and grooves gets your ball up at impact as you hit down on it a bit more. The ball should already be about a foot off the ground before the grass/ground is even affected.
Talk to a pro! You can learn a lot alone as a golfer, but unlearning is harder when you later find out you have compensated for your issues in a bad way.. Otherwise you are young, basically still made of cartilage and have good mobility in your swing.

Due to the strobe light above you, most likely.
