Bryson DeChambeau has completely redefined how golfers think about power — and it’s not just brute strength.
The real key lies in how he sequences his body.
In this video, we break down Bryson’s ground-up motion, the same fundamental move shared by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Scottie Scheffler:

✅ The hips and legs initiate the downswing
✅ The arms and hands naturally follow
✅ The club shallows and returns perfectly to the plane

Bryson amplifies this pattern — using incredible ground force and rotational torque — while Tiger, Rory, and Scottie use the same sequence for effortless speed and accuracy.

You’ll learn how to apply these same principles to create more distance and control, developing a swing that feels athletic, powerful, and repeatable.

🎯 Simple. Efficient. Proven.

Ever wonder how Bryson has so much power? Look at all the width he creates in his back swing. As he’s doing this, he’s storing up energy in his legs, even lifting his left heel while he makes a nice full turn, getting his back fully pointed towards the target. He then creates so much lag. Look at the bend in his driver shaft. His hands pull the club head shallow, leading him into a perfect high launching drive for

  1. You realize the reason he has that is cuz.He uses a single plane swing Moe Norman, Graves golf… Single swing plane perfection

  2. Then…he’s usually hitting his second shot out of the woods somewhere. But…he’s powerful, no doubt!

  3. Width is over rated and really doesn’t even make sense since the down swing is narrower than the back swing, all that width is negated. All that matters is a good position at the top of the backswing, and powerful rotation on the downswing. And his heel lift does not equate to more turn, he does it out of a habit to keep the timing in his swing.

  4. Notice how the elbow of his trail arm is tucked in against his side during the rotation… This helps produce more power and prevent slicing

  5. One move here can change your swing:
    ✅ more width
    ✅ better turn
    ✅ club shallow
