Box tied for sixth at 6-under 210 (70-67-73) at the Pearl at Kalauao Invitational in Aiea, Hawai’i, as he posted his fourth top 10 finish of the season and third consecutive after tying for seventh at the Jim DeLapa Collegiate (Sept. 28-29) before winning the West Bay Collegiate Invitational (Oct. 6-7). Box, who posted two rounds of par or better for the fifth time in six tournaments, finished under par for the fifth time in six events as well. Box (No. 237), who helped the team finish seventh with the No. 109 Eagles placing ahead of No. 106 Utah Tech and No. 88 Butler, also finished ahead of two players ranked in the national top 200, including No. No. 152 Ryan Leach of WVU, who tied for 17th, and No. 176 Davis McDowell of UCSD, who tied for 26th.
