Right, golf mates. Welcome down to day five of our island trip of Golf Hidden Gems season 4. We stayed there last night, the Great Northern Hotel. Absolutely great stay, but we’re on our travels now. Two, I’m going to show you a clip of the drone last year at Duress. I said that one of the best courses I’ve ever played in pictures. I’m positive we’re going to beat it. So, you know the score. I thought Duress are up there. One of the best golf courses I’ve played visually. I’ve not played this course. I’ve done the drawn and that’s it. This is my top three golf course of all time. Sces on the doors after four days. 44 points Mr. Barlow, 46 points Stewart and 46 points Liam. What I am going to say, Stu, what’s the handicaps? Three for me, eight for Liam. Cruit Island is considered by some to be one of the best 9-hole golf courses in the world. It is certainly one of the most scenic courses in Ireland. Overlooking Arranmore and Owey Islands and with Mount Errigal as a backdrop, Cruit (pronounced Crutch) is located near Kincasslagh in The Rosses, County Donegal. Tucked away in this north west corner of County Donegal, this is about as far off the beaten track as you can get when searching for a “hidden gem” course.
