The DP World Tour Play-Offs get under way this week with a stellar field assembled at Yas Links for the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship. After 40 events across five continents and 27 countries covering five Global Swings and the Back 9 we have reached the DP World Tour Play-Offs. We have so far seen 35 different winners, with 19 lifting a DP World Tour trophy for the first time. Race to Dubai Rankings leader McIlroy arrives at Yas Links looking for a seventh Harry Vardon Trophy and fourth in a row but he may well not have it all his own way in the UAE. Three-time winner this season Marco Penge is his nearest challenger and it’s very much game on. McIlroy may take the headlines but with all of the top 18 in the Race to Dubai Rankings and 66 of the top 70 on display, he will have to overcome an elite field to finally get his hands on the trophy at an event where he has nine top threes from 13 appearances. Seven of his Ryder Cup team-mates tee it up including Tommy Fleetwood and Robert MacIntyre, both of whom are also currently in the top ten on the Official World Golf Ranking. It’s All To Play For.

Welcome to the Official YouTube channel of the DP World Tour. Every week you can find extended tournament highlights and individual player highlights from the likes of Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose and Tommy Fleetwood. This is also the home of the 14 Club Challenge, Little Interviews, Fastest Hole and many more challenges, pranks and world record attempts featuring the biggest golfers in the world.

move here to Yas Lynx. He’s gone into the final round third, first and second on the three attempts. Now Fleetwood Rider teammates playing with one another. It’s always nice and they following each other in beautiful fashion on the third for a share of the lead with Nacho Alva. What a start from Fleetwood vering the first three confirming the status but I’d probably get both of them to market but not Rory Maroy. Brilliant. Marco’s ball lacked pace. This won’t. This guy is so good from here. Just so good. An early strike from Hatne moves to seven under. There we go. Off and running. Good chance to make a three here. It really is a gift. And stop. does a wonderful shot from Marco Pench. Yeah, I was along with you there. Yeah, I think you’re right, Dom. I think he, you know, he enjoyed the the rider cup this time. He played a a big part in it. Secured one of those half points as well on that final day. Well, without holding it, that’s about the best he could do there. Might as a big private jet comes in. Nothing on it. A big 747. Not a thing on it. He’s got a few quid or she’s got a few quid. Well, Redwell struck and it is an eagle three for Marco Pen. So, he vaults to seven under par. It’s an excellent two hut. The second wasn’t his best, but the other three that surrounded it were Nikolai Hogard’s aiming a long way from it here at seven. Is for Eagle. That would have been to match his brother. Oh, Eagle. that hole. Yeah, this should be right the sort of shot that Aaron love loves to take on. Oh yes, as you’d expect. Precision from the English. Opportunity for Aaron Ry to give uh Nikolai Hoyard, Tommy Fleetwood some company on top, which he’s taken there at 11. Wow. This could be the worst shot of all time. Thin to win. And look at that. Tommy’s hit the shot of his life and he’s only just one nearest the pin. Fleetwood looks like he’s just playing for position 11. Oh no. Oh no. Look at this. Look at this. Tommy. Pedwards Laura should feed in from the right to go too clear on top. Yeah, you’d have thought he’d have made a better effort at it than that. Unfortunately, lacking in line of pace. Ter hit a shot out to the right hand side. So I’m 35 ft right of it. This is just from 130. Taking this quite high to knock it over a little step in the green. It’s not computer golf. This is actually real people playing real golf. Shane Lowry. This for eagle would be very tasty. Back up the slope from the right. How did the second? Will he like the third? Oh, he sure will. Shane Lowry the hill. Then it hits the peak and then it goes down the hill the other side. Fringes running at eight on the stimp. Green’s running at 13. And have a look at that. Any good. That is remarkable. Wonderful touch. Where is it, Andrew? Just the one-handed stone dead T-shot for Hatton. And this time it goes in. He joins his playing partner in Tommy Fleetwood on top here in Abu Dhabi. 164. And the flag set down there in a little bowl. It is all good birdie time. That’s more like it. Fleetwood for the birdie from above the hole. Little peeler. And he’s got it. That is absolutely magnificent. Out of position off the te. Brilliant from Florida. He was up at 4:00 a.m. this morning. Can he get for the five? No, he cannot. Good chance for Sterny. The par 317th and Julie Taken as well led the whole field off on Thursday. That is three birdies in the last four holes for Rory Mroy. He is making a move now. 186 for Larry. Nice lie ball slightly above the feet all the way back there. Cruisy little seven iron. He loves it and you can understand why. Oh, he’s a great hole to card three on. Tough par four and he does exactly that. What a great response to the double. Uh what is well bit of a gift of a hole in 14. Just misses. Didn’t deserve that, did he? Perfect drive. Horrible lie in that divot. That archae archaeological dig. Easy for you to say. Yes. Put me teeth back in. Little turn from the left side for Ry here. Relatively quick that he ties the lead of Tommy Fleetwood. There are two Englishmen on top here in Abu Dhabi now. Shane, can he hit another one in close? Yes, he can. Yep. Very nicely done, Shane. Just wind picking up now. Flag all the way on that left hand side. Sets up nicely for him. Not quite as dazzling as that of Shane’s, but a really strong approach. puts himself in all the right spots. And this one’s going to move just a little from left to right. Has to start it outside. Brilliant. He doesn’t have to bounce back very often cuz he to bounce back he needs something to bounce back from. He just doesn’t make the errors. But look at that. That’s why he is one of the five best golfers in the world. Aaron Ry. It’s a nice little pitch. Perfect angle. It’s going to be a perfect day. That’s one more for good measure. This will be a pleasing birdie for Aaron Ry. No mistake whatsoever. Yeah, a pair of 64s in that group. Another fire return for Dar Vandreel. Also 68. Oh yeah. Time for a little bit of Shane magic. What do you think? Come on Shaina. Not done yet. Two behind Fleetwood. Now three. Well, he doesn’t find the birdie, but it’s no harm done. He’s sat at top the leaderboard alongside Right. It’s been two excellent days. Yeah, absolutely is. 14 under 6466. Wind out of the right. Straight out of the right. Flag right. Trying to hold this off to get it to come down softly. That’s exceptional, guys. It truly is. Right wind, the right pin. 11th plus a double in there as well. But at 11 under par with 36 to run. Took about 45 minutes to play the last guard at 17. Strange leg action on that occasion. Don’t know why he might have got the car. Provisional four personal three. You said that right now. Sullivan up the hill a little bit down from here and should start turning. Come on. Oh, Sully. Well done. Superb. He moves within a shot. Could he tie the lead? This is the 15th year by the way of the HSBC partnership with this event. So we got a 17 Hatong Lee in the trap. Wow. He was traveling but right in the middle. A bit unlucky there. He didn’t see much, did he? Well below the surface that that bunker shot. But look at this now. It’s got to be in for sure. And out she comes. 68 for Rory. Have to settle with six back going into the weekend. More than doable, but he’ll have to have his best stuff because the guys up top, Tommy Fleetwood especially, doesn’t look like he’s going to be backing up anytime soon. Tommy, love affair with Abu Dhabi and this championship continues for you 66. Tell us about today from your point of view. Another really good day. I think I um I got off to the like the perfect start. Um, birdie birdie birdie. So that was like good, you know, like especially when you’ve had a good round the day before. Um, I think the old saying is it’s always hard to follow up a good round with another good round and or a low one with another like another good one. So like starting good was really important. And then I think um yeah, I I just did a really good job of um I hit a lot of good shots, but then there was a few times today where I drove it into the rough um and we you know read the lines really well. I felt like we did a great job of controlling the ball out the roof. Um, and that was really pleasing. Uh, felt like I put it solid again and I think, yeah, six under was Yeah, very good score. Do you feel a little bit like you’re on autopilot a little bit? Cuz it looks like you’re playing so well at the moment. No, not at all. Um, no. Uh, I um I I still think around this golf course there’s plenty of shots that uh are very testing. I think scores have been very low as well and and you know that you’ve got to like you know if you’re going to be up there come Sunday, you’re going to have to continue to be pretty relentless and keep uh and keeping good shots and and keep scoring. But no, I um I I’m just like I I I feel obviously good about my game and I’m doing so many things well, but I am also very aware of what the game can do to you as well. So I’m just staying very focused on each day. Um I had a pretty poor warm up this morning really. Um, but yeah, I like I’m having a lot of good rounds, but I, you know, I’m not stupid and it’s bitten me enough times and uh, you know, I’ll enjoy these good ones, but stay focused and stay trying to do the right things and just hopefully like it continues for as long as possible really. You’re saying some of your, you not quite there yet. Do you feel this is possibly some of the best golf you’ve played this season? Yeah, and I I I I think that’s where I want to be as well. I I my first I think my first three or four years on tour or when I got to these events, I always found myself being pretty tired at the end of the season. Um and I got to these events and I kind of like even good seasons you can end up feeling like a little bit disappointed cuz you’re just not playing how you want to play and you’re tired and um I I noticed what the best players were doing and they they were competing till the very end of the year. they were very uh I mean fresh might be an overstatement but you know they they were still very motivated. They were doing all the right things and and I I sort of looked at them and I thought well that’s you know what I want to be doing and and those are the players that I want to be like. Um so yeah like since then I’ve always tried to get to the end of the year and feel like I’m doing um a lot of good things. Feel like I’m still like really motivated. I really want to play well. I still have things that I want to achieve, you know, even with six rounds of golf to go into the season. And um yeah, like these events are it’s so nice to get to the end of the year and be playing well if that’s what you can be doing. Um you know, I’m two rounds in now of this week. Hopefully I can put another good round in tomorrow and be competing on Sunday and and the same goes for next week as well. So um yeah, preparing well uh trying to play well, trying to compete all the way up till the very very last day of the season. And uh and then you know we could switch off and have a break after that. Great two days Tommy. Good luck. Thanks mate. Thank you. To watch another DP World Tour video, click here. 1. Why does Rai not feature in your highlights? He is 11 under and there’s no a word about his performance? Please clarify this deliberate omission!

  2. Nice to hear the dulcit tones of Iona on the mic. Poor from Shane on 18; down in 3 from no more than 20 yards.

  3. Fleetwood in the last 5/6 months is making the game look easy. If he carries this on into next year a major is on the cards for sure..

  4. Where are all the PGA boo boys who talk negatively about LIV crowds? Look at the crowds here. DP World Tour are the top boys – getting the greatest golfers involved, regardless of LIV or not. PGA need to get with it

  5. Esos uniformados son los que asaltaron el Capitolio; pero en aquella ocasión aún no eran funcionarios de seguridad 🤷‍♀😜

  6. Is anyone as sick and tired of these tour highlights always being about Rory. First day…Rory testing out new driver…today..Rory makes a move…disgusting. How about Rory still having an affair or something 😂

  7. Props to the editor for including shots/putts on the same hole, even if they missed. Also I love these courses with the massive greens, the pros deviate a bit from course management and start attacking pins. Great to watch.
