I tend to over hook the ball, when I try to compensate it tend to push it to the right. Probably hit 1 out of 5 shots decently. Used to slice terribly, now I think I’ve gone too far the other way.
You’re rising up a bit through impact, which could mess with the clubface and your path at contact. That lift could show up when you try to compensate, leading to a pull-hook or a push to the right. Quick cue: keep your spine angle steady and pretend you’re softly brushing the ball while staying level through impact. Your tempo feels a touch fast for the driver; slowing it just a bit could help you improve balance and solid contact.

Your stance is so closed . Gotta drop that left foot back

Swinging OTT (over the top) on an extreme level here!! Which is going to cause a hook snap hook, slice, or hard fade depending on the ball position, your grip, and club face at impact!! Fix your swing and get it on plane swinging AROUND your body first… then you can fine tune it from there!!

Posture and stance first open feet and shoulders.

Your feet aren’t even aligned. Your front foot is more forward than your back foot. You don’t even look like you are aligning anything to the ball. You just walk up and swing before you make a good stance.
Your left foot heel should be lined up with the ball.

If you look closely you will see yourself early extending.
You will see that you put a lot of pressure into your toes almost like you are about to fall over mid swing.
Your backswing is fairly steep and so is the downswing.
Very closed stance which promotes a draw or hook.
Definitely an over the top swing.

you’re hitting at it with all arms and stand up at impact. You lose arm-chest connection at take away and never regain. Probably for a strong guy you get it a fair distance at risk of accuracy. Relax the transition more it’s a bit rushed. On downswing keep spine tilt intact, keep right elbow bent near right hip and shallow club on downswing whilst maintaining the L shape of left arm/shaft and only release when hands near right thigh. all this will ensure you get an in to out path.

PAUSE AT THE TOP. Your transition is way too quick. Don’t try to change your swing over night. You don’t have to change your swing just change your tempo
