Just acquired a SimSpace enclosure (Model: Sim 2) but not from SimSpace themselves.
With a mat, it costs $2,715.00 (canadian) on Sim Space's site, however through Costco it's $1999.99 and also includes a mat.
I held off sharing till I built it, but I threw it together last night and it proved to be really good quality and while it says in the instructions that it should be built by two people, you can do it solo easily enough.
3rd picture is using a wide angle lens, hence it looking a bit cramped. My garage is 11ft wide and the enclosure is 10ft wide.

That looks great. Awesome price and buying from Costco makes a lot of sense.

Also costco had the square with shank tank for 999CAD recently and sold out in a day.
