What’s The Course Record At This Famous Scottish Links? Jordan Gets HOT & Goes LOW! Dunbar G.C.

This time on Golf with Dad. It’s episode seven of our Stableford series and I’m 10 points down. Oh, beautiful looking shot, Jordan. Do I have enough game to come back or will dad keep me at arms length? I am so sure that this is me. Hey, whoever it is, let’s say it’s good. Okay, bummer. This is episode seven of our stable series from Dunar Golf Club. Welcome back to the channel, guys. How good is this? Dunar, 1856. This is an oldie but a goodie. Clubhouse has You can just feel the history. It’s been there for a long time. They’re actually building a new one right now. I’m really glad that we came here just to be able to see what the old one looked like cuz there’s good chance we’ll be back by the time they finish that that next uh clubhouse. This is the Stableford series. Dad’s up by 10 points. I think it’s 32-22. Is that what you said? 3424. 3424. Okay. He’s up 10. Um had his way with me so far, but uh we’re going to try to even the score. I feel pretty good on these greens on the putting green. I really really do. It’s a little less wind today than there has been. Uh and it’s it’s warm. Like I don’t need a vest or anything. I’ve had a bit of a revelation as well, Jordan. I know you’re confident about your putting. I feel pretty good. So, let’s see how this plays out. It’s going to be fun. All right. Next stop, the first T. Hang on. Do I I think Do I have honors? I think I think you have honors. I parred the last hole. I don’t know if you did at home, brother. Okay. Did you see something in the yardage book that I need to know as far as Not for you? No, not for me. See those guys in the distance? Yeah. If you hit it hit it there, if you draw it, you’re you’re fine. Uh and if you fade it, you’re fine. I don’t think you can get to that bunker on the right. Turn. Could you tell? I think it’s short. I think you’re fine. Good first one. Thank you. See if we can just get a fairway finder in. First swing of the day. I think I that kind of went off to the right, didn’t it? Yeah. Over the bunker. I think I’m right in the bunker. Yeah. Okay, that’ll work. All right. Well, about 265. Little bit down breeze. I hit it into this right bunker and I cannot go for the green. Short par five. Very reachable. You have yours, Jordan? It’s right here. You rolled a ton. You rolled like 60 plus yards. Just kept going. So, I’m going to hit a I’m going to hit a pitching wedge and just knock it in back in play the fairway. Well, I caught it. Well, I skirted the bunker on the left. I should be okay. We’ll see. All right. 177 downwind. I was told that you can land these 20 yards short, but I have a little bit of an uphill lie. So, I’m just going to hit like a nice smooth easy eight iron and try to just be be dainty with it. See what happens. Oh, beautiful looking shot, Jordan. Pin high left about 20 ft. Yeah, great shot. Lovely swing. Pitch yours pretty good. Well, I did with a pitching wedge. Got a lot of roll. Jordan hits driver and a beautiful swinging eight iron. He’s 20 ft to the left of the pin for Eagle three to start off this this match. That’s quite stout. And I don’t know if he realized it or not, but there’s a little brook a little I had no idea there was a there was a burn. There’s a burn in front of the green and you didn’t know it. I’m glad I took an eight iron and didn’t try to go nine. Yeah, because if you try to do that normal bounce up, you’re in you’re in the I did an eight iron because of the uphill eye. I just figured it would take enough off in the nine iron that just didn’t need to be that short. And it was deep like the the the green is deep. So driving par five putting for eagle on number one at Dunar. Playing golf holes downwind is fun. That’s great. 57. Got a sand wedge. 58 degree 57 yards. Just going to plop it over the burn short of the green and run it up. This is a front pin. Red is front. Jordan. Yeah, I took a I took a picture of that sign just in case we needed a reminder. I think yellow’s middle and white’s back. Oh, bite bite. I was being a little cautious there with the burn and it jumped out of this a little bit. It did jump. All right. Hey, I think I I think this is my ball mark cuz it looks fresh. For me to like hold it and only let it release 10 or 12 feet. I see it. That’s crazy. It was coming in pretty high. You want me to pull it? You want to? No, thank you. All right, back into the wind a little bit. Left to right. Let’s knock it down there. Maybe we can sneak it in the left side. Settle. Oh, wow. Wow. You want me to go? You’re away. Am I? Yep. I was putting really good on the putting green just looking down the line. I think I’m I’m going to play the whole round that way. All right, that’s good. Good birdie. Thank you. That that felt good coming off the putter. I thought I thought halfway there it might go in. Go ball. That’s good. All right. Some blood on the first hole. Getting some strokes back to dad. I need everyone I can get. Little four-point swing. Three-point swing. Three point. A birdiey’s three, right? And a Oh, and a bogey zero. Yes. Okay, I’ll take them. I know. It felt like I made a double bogey. It was a driver and an eight iron for you and it took me six shots to get the ball in the cup. Not the most auspicious start, but I will be back. I don’t think anybody doubts that. I got to play a cohesive 18 holes to pick up any ground on you at all. All right. What you got there? What’s it look like? What do you mean? You got a yardage book, don’t you? Jeez. Well, what did you say in the first te? I you said I don’t know. I It’s a match. You said is there I didn’t I told you I took I gave you a line off the first T. I said hit it here. That’s all I know. Looks like it’s 289 to I’m just making conversation to the bunker on the right. Hey, the match is on. Just bring your own yardage. Really nice guy until you know your own yardage book. Uhoh. I’ve awakened the beast. Ice ball. Thanks. Not a good sign. I don’t normally play cuts, but I’ll take them. Low cuts. Good ball. Thank you. We’ll take it. Nice. I feel like maybe we’re a little bit more protected back here just a smidgen than maybe we will be I the the you know 2/3 of that. Well I mean the ocean’s right there so the closer we get to it you’d think there’d be a little bit more effect. What what did you say that was Jordan? Two what you got like 266 to the to the front edge into the wind. Yeah. So right now I think this is just a free ride. We’re going to hit it straight away toward the green and we’ll get that next one close. I think you can see him wrong way. Oh, he strike it a little bit left. Kick off the hill. Oh, wrong wrong way. Kick left. Should be okay. Yeah, you’ll be fine. I didn’t see any bunkers. You hit it really hard. Yeah, the bunker in play was the one 192 yds short of the green, so I just avoided that one. Yeah, you’re fine. I will be using this yardage book today and I will be looking for bunkers. That was interesting. This is this the wind. It just got cold and salty. Yeah, you can smell the sea. This is salty. Straight from the ocean. Yeah, North Sea. FTH of fourth air. I don’t know if this is considered the FTH of fourth or if we’ve rounded the bend here in um East Lotheian, but whatever it is right now, 10 degrees colder. I’m trying to get Jordan thinking about other things other than this golf shot because he could knock this one on into and be putting for another eagle. So, it’s into the wind and now the the air just got really cold so the ball won’t go as far. But it’s it’s rock hard. So, it’s 264 or 266, something like that to the stick. But that’s a middle pin. So, it’s about 240 to the front. So, I’m going to hit this four iron because my driving three iron actually gets higher up in the air than this four iron. I noticed that. And it’s got more bounce on the bottom and I don’t It’s the last thing I want. And you’re going to play it what you normally play it a touch farther back in your stance. It’s exactly what’s going to happen. Okay. Go the other way. Push it. Ah, it’s out to the right. I hit that so good. Wow. Did you hear the sound? I did. It was really good. I just left the just the face opener. Oh, it definitely carried the bunker. Okay, good. I needed it to turn over and roll is what I needed it to do. No kidding. 122. One, two, two. And you said that’s a middle pin. Yeah, yellow was middle. All right. 122 middle pin into the wind. I’m going to hit eight iron. Come back around. Come back around. Sit soft. Okay, good shot. Thank you. That’s good. Okay, pretty good. Pin high and reg. That’s all that’s all you can ask for, especially in a course you’ve never played before. Pin high in regulation. I love it. Yeah. Okay. 80 yards. But this looks pretty inviting to run it up, wouldn’t you say? Right where your ball is. I I would. So, I’m going to take an eight iron and just bump it. Try to bump it to the middle of the green. Keep it low. The wind’s freshened a little bit. Oh, Jordan, stop. No, it’s too hot. Whoa. I’ll take it. Jordan, you’re becoming a lynxman. A Lynxman. A Lynxman. Jack Lynx over here. I’ve never seen you hit a shot like that. That’s great. Thanks. Well, at one point I was pin high. Well, close to it and then it trickled all the way down. Now I’m not pin high. All right, let’s get the pace of these greens down uphill, right to left. I’ll play it out by the shadow of the flag. Let it break in. Pretty good. Pretty good putt. This one looks like it’s going to break a ton. Have to be careful with this. I like these left to righters, though. Yes, you do. Boy, it stayed out there, didn’t it? That’s good, Jordan. Thank you. Nice five. Thank you. All right. Little right to left. Good solid putt to the right edge. Oh, hit it pro. This is a view right here. This is amazing. 168. The wind feels in. What? The wind is in like this. What would you like? Sixiron. Even though we’re elevated with the wind. Just a smooth six to the middle. Should be fine. My feel’s been pretty good so far for distances today. So, I think that’ll be all right. Let’s see. The green is 46. So, it’s, you know, 120 to the front, Jordan is. Okay. I’m not going to crush this. Well, you have come to play today, my friend. Whoa. It’s off the back. Well, you just beautiful. Yeah, it’s a great shot shape. Just beautiful. Give me some. I love watching that. All right. It doesn’t happen often, but I’m hitting a sixiron as well. I don’t know when that’s ever happened, but maybe the putter. That’s Oh, boy. Borp. Well, okay. I’m loving being here though. I can tell you that. Those golf swings haven’t been that great and that putting stroke hasn’t quite popped them in yet, but I’m loving it. I’m having a fantastic time. Did you see a bunker in the back when we were up on the tea? Well, I wasn’t really paying attention, but looks like that slope can help me over the green. Let’s lob this up there. See if we can make this. Oh, come on back. Come on back. Come on. Come on. That’s not going to budge. How long can we wait till it comes back? It’s not coming back. Dad, I hit about 8 ft short just to the left of the stick. And uh I’m lucky not to be in this back bunker. You’re going to putt that, huh? Oh, yeah. I’m not chipping this. Okay. Look at this. All right, give it a good go. Looks like it’s going to be once it gets to that green, it’s all downhill, isn’t it? It’s down everything. Yeah. Oh, beautiful. Beautiful. That didn’t that didn’t break that way back at all. That’s good. Thank you. Wow. This looked like everything was going to go that way. Stay up. Stay up. Wow. Great putt. Thank you. That’s good, Dad. Oh, Jordan. Generosity becomes you. All right. One under after three. I’ll take it. Probably the best start I’ve had this entire trip. It is. And I’m very pleased about this. I’m playing very under control right now. Yes, you are. And I feel like I’ve got to come up with it to to stay with you today. And I like that feeling. Good. Under pressure. Okay, we’ve crossed the wall. This is where the course officially begins. Or so we’ve uh we’ve been told. Um one under after three for me. putting some points up, getting back at dad a little bit, but it’s going to take a cohesive 18 holes for me to to me to make a real difference. So, um just gonna keep swinging smooth and hitting stuff in the fairway and middle of the green and try to make a couple of putts. I sent that one. Yeah. Good drive. You’re going to be perfect. Thank you. Well, done by hole four. We’ve just walked through the wall and we are on the other side and that means nothing but golf holes and water. Ocean. This is fabulous. We’re here back and forth. This is like the traditional links now. We go all the way down and then we come all the way back in and um the ocean’s there the whole way. That’s right. This the sea. Okay, let’s see what we got. Jordan’s doing well, but I’m I’m prepared for a nice comeback. I’m bracing for impact. All right, I hit a big drive there. Really good. I got 60 yards to the flag. Middle stick. I’m going to hit my 54 and just run it up there. That’s a heck of a shot. Nicely done. Something after a couple of weeks of being here. That was excellent. That was good. Thank you. After seeing how well that rolled out, I’m completely changing my play. Hey, is that fair? You hit past me and then you can go to school on me. Okay, I’ll have to start hitting it past you then. So, a couple holes ago, you know, we it started really warm. It’s been warm all day. And then a couple holes ago, number two started feeling some cold air. Now there’s a little sprinkle. You felt that? Yeah. Is that bunker going to bother you at all? Are you going to be able to take it to the left of it? My dad talks trash. He’s such a nice guy and everyone thinks that and but he’s a trash talker. I don’t talk any trash compared to him. Oh, come on. You’re not that good. Settle. Nice shot. Maybe you are that good. Today I am. Got some big piles of dookie here. Or is this like uh geese? What is that? I’m not going to say what it looks like, but I’ve never seen anything in the wild look like that. Hit it too hard. That was not good. That’s good, Jordan. All right, uphill. A little left to right. Looks good. Just get it outside the edge. Oh, that was a nice roll. That’s good. The par would have liked to have made that one. It’s a good roll. Thank you. 132. Red is an up pin. 32 down breeze. It’s a little 50°ree wedge. I think a pitching wedge is too much with the pin up like that. I think so, Jordan. Go. That’s got to be good, huh? I think so. Nice swing. Thank you. Yeah, that’s right up there. Oh. Oh. Beautiful. Dunar’s treating me well so far. You and Dunar telling you what got a pitching wedge, Jordan. Okay, that looks good, too. I think that’s in the bunker. You had the line. Oh, boy. That’s a deep bunker, too. Did you catch that? I guess not. All right. Well, I knew a pitching wedge I had to hit it good just to carry this bunker, but nine iron probably was too much. And I did not hit the pitching wedge great. Now I get a chance to practice these bunker shots that I was working on before the round. And I’ve got room here. So, let’s see if I can do it. Nice out. Heck of a shot. Thank you. Well done. That’s a massive lip. Really? You were right up next to it. That’s a great shot. So, I hit right here and now I’m about six I would say seven feet six or seven feet past it. Everything’s rolling out here. absolutely everything. You will not keep it short unless you are 20 yards short. You landed right there, huh? Yeah. Wow. I thought you might have been Oh, you know what, Jordan? If you land on the back side of this, it’s really going to propel. I’m glad I didn’t hit that. I know. I I’d be off the green. Those are the things you don’t know when you’re playing a course for the first time. I didn’t see yours do very much after the hole, so I don’t think there’s much in this one. Okay, knock it in. Got a boy. Nice birdie. Thank you. Good bold bold putt. Were you looking at the cup that time? I am not looking at the ball at all this entire round for long putts or short putts. That’s great. Great. No putts. Good putt. Thank you. I love these stone walls, these little outuildings. Such a vibe. There’s a burn. There’s There’s a burn right up here in front of the tea. Then there’s a burn up front of the green here. There’s the wall. There’s the burn. There’s the bunkers in the wall. That’s where we want to hit them. Right in there. It’s so firm and fast out here that I I really like there’s there’s just no reason for me to do anything drastic here. I love I love how you’re playing. I’m hitting a seven iron. I love your strategy. I think it’s going to roll forever. And honestly, that last club that I hit, so here’s my real thinking. That was a 50 degree wedge on the last hole, right? 130 something down downwind. So, if I can get this to about 125 in, which I think I can do. Yeah. With all this roll, then I get to hit that same club again into this next. Oh, boy. There’s what I’m thinking about. There’s some strategy there. You’re off to a fabulous start. So, I’m enjoying watching you play, Jordan. Thank you for this. Pleasure is all mine. Right down the middle. Safe. Got a boy. Thank you. That’s a punching, Judy. Right down the middle. Go, baby. It’s going to roll 30 yards. Run, run, run. Just not into the burn. When was the last time you took a driver? I took a seven iron off a TE the last time. That’s a or the first time? Never. Seriously? No. That’s how conservative. I mean, there’s no reason there’s no reason to get extra yardage here. Well, when I can get a a full 50° wedge in or or if it does get a lot of roll out, then I’m okay with hitting a 52 in and just getting a full like nice full swing on something like a wedge. I think you’re protecting your lead. This is only the sixth hole. Two under after six on a course you’ve never played. in a foreign land. It’s pretty good. It is pretty good. But I’m coming. I’ve never I’ve I’ve only felt this under control maybe two or three times ever playing. Good for you. Yeah. Good. 144. The wind’s still helping. This This is going to be that 50° again. So, if it’s 144 and that’s a back pin and we can’t see over this green, you want to land it no more than what? This is like a 125 club. Okay, good. Because 130, but we’re downwind is that you don’t want to land it any more than 130. And maybe 125 is good. So, yeah, it is a little downwind. I can’t believe it’s still hoping cuz we’re coming from a completely different direction, but it is cut. I’ll take it. That’s safe. Yep. Good, Jordan. See, cuz isn’t the wind helping, but a little off the left shoulder kind of going that way. Not much, though. That flag is That’s where I was playing. That flag is pretty still right now. Yeah. Well, I’m feeling something. 110. All right, I’m going to hit the 54. See, 110. If I carry this about 90. Yeah, that should be good. Although, your ball didn’t move much, Jordan, so it it really didn’t. Good solid strike. Yours sat down, too. This is This is not typical how fast both of our balls sat down on the green here. I know it sloped back to front, but that’s got to be pretty severe to be Yeah, cuz everything’s just been Well, that was safety first. We’re not wanting to go over a green that we don’t know what’s there. So, good shot. Those are good. Well, this is beautiful. Looking back toward the the clubhouse, the first T done bar. Lovely. Okay, Dad, can you move yours uh your mark one uh towards the wall? Toward the wall, Jordan. Towards towards the wall. Yeah. That must mean that I’m going to get a read on this putt if my coin was in the way. This is all just about speed. Oh, easy. Good putt. Thanks. Good putt. I really did. I needed your mark moved. Do you see where I took that ball? I couldn’t tell. No, it almost hit your mark that that you had to move to begin with. Did it? Yeah. You want to in or out? Out, please. Oh my gosh. Slow, huh? No, I I don’t know what I’m thinking about here. I I don’t get it. What do you mean? I don’t I mean I just don’t get it. I got to get with it here. This is unbelievable. Do you know what continent you’re on right now? I mean, really. Come on, Jeff. My goodness. What in the world? All right. Glad to be here. Beautiful. These greens are perfect. And I’m going to knock this in. I’m just happy to be here. Great putt. Yes. Nice two putt. Thank you. Nice par, Jordan. Thank you. Very nice two putt. Thank you, boys. Playing some golf today. It ain’t no joke. I’m gonna get on the horse now and start riding. Let’s go. Let’s just hope it’s not a merrygoround. So, Jordan. Yeah. When do you think you ought to check and see if the drone is ready to go out? I know what you’re doing. You’re trying to distract me from just playing golf. You trying to get me back on the No, I’m not dabbing you up. You got a job to do. I’m not dabbing you up, son. Come on. I’m too under. What do you think? We’re here to play golf. It hasn’t hasn’t felt that way a lot. Okay, fine. I’m not going to tell you the lines off the tea. Then I’m just going to do the drone. I heard a ball land right in my back swing. That’s over this like first bunker that we can see. Okay. Right in my back swing, I heard something land. Yeah. You know what that is? Did you do that? Nice shot. Thank you. Honestly, I I and you know, it’s on a scale, but I don’t think I’ve hit a bad shot today. You’re playing I haven’t hit a bad shot. You’re playing like I know you can play. I’ve seen you hit the ball solidly um for so many years and you’re it’s sort of back to where you used to be in my opinion. So, it’s great to see. Yeah, I my mind’s just a little more focused on golf than than normal. I can tell you’re all into it. I love it. 126. And that’s a Can you tell? Is that Well, it’s a yellow stick, which is that’s middle, right? White’s back. Yeah. 126. Let’s see. So, glad we have a yardage book. This is number seven. 126. No bunker in front. Just two bunkers to the side. Pins in the middle. So, the pins about 20 back. So, it’s about 106 to the front. Okay. I’m going to hit a gap wedge. I feel like I’m going to get a little bit of a help from the wind and I think it’ll bounce up. Good line. Hit it pretty good. Should be pretty good. We’ll see. Not only is it a blind shot, but it’s a blind shot to a hole that we’ve never seen before. That’s right. That’s a double blind. Did you find yours? Yep. Good. Should be about one up 120 122 133. Oh, okay. Downhill downwind. I have a I have a feeling that this is like going to I think I just need to like well cover the bunker. And this is a 52 wedge. This goes about 115 to 118 just flat. But we’re downwind and this looks like a maybe a little bit of a jumper middle pin. So, this will get me maybe to the front and then we’re at the mercy of just the slope, I guess. Boy, you sent that high. Right on the stick. We’ll see what happens. Be really good. You know what I think inspired you on that shot? You your Yeah. Your love for little buildings like that. I love little buildings. I just do. I love little I love little buildings. I love lamp. That’s not in my favor that those things are happening and you’re getting inspired all the way around. Inspired play. Oh, someone’s close. Boy, someone’s close. And I think it’s me. I think it’s me. Yeah, we’ll see. I know it’s me. We’ll see. I I think dad took too much club here. I really do. I think I’m stiff. I think he’s long. I think I’m about 4T, but he thinks he’s 4t. I am so sure that this is me. Hey, whoever it is, let’s say it’s good. Okay. Oh, totally. But it’s it’s me. I’m not bringing my putter either. You’re long. This is me, baby. Plumber. Three under. I’m clubbing. I’m clubbing my yardages really well today. Like not being afraid to be short. Turn the camera around for a second. Look at the slope coming down here. Like I knew I knew that was going to it had to be cuz the pin was so low. And that’s like a 10-ft pin and we could barely see the top of it. So I knew we were working downhill. I’m clubbing really well today. Yes, you are. Take that 10-ft pin out. Please take this unreal. I mean, this thing is uphill. Little right to left. Come on. Oh, it looks good. All right, you’re in. That’s good. Good part. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This match is it’s getting away from me fast. Okay, I had a 10-point cushion coming in that may have evaporated almost completely, but we still got some golf to play. Dad, for the sake of speed of play, why don’t you hit first? Cuz I think I might be able to get all the way up to the green here cuz for somehow we’re still down breeze. I guess that’s just this side going out, right? Yeah. All right. Oh, these tees are plush. Yeah, everything is everything’s immaculate out here. Greens are great, man. It’s outstanding. It’s outstanding. Look at this grass. It’s a pleasure. You know what? And the the tea boxes are are level. Yep. I lost it. Yep. At that bunker. Second bunker on the right. Oh, dead center. You’re fine. Absolutely fine. Good. Well, that second bunker. Did it miss left? Yep, it’s left and pasted it. Okay, steady Eddie, you’re right in the middle. And I think I I dodged a bunker on the left hand side here. You know, this it was down breeze, but it works uphill. So, that 370 stands up a little bit more. Even Even if you thought you were going to get some roll, it’s I don’t know 10 or 12 feet uphill. Yeah, maybe more. 20 ft. You know, this layout and the condition of the golf course. I know now why it’s one of the open qualifying spots for the open championship. This is a this is a tournament golf course. How do you think I’d be doing in the in the qualifying fields right now at three under through seven? you’d be off to a good start, but it would have to be something that you could sustain and then keep going deep because, you know, on these qualifiers, there’s they’re going really low. There’s only so many spots. Yeah. And on a day like today, every everyone they’re going to shoot some numbers today. Yeah. I’d take it. I’d know you would. Number eight. It’s 125 downwind. So, bunker’s on either side of the green. I’ve got 125 to a back pin. Looks like there’s a slope that could help. Jordan, do you think that slope could help in back? I don’t think there’s enough. No, because the pin’s so far back that if you if you run it up past the pin, I I don’t think so. Okay. Cuz e listen, even if it did roll back now, you’d be rolling back past the pin and down. No, I think you just want to stay short and and if somehow it checks up a little bit, then that’s good. I don’t think you want to be long. All right. Well, I’m going to hit the same gap wedge that I hit on the last hole then. Okay. 125. Nope. Pulled it. Well, you’re putting. Yeah. Not the swing I wanted to make, though. I got insanely lucky here. Look at this. And you’re in amongst the the flowers. Very pretty. 105. Wow. You’re looking right at it. Yeah. This is a really good angle even though it’s the rough. 105 back pin a little help. 105. You might get a little jump out of the Yeah, this is a sand wedge. This is a 56 degree. And I can I can like go after it. Keep it right at the stick and let the let the green work it towards the pin. Just got to remember to keep my tempo really nice even with the wedges. Tempo is the key. Wow. That’ll bring rain. Look at you. What’s that? About 12 15 feet. Yeah. What were you saying? Pin high. What? Pin high and regg. Pin high and regg. There you go. Say that fast enough. It doesn’t even sound like you’re speaking any kind of known language. I think you win the cigar, my friend. He touched that with his hands. That truly is pin high. Oh, there you go. Landed right here. I’m not jumping at any of my wedges like I have been in the past. I’m really staying nice and smooth with everything. You’re very calm. That’s the main difference. It really is very calm. Do you want it in or out? In, please. Okay. It’s leaning towards him. So, let’s see if the helps out here. Give it to him. That’s good. Thank you. Oh, can you see this light mark? Maybe camera. I can. This light mark right here. I had it right here instead of right there. Mhm. And I And I missed it. Well, with a little more speed that might have worked, but with the speed I had, I That was That was You needed the 20%. Yeah, that speed. Yep. Solid par. All right. Ho h. No stress. Yep. On to the next par five ninth. 506. All right. I just think taking over the stake that they’ve got that big stake on the top of the hill there. It’s true. That’s the line you got to see. Did you Could you actually see the Yes. So, okay. Well, yeah. And the steak is good. Advantage you. That’s good. Cut back. That’s way too far left. What’s over there? I don’t know that I swing. Little quick. Yeah, little quick. All right. Over the pole. Oh my. Did that stay in the side? It got up over the hill, but I don’t think by much. Goodness. Of all the times to hit a low one. You know what? I was trying to hit it high and I hit it low. So, that’s a trajectory double cross, huh? Yes. A trajectory double cross. Oh my goodness. These par fives, I got to take advantage of them. Well, for mine, if I’m going to miss it, looks like there’s plenty of room left. As long as I carried the gor bushes there. Seems like I’ll be okay. Well, just kind of whatever you want, huh? You still can’t still can’t see what’s down there, but I’m just going to hit it over that post again. Three-wood. I’m going to hit a fivewood. What about driver off the deck? I just want to kind of sitting up. It looks like it gets a little tight up there. I just want to make sure I can hit it in between the bunkers that are in the distance. That’s a good ball. You hit that hard. That can’t be that bad. 200 yds. Pin is up. Downhill. Down grease. Still 200 yards. I think this is like a sixiron. What do you think you’re going to do with it? Carry it all the way or you going to try to run it in between the bunkers or just fly it there? I It might be. You know what? It’s a seven iron cuz I am going to land it short. Just remember though, you’ve got you’re If it’s a little short, it’s fine. If I hit it really good, then it’ll be pin higher. Just just behind it. Well, that was beautiful. Go in. Go in. That was almost a two on a five. That was an Alvie. Almost. We were on Albatross uh patrol there. That would have been a 10p pointer. Great shot. Thank you. All right. 128. Another one of those gap wedges, but I’m going to hit this one. I’m going to swing out to 1:00 and I’m going to You feel like if I land it short, Jordan, it’s going to bounce up a little bit, right? Mine did. To that front pin. Mine did. And I hit mine really high. You know what I’m saying? A little bit. Right to left. Yeah, that was good. Yep. Yeah. Oh, look at that, Jordan. Yeah. Yeah. Two good shots. All right. Nicely done. That’s tasty. Not as tasty as mine. Not quite. But good shot. That was good. I swung out to 1:00 that time. So, I didn’t pull it left. Well, I felt Jordan, you know, like we talked about big on that. Yeah. I felt like this instead of that and it made a big difference. It’s a nice shot in there for you. What are you about 12 ft? Yeah. The bunkering on this hole. You like it? Oh, it’s beautiful. Well, the green is beautiful. Everything’s beautiful. It’s awesome. Yeah. So, this is one of the greenside bunkers. There’s four beautiful bunkers on this hole. Can you imagine being in that thing? That would stink. Yeah, that’s dangerous. Like if if you have any lick of vertigo, you don’t want to look down where I’m from right now. That’s scary. That looks deep. That’s like a foxhole. Just stay there. Stay there. That’s like a foxhole. That’s how deep that is. Like if it if if they got tornadoes here, you go there. Yeah, you could easily just Yeah, you wouldn’t get touched. All right, Jordan. Roll a goodie. Nice putt. That’s good. Thanks. Well, Jordan’s moved a little bit that way, so I think it’s going to go just a touch to the left as it dies. It did. That’s good. Bar on the next Golf with Dad. I’ve made a full comeback and I’m hitting it good. Will I be able to extend my lead on the back nine? Or is dad going to do his normal dad stuff and claws way back into it? Oh, come on. That’s fabulous. Come find out on the back n at Dunar Golf Club.

Dunbar Golf Club (1856), is an Open Championship Qualifying venue on Scotland’s Golf Coast. (East Lothian) It’s a golfers paradise! Castles… Courses… Coastline. What a place for Jordan to play his very best golf in Scotland!

The true links course, redesigned over the years by the likes of Old Tom Morris, boasts well-defined holes which follow the natural contours of a narrow strip of linksland between the old red sandstone deer park wall and the rocky shoreline that are hallmarks of the links.

Jordan and Dad take on each other and world famous Dunbar GC in another 1V1 match as part of “The Stableford Series”. Dad starts the round with a 10 point lead: 34 pts. to 24 pts., but Jordan scorches the front 9 with a birdie barrage and threatens to take the lead in the series.
