LIV Golf’s schedule for their fourth full campaign is shaping up.

The PIF-backed league will begin their season under the lights in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will play six international tournaments before heading to the United States.

For the very first time, LIV Golf will visit South Africa, in a move that will please former Open champion Louis Ooshuizen and his Stinger quartet.

It is not the only new event as LIV Golf have already confirmed they will visit Bayou Oaks, New Orleans, towards the end of June.

Some events have been scrapped, with LIV Golf Miami and LIV Golf Dallas notably absent from the 2026 schedule.

Donald Trump’s Doral has hosted a LIV Golf tournament every year since the league’s launch in 2022 but in 2026 looks set to miss out.

The American president’s Blue Monster course will instead stage the inaugural Miami Championship on the PGA Tour.

LIV Golf will play 13 “regular” events in 2026 and a season-ending team championship.

At the time of writing, LIV have only confirmed 11 stops. Details about the final three tournaments will be confirmed over the next few months.

GolfMagic has listed the schedule below.

LIV Golf format changes

LIV Golf have abandoned one of their founding principles for the 2026 season.

In November 2025, the league announced they were ditching their 54-hole format and extending their regular events to 72 holes of stroke play.

The team element remains and there is no cut.
