Listen, they enjoyed the wind
but also me and we still have a long ways to go. So there were a number of those
guys, I’ll talk through while we was on the brake on some
things that we have to improve on and our guys know that. Listen,
I’ve said this on a number of occasions that main building
this Foundation is something that’s been happening since OTAs
and that takes a while to get done and we’re not going to stop
trying to get that done. And we know that takes time, but we want to win right now. Now just like every team does and the players enjoyed the wind
but you know. Listen, they’re looking forward
to getting out there again against Cleveland and then
trying to get another win. So that’s the focus for this week. Not just that but also just on
ourselves like what we’ve been doing, you know, for the past weeks and just
focusing on what we have to do. So but listen II know those guys.
They and their enjoyed the wind with are looking forward to get
into next week. I just want to go back to the
quarterback thing again. So obviously, you want to keep it
secret as for as long as possible for whatever you know,
competitive reasons. But I’m wondering wouldn’t, doesn’t it help the quarterbacks
confidence when the coach comes out and says
you’re my guy. It helps the quarterback
confidence when the player in the coach talked and they know
who the guy is not that. I’m telling to you guys that has
nothing to do with the cut player’s confidence. So basically are you kind of
saying that you know, whomever is going to start knows his status as he practices
throughout the week this week. And that would be between Man, 2
player, buddy. The same answer. I am just
curious though. AG what is the, what it? What is the competitive
advantage or disadvantage for a team? Not
knowing which of these two guys is playing my own reasons. And what’s your confidence
level? That Garrett actually returns this week. Listen he’s going to practice
this week so I’m looking forward to him,
get out of practice. Let’s see how that how that goes, you
know, doing the week. I don’t want to place too much on him
right now but I’m excited about him.
Getting out there being there being a to practice this week. We think it’s up last week and it’s, again, you
added, John Mitchie last week in a trade. What do you like about him? Do
you think he can come in and help you? Yeah, yeah. Do listen, I really enjoyed
talking. I really enjoy talking to him. Listen, he is he is he is our
type of guy. Some of the things that he
talked about really resonate to what we talked about here, about being process-oriented.
About how we practice, while listen, you have to be
callous, you have to Calais yourself with practice, to be
able to go out and play in this time of the year, which is,
which is important. And our brand of football that we
talked about in house, really
fits who the player is. So, I’m
excited to have them. Looking forward to him, getting
out, being part of what we’re trying to accomplish this to the season
AG. Can he be ready to play this week said again? Be ready to play immediately guys. We just got them, figured it out. Let us take it out in practice.
I don’t want to sit there and say that I do. We get out there
like health-wise physically, all that kind of thing. Not
here. I would assume I would assume health-wise. He will be.
But man. Listen we don’t want to sit
here and put too much on the player just getting here.
Let’s see how he operates this week and we’re sorry that goes as usual. Dennis, Brian and Rich EG with with Justin in
particular when you guys broke for the by was
there anything in particular? You told him? I mean like we
know what he went through and how he dealt with it but was
there anything that you told him specifically? But during the
bye week break to just kind of think about and consider just to be himself now I’m not think he he
displayed that very clear to you. Guys and I think my my conversations with him will
always stay there and that’s just how I am. I’m
sure that’s how he is but just his personality just in
general speaks volumes when he went
through that situation and especially when he talked to you
guys. So I refuse to the to tell you guys
that what we’ve talked about, and I’ll always keep that
between being the player. EG D the two-point conversions
against Cincinnati. Going for it down, nine going for it down
a, that’s something. 20, 30 years ago like when you were a
player coaches didn’t do that and it sort of evolved now with
analytics. Yeah, I’m just curious how you
have evolved in your thinking about that because when you were
raised in football, yeah it was it was kick the extra
point B down seven, you know what I mean? And like,
yeah almost extinct but it’s really changed
how the thinking is not. How is your kind of thought process
evolved on that? Um, To be honest with, you really comes
down to one thing is trying to win the game. And at the end of it, you know,
being able to do put ourselves in the situation where you down
by 14. You go for 42, man. You come back and you score again,
man, you kick on, you win the game and also if you did Miss at
least have another chance to go for it, you know, to go out and
try to win the game again, tie the game up at that point. So I just think in our case I want
the players to know that I have an aggressive mentality. I have a ton of trust in them and how a tongue, the truck. Execution, for us to do that.
And listen, I understand the Monday Morning Quarterback
from things like that. Don’t work out, you know, it’s always,
you know, you’re the worst coach ever. When they
do work out, you the best coach ever. So, I just know who I am. I know who
the players are. I have a lot of trust in the gaps that
we have and missing. Not, I’m a continue to
evolve when it comes to making decisions like that and I
listen, I know, I still have a ways to go, you know, just
like, you know, most coaches tell you so, I’m still growing that
aspect too. So when I look forward to it to my growth when
it comes to making those decisions, Last one here from Rich. Yeah. I just wanted to get your update on Andre Cisco
and is he out for the year? The Andres out. He’s out. He had a shoulder and there’s a
mother thinks he’s actually going to fix. He had an issue
before that, so there’s some other parts of his arm. He’s
going to get fixed to why he’s getting the shoulder taken care
of. So, when you say he’s out, he’ll be out, be out for the
season. Yeah. Just wanted to be clear.

Don't trade anyone. These guys may be gone in 9 games. They haven't earned the right to trade personnel when you've won one game
Quit acting like a clown trying to hide stuff.
The one week he decided not to name a starter and siad it was for a competitive advantage we actually won the game , maybe listen to him

I don’t totally blame him because I just can’t stand New York reporters Jets and Giants Pat Leonard, Connor Hughes Jordan Rahnad Costello Rich Cimini Manish was the worst but he’s thankfully gone Pat Leonard has replaced him as the clown jewell NY reporter.
