Um so so I’m just going to break it down, tell you how I think it’s going to end, and when when there are odds on this, uh we can all take a look at it together. All right, let’s get into today’s show. Let’s get into today’s show. Uh Ben Cracker and Shawn Mcomes. I think this is an interesting fight. I think this is a a decent domestic level fight. Uh I I think Mcome has more potential than Crocker honestly. Um this is going to air on his own on Saturday the 27th. Mcome Southpaw good length and height. Uh boxes well from the outside. Likes to be at range. Good feet. Uh works his angles. Nice popping jab. He’s not super athletic. Good subtle movement though. He’s not super easy to hit clean. It’s very, very difficult to hit clean. Um, carries his lead hand low at times. I I don’t love that. But he’s got good timing, good counters, he’s sharp, high IQ, high IQ fighter who knows how to use the ring. Limited athleticism. Uh, that being said, he’s limited, right? He’s not a hitter. He’s not a good athlete. Uh, but he’s got good feet. He controls the range well. He gets in and out. He knows how to fight. Uh he’s been taught well how to fight. He gets in and out. He’s he stays busy. Um he stays busy. He’s got good volume. His volume does drop at times, but throughout the fight it’s pretty good. He mixes things up well. Head, body, head, head, body. He rolls with shots well. He rolls and counters. Uh He’s got a little bit of bounce in his step. Um, he moves his head pretty well. I like him. He uses his faints well. Like I said, he moves and uses the ring well. He likes to counter. He’s hard to hit clean. Um, good. Nice. He’s a southpaw. Good nice counter straight left hand. Um, the straight left counter is really really good. He’s a counter puncher. His volume drops at times. Uh he needs to get more comfortable trying to go first. If he can go first, he’s got a nice jab. If he can go first or off combinations, he he can be something. Again, he’s gonna be limited at the highest level due to his lack of power and lack of athleticism, but there’s something here. There’s something to like about him. Uh Cracker, he’s more of a domestic level guy than me. I don’t stays behind a high guard. Uh looks good, fundamentally uh pretty fundamentally sound. He’s got pretty good reflexes and twitch. He’s actually a better athlete in the fight. I just don’t think he’s as good as Mcomes. Uh mostly a jabber. Like I said, decent athlete. Likes to be out the outside. He blocks shots. He’s got a nice jab. Pretty sharp with his counters, too. Um not much pop despite going the distance, by the way. Uh doesn’t really have a ton of offense. He doesn’t have the angles, defeat that Mcomes has. Uh, not a ton of volume either. Not a lot of pop, moves, likes the range. He he maintains range well. Uh, knows how to box for he knows how to box. Um, he’s slow with his jab. He can put combinations together. He can score points. He can win rounds. He’s um he doesn’t sit down. He doesn’t commit to his shots. If he comes forward, he’s still pulling back, you know. Um, he’s sharp though. Um, nice quick shots. He’s mostly a jabber from long range. Um, quick, you know, he’s got decent athleticism, decent speed, good counter puncher, throws off the back foot. He plants and throws well. He does some things well. I I I just, you know, I I think Mcome’s a higher level than him. This is a good fight. Uh, it’s going to be classic boxing. It’s not going to be super entertaining or anything like that, but it’s a decent fight. Um, and to me, MCO is gonna So, the obvious bet that it should be in everyone’s parlay, and I don’t even know what the odds are, but just take the over. Take the over. Take the fight to go the distance. But if I had to bet my money, uh, I would bet the fight to go the distance, and I would take Mcomes by decision. Mcomes money line. MCOM’s by decision. I would bet Mcomes to win this fight on the scorecards. Uh, you know, when you look at it, uh, super lightweight, 140 pounds. Crocker’s got two knock outs in his 15 fights, and he’s haven’t been knocked out. So, 13 of his 15 fights have gone the distance. And for Mcome, it’s a little better. Uh, six of his 21 fights have gone have have not gone the distance. Six of 21. Six of 21. Um, he’s been knocked out once, he’s got five knockouts. So, between the two guys, they’ve been in 21, 22, 36 fights and seven of them have been ended in knockout. What does that tell you? It’s going the distance. Take the distance. Take the over. And to me, uh, MCOM is the better fighter. So, take MComes on the money line and take him by decision. I think Mcomes by decision is a tremendous bet. Um, you’re also looking a cracker by decision.
