Ben Hogan talked about having a feeling of the arms being bound together. It’s a feeling that can take some getting used to if you’ve got a flying elbow, but it’s one of the secrets to his legendary ball striking.
You’ll often see pros practicing with a ball hanging on a string between their forearms — that’s the same concept. It keeps the elbows bound together so the arms and body can move as one unit through the swing. I prefer the Golf Swing Shirt you see here (use code “classicswing” for your discount).
We’ll be working on this and more at my upcoming Classic Swing Golf Schools —
Nov 8 (1-Day Masterclass) and Dec 6–7 (Weekend School) at Grapevine GC in Dallas.
Enrollment is limited, and the weather will be perfect for golf!

This reminds of your video from years ago where you had on a similar swing type jacket aimed at keeping your arms/elbows together…
