come with me to the PGA Superstore to see what kind of golf set we can build for just $500 first looking through the irons they got some pretty nice stuff but I found some tidalist 775 CB irons for through the pitching wedge for only $110 and this set was mighty clean next up let’s pick out our driver I found a 2016 M1 for only 100 bucks that’s normally what they go for online but this one was extremely clean and we’re definitely going to need a three-wood where I found this Cobra f73 wood for only $69.99 not bad and there’s only one way to ensure that you make all of your putts and that’s to buy a Scotty Cameron so they had this Scotty Cameron for $1.99 it was a little on the rougher side but hey it’s still a Scotty

The iron set was good for a budget build, but putty a used Scotty in there is a bad idea. I'd go for a used Odyssey Rossie II for like $20 and then you have money to get some wedges and a hybrid.
I would not have wasted money on the Scotty Cameron. Would jave snagged a few wedges

At every pga superstore I go to nothing is under 200$ all the sets even if 10 years old and pretty used over a 1000$ and one time I found a really really really scratched up and dented stealth 2 driver It was still 280$ 💀💀💀

Only 10% of golfers break 100….so they do not need fancy golf equipment. They could put together a set for 80 bucks from a pawn shop. Nobody should spend over 400 bucks for a set of irons and woods……and a good putter..

I just bought a whole new bag, including the bag itself. Long story. But it cost a damn fortune. About $4100 all in. But admittedly I got some good stuff. Elyte driver and 7 wood with an Elyte Titanium 3 wood. 3 Miura wedges. A set of P770s, a Ping bag and a TaylorMade TP Reserve putter.
I'm sure it'll be the only time I'll ever buy a whole bag like that. It was pretty fun.

No need for the Scotty here, especially if it's in rougher shape, go with a hybrid or 5 wood instead of the 3 wood, and get one wedge in there.
