Thank you to Lost Lake for hosting us! https://theclubatlostlake.com/
Golfers from ages 10 to 90 met at Lost Lake for one of the most unique competitions I’ve ever hosted. Each hole, the player with the highest score was eliminated — from a 10-year-old junior obsessed with trading cards, to a 24-year-old former UVA men’s golf player, a 70-year-old local legend, a 62-year-old woman who started golf in her 30s after playing fast-pitch softball, and even a former Big Break champion who once competed on national TV. Every generation brought a different kind of game — patience, power, experience, and raw nerves — all playing under real pressure.

When only one golfer was left standing, they faced me in a three-hole match to see which age would come out on top. No gimmicks, no practice rounds — just pure competition and love for the game.
Ages 10 – 90 Compete In A Golf Match

Behind me are golfers ages 10 all the way to 90. And they are going to compete against each other. And the winner after that will play me in a 1v one golf match for $1,000. Starting on hole one, each player will play from their respective tea box. At the end of each hole, at least one player with the worst score will be eliminated until the last man or woman is standing. Thank you to Lost Lake for having us out here. This is a big deal and this golf course is beautiful. So, thank you to them. Grayson played at UVA, men’s golf at UVA, so we’re expecting big things, not to put you on the spot. Do my best. How old are you exactly? 24. 24. Representing the 20s. Exactly. 20 through 30. Have you ever seen this course before or No. First time here. All right. This is going to be good. You’re leading us off. Are you nervous or no? A little bit. A little bit. I think too. It’s hazard. It’s a hazard. So, you get the drop. You get the drop. 31. And you’re a pro golfer. I I heard that you were a plus three handicap at one point. You could say that. I don’t play very much, but that’s what it’s been for the last three or four years. Hang on. You should be fine. You got to save that line. You’re right down the middle of I know. I know. Oh, that was a sigh of relief or stress. Haven’t had any uh butterflies like this in years. So, I’m excited. I love this feeling. This is what what makes it fun. But yeah, I got to breed a little bit. One big break. Season one. Yeah. 100 years ago. No, not 100. But it was fun. It was awesome. Feels like it. Is this more nerve-wracking or No, it can’t be. It was actually before you were born, I’m pretty sure. Wait, what year? I won. 2003, 2004. Oh, yeah. Way before I was born. It’s been about It’s been a minute. So, how old were you when you won that? I was like 26, 27. I got something like that, I think. Good shot. Nice little cut. Perfect. Really don’t go out vacation that far. Wow. Look at that. My god. Fantastic. Great shot. Really good. I know that area. Hi, I’m Kevin Mcamer. I’m representing, I’m afraid, the 70s, but I don’t tell too many people. Well, I’m from right here in Hope Sound right now. I just moved here a little over a year ago. Well, my dad was military, moved all around, but I went to went to undergraduate school in Atlanta. Water. You got it, Brantley. It’s going to be pretty fun. It’s going to be tough, especially with the format that we’re doing. Uh, by all the ages, I’ve never seen a 90-year-old play golf. My grandpa’s 70, 69. That’s about the oldest person that I know. No, Mr. JL, he’s 82. That’s about the oldest person that I know that plays golf. Feel like the younger people will do better than the older people. Get a little bit right. You’re going to be okay. You’re good. How are you feeling about this? You feel good? I feel great. I’m lucky I’m here. Heaven is looking down on me and say, “You’re still here, Pete.” I know. It’s amazing. Not only are you still here, but he’s still playing golf. He’s still showing up to play competition. Like, wow. Never to be seen by a man again. That’s really I just don’t want to be in the water on the A. You’re good. You’re fine. It’s all good. I know when you put it in your head that you don’t want to do something, that’s exactly what you’re going to do. It’s all good, though. Camille Cfield 62. Uh my expectations is to just come out and have fun. Try to play well to support Gabby. I think it’s a wonderful thing that she’s uh representing women’s golf for us because uh when I grew up women’s golf was not a you know well represented let’s say good shot really good and we’re off when did you start playing golf in my 30s and I played a lot of fast pitch softball and uh I met this lady that I’m living with now and uh we’ve been together a little over 20 years. Oh wow. I guess you know you’ve lived a long time and that’s so incredible. Have you been watching golf for a really long time or Well, I I when I started playing golf then I got interested in but I was in my 30s before I picked up the club. All right. Good shot. Sit down. What I love about him is he just gets up and hits. So much confidence. That first drive. You didn’t even take a practice swing. You just got up and you were like boom. Well, I I’m hurrying to get to the 19th hole. That’s where I’m at the best. The 19th hole. And what’s your drink on the 19th hole? Beer. Beer. Oh, I love my beer. I’d say probably cutting through here. Probably somewhere off this point here. I don’t remember. Where do you think I should drop here? It depends where I think where Jeff’s ball is. If this is Jeff’s ball, that would determine. But if his ball is further up, cuz I’m like right in here. Okay. You’re right. means I think. Yeah. What do you got? 177 balls sitting down a little bit. But the main issue here is I got a tree right in my way. So I got to figure out if I’m going to hook it around it or go left of it. What are you going to do? I’m going to go a hook around the tree with a seven iron. Little bit low to make sure it gets there. probably increase to six with the wind. I got 192. So, I’m going to hit the eight iron. I should be uh right pin high there with that eight iron. Nice. No, I’m kidding. I’m going to hit my 150 fivewood right here. Oh, you got it in play, Bob. Hit it again. What a shot. What a shot. Very good shot, Brantley. He just pulled off an insane shot. And I love your shirt. Thank you. I was I was thinking about it. We played golf yesterday and he told me he was like, “I have this peanut butter and jelly shirt that I’m going to be wearing tomorrow.” I I thought it would be like regular sandwich print. This is awesome. Uncrustables. So sick. Such a great shirt. So Brantley, if you win, right? So you want to be the last one standing in this group of nine and then play me. If let’s say if you win, what what are you going to do with like $1,000? Well, my dad said I can I I have to give him like three or 400 of it. Oh, what is he going to What is he going to do with it? Just paying him or is he going to save it for you? He says he says for like gas and stuff. for the trip down. Yeah, I agree. I agree. He’s the one that’s got you here. Um he’s from Georgia, by the way. What else would you do with the rest of the money? You gonna buy You gonna buy trading cards? Yeah. This kid’s obsessed with football trading cards, which I love. And he he loves it. We watch YouTube videos on it all the time. So, that’s what you should spend your money on. Don’t tell them I told you to spend all of it. But I’m far I’m far far. I’m 195. So, I have my fivewood. That’s the most I have in my my bag. See what happens here. Little high. You’re going to be next. Not bad though. Blow. It must be blowing right at us. See that long skinny tree? Yeah. Yeah, that’s it. Oh, there it is. Got a little bit. You definitely don’t want to go long on this this uh this hole. So, I’m going to take a sixiron here and just try to flight it and get it on that dance floor somewhere. Not dancing. All right, bueno. Pin is a sucker pin. So, I’m not going to uh go at it. I think I’m just going to play a little short and right and aim for those two palm trees. Put it right between those two trees. He’s a very good golfer. All right. Good shot. It’s a tough place to be. You’re good to go. I’m ready to go. Yep. Well, I got it out. Okay, got it. Yeah, this one’s going to be fun. Not easy for somebody who hits on a flats simulator every day. But I got like 150 pen 130 to cover winds into my face. So I’m going to see if I can hit a little eight iron up there. Hope it hooks. This look pretty good. Okay. Got to sit down. That was the right line though. Two in a row. I looked up. That’s not good. Oh, that’s a good shot. Not bad. All right. Good one. That’s not bad. That’s not good. Spin. Nice shot. This can’t go long. Big drop. Good shot, Brley. Great shot. Should be good. Get in the hole. Under pressure. She’s definitely used to being under pressure. Brley is going to be hitting his four shot. Grayson’s going to be putting for five. Jeff Daly is going to be putting for three. JP putting for four. Cara Faulk is going to be putting for five. Camille Coughfield is going to be putting for five. Kevin McMaher is going to be putting for four. Bob Maze is going to be putting for five. And Pete Pace is gonna be putting for seven. I couldn’t even hear that. They They want you to put it out, but I would give it to him. How cruel. He’s the oldest guy here. No, I would give it to him. That is horrible. Prove him wrong. He didn’t need it. There we go. jumping. Oh, what’s that? What do you got there? What’s that thing at the end? All right, Kevin’s up. Picks the ball out of the cup. That’s great. That’s great. Nice putt. Good putt. Get in the hole. We need to make one of these. Great putt. Make sure that there’s no They’re not giving any putts. There’s no gimmies cuz it’s for money and not even an inch putt. Oh. Oh. Get in the hole. Great putt. Yeah. Danny’s in for a four. In for seven. Nice. Right in the cup. Better not do that next year. It’s all strategy. Yeah, putt. Good putt. Thank you so much for coming on the channel, everybody. Thank you very much. Been a thrill for me. That was awesome. You did great. This whole time will remember. It was amazing. 19 holes. Wait for you. All right. Take care. Well, me. I’m going to throw in a little bit of a side bet here. The challenge will be a closest to the pin for $300. Winner gets $300, but three people are automatically getting eliminated that are the bottom scores. Okay, so basically everybody’s for it. All right, let’s do it. 200 yards into the win. Sure, no problem. Shot on the last hole. Pro shot. That was sick. We’ll see. I got a little better lie this time. Yeah, that’s for sure. Pull over. Pull. Go. All right, you’re on. Good shot. Pull over. Go. Good shot. Really good shot, Grayson. Fingers crossed. Okay, guys. So, this is Grayson. You guys have probably seen him on the channel before. We did do a match. We did. Gabby got the best of me. We played for $1,000. Okay. He’s looking for revenge, right? Today, every day when I fall asleep, I think about that loss. Really? Are we being actually a little bit to be honest? A little bit. It crosses my mind quite a bit. I think that you at least I think I don’t want to call it too soon, but that that was pretty close. That was a very good shot. That was a great shot. That was that was great. Hopefully get 300 bucks. And he played for University of Virginia um men’s golf team. He’s an incredible player. D1 obviously and I was shocked that I won that day, but I would love to run it back. You did play well. I did play well. I was shocked. Like one under even par. Yeah. And you had shot like even or something. Yeah. We both played pretty solid and you just came on top. Yeah. I don’t know. I I would love to run it back though today. Uh oh. I think we have our two already. Yeah. All right. I think she played Oh, that was such a good shot. Get right. Get right. All right. He’s just off. He’s going to be okay. This guy’s a st. Look at that swing. Oh, that was such a good shot. Get right. Get right. All right. He’s just All right. five years of this guy from everywhere. He’s going to be like Oh, yeah. He’s going to be like top junior to 15 years old hopefully. So, so he’ll be a freshman in high school. Okay. And I think you’ll be very good. Your brother plays too, right? He does play. He actually just committed Auburn. Oh my gosh. Wow. He committed Auburn. This family is so successful. That’s amazing. What? What? He’s in junior or senior? He’s going to be a junior this year. Oh, he is a junior. So he just became eligible to talk to playologist. So we chose Auburn. That’s amazing. I heard it’s great. We chose Auburns for UVA. No. What’s he doing? Um off camera. What’s up, David? You want to get JP? Good shot. Good shot. position. A golf, you know, you just you’ll pull the club back and you sometimes you don’t know where the hell it’s going. Take it. I’ll take it. Good shot. Nice shot. Well, thank you. Had a lot to make up for. Sit down. Okay, guys. So, closest to the pin here, easy 300. And we will be eliminating. You’re now you’re now, you know, net negative 700 or is that how it works? That’s 700. Yeah, 700 down still. It’s okay. We’ll make it back. Go in the hole. Oh, what a good putt. That was really good. By the way, I have to point out Jeff putts lefty, but he’s a righty. So, he swings righty, putts lefty. That’s pretty impressive. This would be an amazing ball. Yes, that would that would be when the ball’s in the air. If you told me I had a par putt, I was going to be a little surprised. But that’s golf. You just hit the ball and you hope for the best. This would be a nice one. What about What about this, Grayson? Before you putt, $100 if you make it. If you miss, you got to give me a hundred back from the 300. Oh, that definitely not. That’s No. No. If you give me like 8 ft, maybe. That’s like the percent range. This is like a like 12 13. All right. All right. Up to you. Up to you. How about 200 if you make it still? No. Like, I’m just trying to mess with you. You’re good. You’re good. Good. It’s close. It’s close. I was going to say if you made it, that would be pretty upsetting. Well, hopefully it’s a little left to right. Seeing is believing, right? A Come on. Come on. Come on. Put some shade on the Oh, this a tough pimp session. All right, it’s okay. All right, good putt. Good. Good. Good putt. They’re going to do a putt off. If you win the putt off, you’re safe. The other three are done. So, I’m going to just turn your backs around so that you guys can’t see. Perfect. All right, you going to put a mark on it? Oh, goodness. That is so good. Good putt. Thank you. Camille advancing. All right. So, Camille, how does it feel? You just slid through. It was looking rough for a second there and then it came back. How does it feel? It feels great. You almost made that putt. I almost made that putt and you know, and now we’re on to whole thing. I’m on I’m on to the next one. You never know what could happen. Seriously. Oh no. Yeah, that’s small. That’s it. Get left. That’s it. Good shot. Perfect. Perfect. Oh, cut. I think that’s good. Wait, what? What? Hey, what’ you call that? Child, JP fade. All right, good play. Not bad. I can make bogey from there. That’ll play. Yep, that’ll be fine. It’s going to kick right too when it gets up to me. Very good. That was a sick shot. I mean, I will say though, we have been talking about you in the cart. Like, I think every single time somebody’s coming in the cart, they’re like, you know, it’s a tough field. You got the guy from Big Break here. Like every that’s what everybody was saying. So now you got to live up to the soundtrack. I know when and and I love this kind of atmosphere, but I haven’t been practicing. I haven’t been playing or working full time. So to be under the gun, I don’t I don’t want to compare this to Big Break, but I’m comparing it mentally in my head. It has very similar feel. We had challenges, you know, where, you know, you had the same club to four different distances and average, you know, is what was taken and, you know, seven people. So you only have to beat one. Exactly. So you’re Yeah. There was rough behind the hole in that challenge and I knew the averages and I just blew my shot past the pin on purpose. That’s amazing. I used to watch the show all the time when I was younger. It was fun. Yeah. So you got to strategize it here. Like obviously the strategy on last was to hit it, you know, on the green, make par, and let somebody else make a mistake until I thought I hit it out of bounds. What’s What’s your handicap right now? Like I had no idea. Cuz you haven’t played that. Back in the day I was probably a plus five or plus six. I’m I’ll be lucky if I’m scratched right now. I have no idea. I don’t play anymore, but I can still hit some good shots. But thinking Champions Tour, maybe next year. All right, it’s 147. Pin looks back. Can’t go long. Get a little chip pitching wedge. Trying to leave it middle of the green and give myself a 20footer. But I could be totally wrong about where this pin is and and not be close. But we’ll give it a go. Nice shot. Works. Little thin, little left, but we’ll take it. Middle of green. Great shot. Grayson’s Wow. Really playing well. I’ve always wanted to even just know someone who tried to make it for the Champions Tour next year like that. I I’ve been I’ve been Okay, this is a bet that we have going on. Okay, if a guy who was in his, let’s say, early 40s, let’s say 41, 42, they don’t play golf really, but they grinded it out every single day, quit their job, put a million dollars into trying to make themselves an incredible golfer. Do you think that they could uh do you think that they could make the Champions Tour by 50? Absolutely. You think so? Yeah. you have the right player who’s athletic, who actually has the the abilities to be taught and yeah, that’s plenty of time. I mean, you know, the question is, I didn’t start playing till I was 14 and and then by the end of my first year, I was a scratch. So, right, it definitely you can learn quickly in this game and the 40s isn’t too late. There are people that have done that three, four years later. Go. Get through. Get through. Get through. That’s another great lie. Wind’s a little behind me, so I’m just gonna try to knock a pitching wedge up there. Looks like Grayson hit it in close. So the numbers shot. Thank you. It’s 132 yds. It’s a little uphill. Wind’s a little helper. I think I’m going to just try and hit it to the front of the green and hopefully it’ll get up over that uh that false front. Cut. Bait. It’s all right. It’s burp. It’s fine. Oh, be good over. Good shot. Three on the green in the same spot. Really good. Finally. You land it like here. I’m going to land a little left side like maybe in the shadow of the flower. Is there a mark right there on the green? Like right in that little landing spot cuz that may be a really good place to feel like I’m turning into the caddy now. I I enjoy that. So, I will say the only thing is not to start excuses or anything, but they’ve been playing, you know, in a competitive place and I’m going to have gone up there with no warm up, no nothing, never swinging a club. And um we’ll see what happens. Oh, all right. Good chip. Robin. Robbie. High five. High five. Does it make it harder to read it lefty? I’m left eye dominant. I think it actually makes it easier. Oh, you are. Okay. Yeah. So, that’s actually a big reason why I switched. So, see if it works. I think it breaks. I don’t know. Cup and a half. Oh. Oh, good putt. Had the right line. Good putt. Ooh, that’s in the hole. Oh, good putt. Thank you, Grace. Is in for four. Oh. Oh, good putt. Nice. Thought that was in. Canal’s in for five. Obviously with somebody in for five, the speed has to be just right here. No, but I want to make this. So, we’re going for it. That’s a birdie booty. That’s Is that the first burger we have? Straight in. Get it close. Bob’s in for six. Thank you so much, Bob. We’re going to keep the woman in that. Really nice. Press on, guys. Good job. Good plan. That was amazing. Bob, you did so well. You did amazing experience. How did you enjoy it? I thought the overall experience was fantastic. Great to be out here. Beautiful day, nice people. So, a game we all love. You know, it was not a good day really, but you know, for an old guy, you know, you represented your category very well. They’d be very proud. Anybody who’s watching and is your age is better be proud of him. I definitely am. I figure out how far I want into this hole. It’s 264 to carry the right water. Um, but looks like anywhere right, it’s going to be it’s going to be gone. This is a game of attrition right here. You want to play safe, conservative at fairways and green. So, probably take an iron off this tea and try to have a small wedge in. Yep. Similar thoughts. You know, this is a hole where you could hit driver and hit it up near the short of the green, but there’s not a lot of benefit because you’re not going to make an eagle. The key here is to keep in play in the fairway, preferably left center. You don’t want to um take any unnecessary risks. There’s that nice little low cut. Perfect. See if I can follow that up. Yeah, JP’s definitely warming up. I’m I’m I’m starting to get nervous now if I do have to play you. Like I’m starting to be like, “Good shot. You’re good. That’s perfect. Perfect. Yeah. Nice. Nice. Quick, we’ve got another ultimatum. So, you can either play the rest of the hall as it is and the worst score will be eliminated. Or we could scoop up all the golf balls, put it to the best position, whoever’s in the best position, do it closest to the pin, and the winner of that close spin gets $300. The two worst are automatically eliminated. Who wants to vote for that? I What do you guys think? It’s up to you. Did you hear it? What do you think? I don’t like it. Everybody, we go to the best. I don’t need 300 bucks that bad. We do it closest from there. What do you think about it? And the two furthest. I mean, I’m game for whatever, but I like $200. I mean, we’re here to make, you know, some fun and some money. Eh, you see where my driver is against three bros? No. Okay, so we got one. No. What do you guys think? Yes. Yes. I’ll go no. No. You’re the deciding one here. I’m going to go no. You’re going to go no. All right. All right. Thank you. Who knows if that was the right call. I don’t know. I like closest to for 200 bucks. But I like us playing the hole out, having to hit shots rather than just one shot, two people eliminated. That was my biggest factor. I’m like, do I like my chances? Yeah. I mean, if I had a good shot, I’d like it, but I’d hate to hit a good shot and then all of a sudden there’s two people that just knocking inside me and all of a sudden I hit I hit it six feet and I’m gone after I’ve hit a good shot. I like that scenario. So, what you hitting here? I’m hitting 52. Trying to hit this a little short of the pen, like 115 to 120. Penins 123, but I got a little downwind. Not good there, boys. I don’t want to give you a hard time, but are you wishing that you would have taken the Probably. Yeah, right now. I went lady’s choice on it, though, so I was just trying to play Mr. Nice Guy on that one. I know. I know. telling them we got 120, but people are missing long. We got a flyer light out of the rough downwind back pin. So, uh, number of priority here is keep it in the middle of the green. So, a little chip 54 and we’ll see what happens. That was a great shot, too. You joined me. Everything I said I couldn’t do, I did. I don’t like it. All right. I think you’re going to be okay. So, I have a 90 yard shot. I got the wind helping. I don’t want to be long cuz I’ve seen everybody else go a little bit long. So, I just want to get it up over this first bunker and let it run out a little bit. Yeah. Nice shot. Great shot. Thank you. Thank you. Not a lot of green to work with, so going to have to get fancy with it. grabbed it. Okay. Now, how where do you plan on landing this? Well, probably halfway between the fringe and the cup. Hopefully, almost dunked it. Pretty much safe if you two put this. Well, these guys are good. Well, anything could happen because if it they all make par here, then it’s a putt off. I’ve known I know too much. I’ve been along I know you’re not safe till you’re safe. That’s damn sure. So, just just make this putt then. That would be it. That’s safe. Yeah, that’s real. Goes in, you’re safe. Come on. That’s in the hole. What a good putt. She’s like a killer out here. like she’s coming to win. She doesn’t want to lose. I respect that. That was good. Thanks. Very said, I’m starting to regret that bet I made. Should have taken the closest, too. But definitely putt of the day right here. Bo, very good. Good. All right. Thanks, man. Keep playing well, Jeff. Thank you so much. You hung in there very well. I I I think you should have taken that, but I don’t want to put that on your conscious. I guess I shouldn’t hit the fairways anymore. I made more pars from Terrible Live. That’s actually true. That’s a pleasure to meet you. Absolutely. The guy who takes the last one. Well, this is one of those good par fives here at Lost Lake. Number five, dog leg left. par five. And it’s one of those ones you just have to you got to step up and hit a good shot and there’s nowhere to miss it. Plan here that I’m visualizing with this wind direction stuff is a little draw right to left down the right center. Oh yeah, kids. Don’t try little draw up the middle. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Just like that. Can’t believe I talked. Yeah. What the hell was that? That is 80 hours inside the office trying to make phone calls and emails and stuff. I’m going to blame that cuz that’s Yeah. I don’t know. That’s the worst shot I’ve hit in a while. I don’t know. This golf is weird. You just don’t know. One shot’s perfect. The next one’s horrible. Great play, JP. Great shot. That should be fine. That should be perfect. Good shot. Back in play. Settle. Settle. You going to go for this? Oh, yeah. We got 240. Probably to get at least 230 up there. I have a three iron. The only thing I have to worry about is coming out hot out of this rough. Think you’re good. Thanks. Good work. How’d that feel coming off? But way further right than what it went. Strike. Sit down. Might have hit it too good. I strike it. Gone. Bad time. Hit the best shot of the day. Go, go, go, go, go. Oh, that was a good swing. If she makes up and down, she gets parked. Okay, he’s over there and he’s hitting for also up and down. So, you make up and down. You’re already You won. That’s so good. So good. That one was nice. That’s the most insane part I think I’ve ever seen. Actually, that I think that is literally the most insane part I’ve ever witnessed live. The crowd likes that one. I love a good chair. I hate playing by myself. This is way more fun. So, how how comfortable do you feel getting to this same position again if you played this hole over again? Um, I wish I was further that way. So, I’d almost rather replay it and take my chance. Yeah. Yeah. So, what if I said this? Try and make par or birdie and advance, right? Or go play the hole again for $200 and risk, you know, not winning. You play this hole. We’re giving you 200 bucks whether or not you win or lose, even if you make a triple. Yeah, definitely. So, you we Okay, great. All right. He’s going back to the T- box. Now, the score counts. Yes. So him going back wins him 200 bucks automatically because he was in the best position of the hole, right? So if he goes back to the tee and if he makes triple here, he still takes the $200, but he’s out. So he’s he’s playing the hole again. Okay. I like that for him. I like that decision. Um we like that decision and I hope and good for him getting the 200 bucks. That’s awesome. And he’s a good player so he might make eagle on the next try. Yeah, me having you know already a par putt and I’m very happy. very I don’t know that I’m safe, but I like that he has This is a tough hole. Like I think it’s going to get in his head a little bit. Boom. Let’s go. Come on, baby. Second try, same spot. Consistency. Even better than last time. Plus 200. Go up. Oh yeah. Go in. It’s like under 10 ft actually. I think so. Looks pretty good. I think they’re cheering. Hit it to like 8 ft from 237. Want to leave your number? Serious? Yeah. It actually worked out way better for him cuz like that shot was that’s going to be for eagle. Oh. Wonderful chat. Thanks, guys. I I’m loving this. I love this. This is entertaining for me. I’m not even playing. Oh, I’m assuming that’s the end of the end of my run. Good part, Camille. You hung in there. We were so proud of you. We’re all rooting for you. You represented the girls very well. Thank you. And the 60-year-old very well. Thank you. Thank you for that. Honestly, I was really proud. Thank you. Thanks. It was a great day. Thank you for inviting me. I had a lot of fun. I enjoy this venue. I’m a you know, I like competitive golf, so this this just helped you to step up a little bit. But thank you. Amazing. Thanks for coming. Appreciate it. You did amazing. Good job. Thank you. Final two people, 40s and the 20s. This is a par three. And then whoever wins this is going to play me for $1,000. You guys ready? Let’s do it. Blast. Let’s do it. First five irons of life. What’s wrong with that? Well, another beauty off the tea. Beautiful day for the beach, as they would say. Um, all right. Pretty long bunker shot here, so it’s everything’s going to kind of kick a little left to right. So, I got to aim this probably at the flag shadow left of the hole about five to six feet. And yeah, and just this would be a good time for one to come out the right way. out here. Just trying to feel if it’s downhill or uphill. It seems more downhill down grain. So, it’s going to roll. It’s going to roll out on me more than I would initially think. Sit down. That’s a good chip. All right. This is where you just visualize the ball going in. Like I’m nervous. Like I’m not even playing straight. How nervous are you, Grayson? Pretty pumped up right now. Well, I haven’t been nervous in like a long time on the course. Congratulations. Wow. That was amazing. What a way to finish that. Good play. Play well. Thank you. Take her down. Do my best. You put in such a big fight for not playing and for just coming. I mean, obviously you’re an incredible player, but to dust the rust off and come out and play this well well is really incredible. Yeah, it was fun to, you know, hit some bad ones, some good ones. So, I I just love the atmosphere. This is awesome. Thank you so much for coming out and competing. Really appreciate it. All right, guys. Here we go. Here’s the match. Three holes, match play, me versus Grayson. If you guys might have seen, and I mentioned this before, he has been on the channel before. I did a video in the past where I went up to a random golfer on the range and asked to play an 18hole match for a thousand bucks. It was a while ago before anybody was doing money matches and I saw that he had a UVA bag and I was like maybe he played for the club team. I don’t know. Then I saw a swing. I was like no he definitely played for the team. Let’s see if he’s down to do it. And the first thing he said was like yeah let’s do it. Let’s do it right now. So he was super open to doing it. I happened to win. I don’t know how he had shot like even and I shot like two under. It was such a close match. I don’t know. I I must have been playing really really well. You were killing it. You’re making every play you looked at. I I don’t know. I don’t know. But he’s back for revenge. I think the reason that he came all the way and he he went through all these rounds is like the grit and the determination that he had was to win this $1,000 back. Already won 500 bucks. 500 bucks. But already been a pretty good day. Yeah, for sure. And they get 500 cash playing golf. Yeah, that’s that’s been 99% of the other days. Now he just take down Gabby. One more chance to I know. I think that’s what’s really been been, you know, really pushing him. That’s his motive right now. And I get it. I respect it. He’s back for revenge. I think it’s just so fitting that we went through every single age and it somehow we There were some good players today. Oh my gosh. Yeah, there were great players. Then we’re going to do it three holes match play. How do you feel about that? Three holes match play. It’s tight. Anything else? So, starting at nine, now we’re doing three. It’s a little bit less. You know, it’s a little more variation on three. Yeah. I feel like if it’s kind of like the front nine where you had to be playing well every single hole. Yeah. Now it’s instead of having eight nine holes or cover, now is you have to be playing very precise every single shot. Exactly. And in a way, I feel as if it’s better for me coming off that recent elimination uh format. But for Gabby, she has to come out sharp with more warm up. No, nothing. I I I definitely You definitely have the upper hand here, but that’s not an excuse. I think he’s still going to crush it. It’s going to be good. This is the first hole. This is the hole right here, D. Yeah. Oh, wait. Where’s the Oh, it’s there. Actually, three holes. Can’t make any mistakes. I don’t mean to put that in your head before you strengthen. That’s so good, guys. Still got some in the tank. That works. Wow. I I’ve never seen this guy like this before. He’s really like I I don’t know what it is. You’re just turning it on. So, the the the countless hours of practice and playing division one golf is is seriously coming out right now. There’s nothing I could say that’s gonna get in his head, I don’t think. Should we just trash talk each other all day? I I’m okay with that. I I will warn you, I’m not that good at it, but here we go. No warm up. Let’s go. Let’s get locked in. Rip through it. It’s going to be your best bet. Okay. Nice, Gabby. That was a good shot. A little high, but That’s perfect. I’m okay with it for the first swing. It’s weird cuz I played so well the first time we played and now I need to really show that I got that person’s got to show up again because then you’re going to think it’s a fluke. No, no fluke. I have a little bit of a disadvantage. I I can say it that I haven’t played at all, but I like the challenge. So, I played some of the worst golf I’ve ever played yesterday. It was a fluke. It was very bad. And so, you guys will probably see it on YouTube. It may not have come out yet. It may have, but you’ll know when you see it which which match I’m talking about. And it was garbage. I’m trying to turn that mentality around. This is the That was the first swing I had since that round. God, I really got to kick it into gear here. No. 232 to carry. I was going to say that um that bank. Did I give you this rangefinder? This is the one that you did got from playing. Yeah, it is. Oh my god. Oh, that’s so good. Get left. show. Are you kidding me right now? Like, how am I supposed to compete with that? I was so close to being on the green. Like 5 ft short. The the weakest part of her right now is going to be her starting game because she has no warm-up. Yeah. So, you have to start strong, play aggressive, got to see what she has. You’re intimidating me. You’re That’s okay. But that’s what’s happening. So, last time, last nine holes was play conservative, right? Get in the fairway, make your cars. Now, it’s going all out. Now, we got to get the job done. Well, you’ve already you’ve already been playing in the competitive mode. So, now you just turn it up. You just just let loose to the end of the fairway. It’s 180. So, the flag it’s 217. I can’t go for it. So, I’m going to hit 91 and I’m going to hit it right. Little pulley, but it’s going to be okay. Very nice. So, we got 68. I’m going 60° kind of like a 3/4 3/4 shot. 75 to the back. Usually hit this around 75, so take a little bit off of it. My goodness. All right. Wow. This is a fun one. Probably about 30 yards, but I only need to care about 15. Once I land it, it’s going to be downhill down grain to a pin that’s on a slope. Roll out. It’s rolling. Keep on coming. All right, I’m expecting Grayson to make that putt. That’s what you have to do in match play. Plus, his putting has been really good. So, I not that I’m going to crush this past the hole because it’s definitely downhill and it’s definitely going left to right. You don’t want to have even harder putt for par. Like, that’s not the goal here. So, first putt on these greens and see. I’m going to try and make it, but I’m not going to crush it by the hole. Let’s find out the speed. Here we go. That was so weird. That’s good by me. If you want it to be Thank you. They say never putt out something. That’s good. I have to at that distance. If I’m missing that, we got a problem. You want it out, right? Yes, please. Thanks. Okay. This is to win the first hole. Keep momentum going. Oh my gosh. No way. I thought that was in the hole. My heart dropped. Way. All right. When two more holes to make a birdie. It’s okay. When he putt that, when it was halfway, I was I was like, “That’s it. I lost that hole.” Three hole. Good stroke. One up, two of play. Momentum all in my side. Now it’s all square. Yep. No momentum. Got the Celsius. Got your Celsius. I got my unsweet tea. Oh, we both got the caffeine. Yeah. Keep us going on the back knife. Mhm. Look at these things. They’ll come after you. What’s up? They’ll come after you if you try and mess with them. Would I? Yeah, I would. Chase them. I know. Keep your club out and go chase them like So, it’s best when you can see a snake on the That’s what I did. I saw a snake today. You saw a snake? Did you chase it with your club? No, I just got really scared. I just got really scared and I just stopped. It was a little gray greenish snake. That could have been poisonous then. Yeah, I thought it was a black racer, but when I got closer it wasn’t that color. A buddy of mine got bit like two weeks ago. Was a poisonous when he went to the hospital. No, I I don’t know what it is. I I forget the name. What happened to him? Like, did he There’s a cobra. Get left. That was a good drive. Just got to get left. I think you’re fine. I hit it perfectly. You did it great. Just aimed a little bit right, but it was a good shot. All right. Well, I’m fine, but that was that was the bailout right there. It looks It looks like you stayed up. I’m going to be fine. I don’t know how, but I’m going to be fine. In the garage. Do you have any other siblings other than your brother? I have two. Oh, really? Are they Did they play D1 Golf, too? Two total siblings. My older sister played UVA, too. She was 18 months older than me. And so, she committed there first. And so, when I went there, I was like, I don’t really want to follow in her footsteps. I’d rather go somewhere else, but I love the coach and I love the program. And so, we were actually the same university for like 3 years. That’s crazy. So, three kids in the family, all D1 players. That’s And all in golf, too. Do your parents play golf? No, not really. Really? Yeah. That’s like my parents. Like they don’t play golf at all. Um it’s just I can’t believe they must just be high achieving cuz like that’s incredible. Yeah. Huh. How far? So I think Grayson’s going to drop because it it landed here. We saw it land and I think it went through. But the good thing is it’s hazard. So he can drop here. I’ll just drop over here. Yep. And um he’s not out of the hole when it’s hazard. Especially you’re hitting for three. Make up and down. You’re par. You’re done. You’re good. Well, not out of it, but 110. Plus, it’s a short little shot here. It’s a really high shot, which is nice. It’s going to land soft. I didn’t see it. I think it’s a little bit short. A little bit short. Yeah, a little short. Pins in the front, though. I have 113. Seems like it’s a little bit muddy. Pins in the front. Wind’s kind of coming with me, though. There is a back stop. Yeah, I’m I’m going to go with the 9 iron, though. I don’t think I I don’t think that it’s worth it to be a little bit short, especially out of this rough. It is, but this fly is going to pull. Okay, that’s a good chop, but that’s too much. It’s got to sit down. That’s fine. It’s not bad though out of that rough. Oh my gosh. Thank god we’re doing lift clean in place. Holy cow. Divot. Oh, and divot. That won’t do. What do you mean? You go like this and like drop it. No, I Or do you do the open face try to like I would chop it. I would chop it. Max chipped in. Uh Willlet three putted and homo one. We need some magic like that right now. Oh my gosh. What a chip. What a chip. We could turn it. So good. Looks like Max. Not quite. I did. It looked like he was going left at the end. I hate to say this out loud, but I wouldn’t put anything past me to make a three putt. I don’t want to say this out loud, but it’s so true. It’s the right speed, wrong direction. Very good. It’s not bad, though. Very good. I think All right, one up after two. I’m shocked, but we got one hole left. And obviously, it’s match play, so if we tie, we’re gonna keep playing. Perfect. It’s literally perfect. You couldn’t have placed that better on a video game. All right. Okay. Par five. I need to blast this. Just stay in my swing and rip it. No. Come on. Oh, that’s a bad drive. All right. So, my ball went in the hazard. So, I had to drop here. So, I’m hitting for three. And it’s par five. 250 in. I still don’t think going for it is worth it. Make three from here. And make par. Hitting for three. This is the wrong club I grabbed. All right. All right. So, I got to make up and down from there. 203 middle pin 187 front 187. So, I just got to hope that somehow he makes par. Now, birdie, what are you hitting? Like a I’m going to go with seven. Yeah, that’s less or more club. It’s probably a little bit less. I got to push it to get there. It’s 204 pin about 85 front. So, this thing will carry about 85 typically. Yeah. You don’t really want to be long cuz if it rolls off the green, you got a down like sharp downhill, you know. Exactly. Run off. You got it. It’s a great shot. Left. It’s going to drop. That’s perfect. Could you ask to take over? There’s no way. That would be crazy. There’s no way it’s over. You’re still probably going to be fine. That’s perfect though. That was a great shot. Thanks. Couldn’t get better than that. We got a great match going right now. I know. And I got to make something happen. It’s going to just It’s going to be just like the last nine holes where it’s going to be single elimination. Mhm. Low score wins. Mhm. So given that nothing crazy happens on this last win about 20 footer for eagle, she has to get up in about still on. Perfect. Okay. More like a playoff. I know. I I really got to put this close. Actually, I am way closer than I thought, which is not the best thing in the whole world, but it’s 70 yards. It looks like 50, but I’ve got a full 60°. Here we go. This is the shot right here. That looks really good. You got No, you got to be kidding me. What was that bounce? Okay, so I got to make this to even have a shot and he has to three putt in order for me to tie this hole. If I don’t make the chip, we go to the next hole. And now the match is tied. Yeah, this is the shot right here. All comes down to this. That’s in. No way. No, it’s not. Could you get any? I tried my best. I tried. That was incredible. So, he’s got a four putt. No, he won. He won the hole. He won the hole. Good. Yes, you’re good. So, I made a three. He made He made a three basically. I did give it a good run, though. All right, next hole. Poor putt, birdie. He wasn’t going to for putt, guys, from 15 ft. Sudden death. No idea how long this is, but it’s definitely long. Sudden death. Sudden death. I think it’s like 420. Blowing the 420. Stay up. I didn’t see it, but I think you’re going to be okay. Either way, it’s it’s hazard, so you’ll drop. Okay. Okay. That’s no good. Wow. You think it went in? Yeah, I do. All right, guys. Come on, driver. Come back to me. Let’s finish off strong, driver. Oh my goodness. It’s going to be okay. But that is pretty garbage driver. Wow. Our driver sucks right now. They are not good. 150. All right, we have 159 everyone. It is a little into the wind. We’re going to get a jumper out of my lift clean in place. Perfectly perfect lie. But the pin’s back. You know, earlier in the round, we missed one long when I got too much of a flyer. And with these grooves, which are pretty much non-existent, I have a tendency to go long. And so, we’re taking a little pitch here. We’re going to go middle to right side and take a two putt. It’s the perfect play. It’s got to go a little bit. There we go. Good shot. That’s the safe play. You need that from there. So did the golf baby. Back to elimination. I thought I got like 133, 140 to the back, and 125 to the front on the line of the pin. So, here’s the thing. I can play my 8 iron, which goes around 130. The only thing is is that out of this rough, if it grabs, it’s going to go way shorter. Now, I do know that 8 iron’s going to make 125. Even if it does grab, I just got to aim a little bit more right and let the rough and the lie pull it a little bit. I’m going to still I’m going to try and play the shot that Grayson did. I’m not trying to pull it though at all. I’m just trying to hit a straight shot at his ball where it ended up and then if it pulls over, it pulls over. You can give this a shot. It’s not going to work. No, I know. But I don’t want to be too quick where I where I duck hook it like before. Here we go. Come on. Can you go? Please go. It has a line. Get up. Now sit down. What a shot. I’ll take it. Wow. I was was pretty nervous over that. My heart’s probably at Watch. I’m going to check my aura ring right now. My heart’s at 120. Like no joke. Which is like We’re not playing a tournament. And are you doing push-ups, bucks? Back still against the wall. Okay. I I started at I was when I as soon as I hit it, it was at 141. Now I’m at 120. So it went down a little bit. No, but it’s crazy that it’s gonna be when she puts it. It’s gonna be 145, 150. It’s crazy that your brain works that way because you don’t feel it, but like as soon as I looked at where the ball was, my heart rate dropped 10 uh beats per minute. That’s It’s actually fair. It’s a,000 bucks and that means a one of 20 odds that it would change the outcome of this hole. And so in theory, you should actually be paying her about I would say what$150 $200 to go. you want to do this. I’m I’m okay with this. If he putts it and is like, I’m screwed kind of thing. If he offers me a a the right amount of money, I’d go back and play the hole over again with him. At least at least 300. I’m I’m not I’m not feeling. Either way, you win. I still like my odds where I am. I mean, not great, but you can always change it after you putt it. I’m okay with that. We’ll be okay. We’ll be okay. Oh my goodness. You got to be joking. What? I’d be honest, I didn’t think that was even. I thought it was dead center. Given I hit a little hard, but you know, it happens from time to time. What people care about the most is alignment. Line was dead on. That should have counted. Guys, that was I got to make this. I make it. I end it. This has got to go in the hole. I know. I’m just saying I haven’t made a putt in a really, really, really long time. This is the putt because I’m due. Like, it’s it’s impossible that I go with this long without making a putt to save $1,000. Oh my gosh. Are you kidding me? That hit something. That was a good stroke, guys. I made that. I That was in. Look at this. You see this right here? That went up. It wasn’t up before. It hit that. Oh my gosh. Oh my goodness. He’s going to want to just hit this and and make it go in. Yeah. All right, we got another playful. You didn’t get it? Okay, good. I don’t know. My heart rate was there. That’s why you went so quickly cuz you were like, I’ve done this before. I just need to go. Exactly. All right, next hole. I really I really should have That was both That was a really good chance for you and I saved 500 bucks when I went back to T. Get right. Take it, Wind. Take it, Windoft. That’s my miss right now. You’re good, though, right? That’s fine. You’ll chip up. It’s not that hard of a chip. I’m making easy on myself. I like eight. I’m not going to go that long, you know. Oh, it’s so good. Got to go. Cannot ask for straighter shot. Oh my gosh, that was really short. All right, we both got There’s some wind up there. The wind got that one. I didn’t hit that good. Good strike. No, you didn’t. All right, we’ll both have chips. Had it on the line. I just did not hit it good. Here we go, guys. spin. It’s not horrible. I thought that was going to stop a lot more, but it was the right play. I just landed a little bit too long. I love this shot. Do it. Are you kidding me? Boom. Redemption, baby. Let’s go. Oh my gosh. Wow. One year later, we got the job done. That’s amazing. Good job. So much fun. That’s the best way to end this, guys. I’ve never lost a money match before. And he won. Grayson won in the best fashion possible. Not only did he win, he also beat me and had revenge after I beat him the first time. So, he walks away with $1,500. He won $500 during the decade match and $1,000 right here. Let’s count it out. One. Uno. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. 10. $1,000. I like the look of that. Oh, yeah. I like that. Guys, he’s an awesome guy. And this was so much fun. If you guys want to see more matches like this, comment down below. Thanks for watching. See you guys next time.

  1. another fun, unique video. did greenskeeper pull back at an angle when he inserted cup to make a tiny ridge which prevented gabby's game winning putt from dropping? i was rooting for the 10 year old.

  2. Wow, now you even host your own tournaments 🙂 Great idea to mix people from all generations, thats what golf is all about!

  3. Gabby… love to see you play 9 with the Ray-Ban Meta glasses where we could get your POV at approach, address, and after the shot. That could be fascinating! Love watching your videos!

  4. Hey I don’t usually leave comments but I just needed to say that this was a great video. Great to see different perspectives from different generations that still love the game ❤❤

  5. Luv the “ Mr beast “ style video!
How about a match where both players play opposite golf..putt with a driver. And drive with a putter. Only wedges in between tee and greens
