Might want to change the title to state foam ball?
Washout81
My neighbor used to have this jack russel that he’d hit tennis balls with an iron for. Dog brought the tennis ball back every time and placed it in front of his club face. Fn amazing swing training.

I for one want more of this content.

Doing this with my dog legit made my short game quite a bit better. We use the mini sized Chuck-It balls.

I used to do this with my dog until he started going for the ball during the top of my swing and that was enough. I didn’t want to accidentally skull the fool in the head with my iron one day so we stopped lol

I do the same with a tennis ball, might have to switch to this for like the same form factor
Rumzdizzle
I do this with my dog’s tennis ball, he’s an Aussie.
Just to be safe you might want to switch to a wiffle or larger ball. If a ball gets stuck down their throat it’s a bitch to get out. That being said it’s very unlikely.

I would do that with my dog – he got too excited once and he ran up and took a wedge to the head – I felt so bad – he did not give an F – She backed up tail wagging waiting for the next one – I decided to lock her out of the room when I did my chipping practice after that.

“So how did your dog die?”
“I hit a golf ball directly down its throat”
This seems….. very stupid to do.
