We are joined by Geneva Brazilian Hood. Geneva, congratulations. You are the Masters champion. How does that feel? I feel amazing. I worked hard to be here. So, I just feel all the joy in my body. Okay. Uh Genevia, what a match that was. Went to a three setter. What are your thoughts on that match? Um first set I played very good. Um I took time away from her which gave me opportunities to attack and come to the net. I think second set I let her come a bit more into the rallies. I gave her time. I played the balls too short, so that’s why the second set was tough. Third set, I tried to keep it um um safe, but still um aggressive. Um I would say my mental was very tough. I knew if I was going to play a third set, I was going to take it cuz I know um I prepared physically and mentally, so I was ready to play the third set. Okay, Geneva, you have come this far in the competition and uh here you are winning the overall title. What are your thoughts on the tournament? Uh the tournament was great. I would say my level has lifted so much. I’ve improved so much. Um all my matches um besides the finals, I won love and love. I think I only dropped one game, so I’m really happy with that. And I came to play aggressive and consistently and I did that. Okay. Uh are there any upcoming competitions you’re looking forward to? Yes, there is. Um I think on the 30th is the junior masters and I’m also ready to fight for that one and then I’m getting ready for the ITFs in Botswana and Zimbabwe. Yeah. Geneva, thanks a lot for your time and congratulations once again. Thank you so much. Right.
