This service is entirely optional and can be activated on request by golf clubs using Golfmanager, offering golfers a quick and seamless way to book their tee times in just a few clicks
This integration enhances the clubs’ digital visibility on Google while helping managers drive more direct revenue by promoting online bookings through their own sales channels.
Madrid – Golfmanager, the all-in-one software created to digitalise the day-to-day operations of golf clubs fully, has announced its official integration with Google Appointments — the Google feature that allows businesses to display a “Book online” button directly on their Google profile. The activation of this service will be optional and available upon request only.
Thanks to this integration, golfers can instantly access a club’s online booking portal via Golfmanager, minimising the number of steps required to confirm a booking and significantly improving the conversion rate from visitors to confirmed players.
While this first phase does not yet allow bookings to be completed entirely within Google — as is already possible in other sectors — it lays the groundwork for a future where booking a tee time will be even simpler and more accessible.
Greater Visibility, Trust, and Direct Bookings
This new feature represents a major competitive advantage for golf clubs. By displaying an official, verified button on Google, clubs enhance their professional image and offer golfers a faster, more intuitive booking experience with minimal friction.
In addition to increasing their exposure on Google, clubs can boost their direct bookings — all supported by stable, secure technology validated by Google, with ongoing maintenance and continuous monitoring by Golfmanager’s technical team to ensure optimal performance at all times.
Only Authorised Providers Can Enable the Button
Golfmanager is part of a select group of global technology providers authorised by Google to activate the “Book online” button. Only accredited GMS platforms and selected tour operators can enable this functionality, ensuring a consistent and reliable experience for both clubs and users.
The service is entirely optional and available only to clubs that request it. Golfmanager will manage the entire technical and operational activation process, from setup to maintenance. Interested clubs simply need to complete a short registration form, after which Golfmanager will take care of enabling the feature.
From January 2026, the service will include a monthly maintenance fee covering technical support, updates, and ongoing monitoring of data exchange between the Golfmanager and Google APIs.
Daniel Sillari, Co-founder and Co-CEO of Golfmanager, stated: “After more than a year of development, this integration with Google reinforces our commitment to providing clubs with the most advanced tools to enhance their visibility and boost direct sales. In a sector moving rapidly towards full digitalisation, we want golf clubs to be the true drivers of their own growth.”
