We need guys that want to come in and compete and figure it out. I think that just is another way of measuring kind of how hungry and humble a kid is because those are the kids that end up making it. The ones that fall in love with that the idea of getting better. We had a junior right now whose dad asked me that question 2 years ago and they were just happy to be here and they came in with no promises. I knew the kid was pretty good but in the first fall open gym I was like crap this kid’s going to have to play 29 minutes a game. So he was being modest like think those are the kind of kids we want who are going to work for it because generally those kids who are going to work for it are the kids that are going to earn it anyway.
