LAHAINA, HAWAII – North Florida men’s golf concludes its fall 2025 season with a top-10 team finish at the Ka’anapali Classic Collegiate hosted by Hawaii on Wednesday afternoon.

The Ospreys had a pair represented in the top 25 on the player’s leaderboard with Luke Balaskiewicz and Danny Erickson both scoring a career-best 54-hole mark of 8-under 205. Filippo Serra was right behind the duo with a 7-under 206, which is also a career low for the redshirt junior.

With scores of 8-under 205 over the course of the week, both Erickson and Balaskiewicz both tied for 25th overall. It was the sixth time that Erickson has placed in the top 25 halfway through his second season of competition, while Balaskiewicz notches his first-career top-25 placement in Hawaii.

ROUND REFLECTIONS


Erickson earned four birdies with a flawless finish in the final to card 8-under 205 on the week.
The Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., native led all UNF players in pars with 35 total through 54 holes of play.
Balaskiewicz added another six birdies in the final round to place with a share of 25th overall at 8-under 205.
He ended the fall season with a top-10 mark in birdies leading the Ospreys with 17 total.
Serra had the top score of the day for UNF once again at 2-under 69 to be 7-under 206 combined.
The redshirt junior earned an 11-under mark (3.78) in par-five scoring average to share a spot at the top of that category.
He was was one of two players in the tournament to card three total eagles, including two in the final round.
Laurens Schulze-Doering ended his week with a 1-under 70 round, while Chase Carroll wrapped up the group at 2-over 215 combined.
The Ospreys finish the tournament with the third-best par-five scoring average at 34-under (4.24).
UNF was also one of five teams to lead the field in eagles with five total, while also totaling 67 birdies and 150 pars.

North Florida will return for the spring 2026 season staying home for the Sea Best Invitational from Feb. 2-3 at TPC Sawgrass.
