That ball is right next to the pin. What’s up you guys? Welcome back to the channel. Today we’re at a brand new course. Well, a new course for us, Arrowhead Golf Club. I’m really excited to play out here because I’ve never played before. We are right before overseed. We are like 2 days before they overseed, so keep that in mind. The grains are burned out, but that’s what Arizona looks like. Okay, this is a very nice course. And we are heading into the storm if you can’t tell. So, you know, my favorite days to play in is the wind. Not so much. But we’re going to get our practice in and you guys are going to see the course for the first time with me. And uh I think we’re going to try and play nine, but it might be a little too slow to play nine. So, we’ll see how many we get in. All right, let’s go. Hole number one out here. Arrow head. Never played it before, so we’ll see. I think I’m going to aim at that palm tree straight ahead. You guys probably don’t know which palm tree, but I do. That’s all that matters. Felt good. Yeah. Middle of the fairway. Okay. Got 128. Also, it’s cart path only today. And you guys know how I feel about cart path only, but again, they’re getting ready for overseed, so I can’t complain. 128. Lots of wind. I’m going to aim just right at that pin and let the wind take it a little bit. Yeah, I had a feeling that was pretty short. I just hit hit it a little heavy. I don’t know. I don’t know. You know, sometimes you just don’t know. Let’s ship this bad boy in. Oh, weird kick. Oh, man. They kind of got just a little weird kick on that. I think it would have been perfect. Screen actually looks nice. Really nice. [Music] That is a freaking stellar par save on the first hole of a course I’ve never played before. Heck yeah. And I saw two members hit drives. They both went into the houses area and oh, I was in the middle of the fairway. So, can I give myself any more credit on anything else? Um, I look cute today. Um, what else? Just kidding. Let’s just go even. All right, hole number two. It’s a par five. Part of me is like I don’t want to have to walk super far on this cart path only, but I think the aim is that last palm tree over on the right. I’m going to aim more at the the other palm tree. Just one over just to play it safer a little bit cuz I don’t know this hole as much. Give myself a good line on this little dog leg. And there’s a lot of wind from right to left. Oh, that’s freaking pounded. That is absolutely smoked. Yeah. Yeah. Can you guys hear me through this windstorm? Jeez Louise. All right, part five. So, that guy was so fast. Uh uh oh. Why is he coming back here? Okay, good. Um par five. Uh 3-wood in hand. I’m going to aim at the big tree right down the middle. Oh, that was such a good 3-wood. Oh, wow. Wow. Do you ever just like hit a shot and you’re like, where did that come from? But in a good way, not in a bad way. That’s how I felt right there. Woo. All right. See, Louis, how steady my hand was there? Onehander, first try. I I got it. I understand. Anyways, we have 99, but there is so much wind into me. So, I’m going to take my 9 iron and try and keep this low out of the wind a bit. Yeah, that’s the play. I’m going to go just to the right of it. Looks like there’s more green there to work with. That was the shot I wanted. Stay there. Wind is pushing it. All right, we’ve got a birdie putt. All right, we’ve got this like 40footer, 35 foot, 40footer for birdie. The wind just really pushed it down. Come on, baby. That was a good putt. That was a really good putt. Man, is this really just now the second hole that we’re finishing? It feels like we’ve been playing forever already. That’s how the wind makes you feel. All right, two pars down. We are even. You par three. Okay, we got that was very much like we got 165 and this wind is just crazy out here right now. Pin looks like it’s in the front. Yeah, that’s it. That’s all I got. Looks really good. Be good. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. Holy moly. That ball is right next to the pin. Could you imagine? I just get a hole in one. This literally rolled right by the pen. I just cannot imagine if I would have hold that. Let’s make this birdie. This course is so pretty. I wish you guys could see it. I wish we could all see it like when it’s all nice and green. But we will. We’ll come back. Oh gosh. Oh gosh. As soon as I hit that, I was like, “No, no, that’s not going in.” All right, fine. A par. All square. All square. Even through three. Hole number four. [Music] Yeah, it just looks straight. I don’t know. It’s down there. The hole’s down there somewhere. I’m going to aim at that like weeping willow looking tree. Oh no, that’s a little bit too far left. No, I think that’s fine still. Jeez, my tea was going for longest drive here. Surprisingly, we’re playing fine in this wind. This course I was just saying kind of reminds me of Ultima Mesa cuz all these houses kind of look like Ultima houses. Fun fact. Um 115. I was about to throw an absolute fit um because I thought I was behind this palm tree, but I’m not. So instead of throwing a fit, I can only throw like a outfit. You know what I mean? You see those videos? Okay. Not my demographic. 115. I’m going to try and keep it out of the wind again. That is not out of the wind. That is the opposite. But I think I’m Penheim just off to the right. I don’t need to tell you guys that. You just saw it. So, let’s go chip and putt. But oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Look at him. Look at him. He’s so cute. Oh, he probably wants me to pet him. Meanwhile, Frankie’s at home pissed off because I left him there. Oh no. Do we go in the bunker? Oh my gosh. I thought I was perfect. I didn’t. Nobody told me this bunker went all the way over here. All right, get a grip. Wow, this is going to be something. All right, good thing I got my 60. Sand is wet and not a lot of room to run out. So, here we go. Oh, I actually thought that was good. That was pretty close to being good, but it wasn’t. Well, we’re going to have to do something special here, ladies and gentlemen. And I got to find a bunker. But let’s hit this putt first. Huh? Okay. [Music] I don’t know what I’m doing. That was just That was just the reaction I felt it deserved. Woo! What an up and down. All right, we’re still even through four. Um, I have absolutely no idea where this hole goes. or four. You know, I’m playing pretty dang good considering never played this course before and it’s in the wind and I haven’t touched my clubs in like a week and a half. Anywh who, I don’t know if that’s water or not. I can’t tell. But I’m going to aim straight ahead and hope that that’s fine. I’m going to try and stay in that fairway spot. And it’s also not that long through the fairway, so I could hit through it, but like we’re just going to try anyways. Oh, I pulled it just a little, but fade. Keep fading. Keep fading. Keep fading. This will be fun. The job the the goal here is just to kind of just get it down there and then we’ll try and get our up and down. That was really good. Yeah. Yeah. Keep it going. Keep it going. I almost just, as Julia would say, I almost just offed myself. Whoa. Almost broke a club without even being mad. You guys, look at that guy over there. I wonder what his name is. That guy. We are just short of the screen. And honestly, I’m not mad about it. I think that was a really good play. Especially with this pin in the front. Oh my god, they have a skeleton back there, too. How does anyone ever focus on the golf course when there’s houses around? Because I’m just constantly looking at the houses. I want to know who is that guy. Is he just a guy? Like, where’d they get him? I want one. All right, this chip. This is kind of like one of those tricky chips that you can easily duff, but I’m not going to. So instead, I push my hands forward a little bit, play it a little more off the back, and just let the club do its job. That was a duff. That was a douff. So, I’m glad I told you that this is a easy one to duff cuz then I did it. Great. It’s okay. We did a cool thing on the last hole. Maybe we can do it again on this hole. Golf gods, don’t forget I did rank that bunker. Don’t you forget. Oh my gosh, last second it just goes. Did you guys hear that thunder though? Like, have I stayed on one topic for longer than 2 seconds? Currently, you guys are really getting like my brain going 1,000 miles per hour. Um, all right. We’re one over through five. We might be heading into the last hole if the storm comes. We’ll see. Oh, yeah. I think he’s supposed to have a club right here. Julia says he looks Oh, yeah. He’s got a golf ball. Julia says he looks Italian. So, it’s Louis. Now you see the resemblance. Sometimes I just stare. I don’t even really can’t tell. Louis even has a hat just like that. So this is a par five and I just measured it. It’s only 240 to the end, but that’s all carry, but there’s a lot of wind and so I think we should try and go for it. Oh, there’s a lady in in her dog watching us. It’s a little wiener dog. I think we should just try. You know, we’re not here to lay up. We’re not here to play it safe. The only thing is if it knocks my ball down instead of helps it carry. Oh well, that’ll work. Oh, don’t hit a goose. Okay, I think the geese are fine. And honestly, that’s going to be just fine. I think I hit that really bad, but it’s okay. I was really trying to go for it. It’s okay. Everything’s fine. Thank you. Cute dog. We’re totally perfectly fine. We’re just right here. We went through the fairway a little bit, but no big whoop. This hole is so long. Even if we were able to go over the water on that side, I don’t think we could have reached it either way. So, threewood. I’m just going to aim out towards the right bunkers because that left bunker is in play for me. Like it’s reachable is what I mean to say. So yeah, that was good. Yep. Okay. Okay. All right, I’m not stoked on leaving myself with this shot, but you guys are going to stay up there and watch it go in the hole. Yeah, this is kind of a little tricky little trickster pitch shot, especially cuz there’s bunker in front, bunker behind. So, if I’m about to go in the bunker behind, just like stop it. Just kidding. Don’t actually Oh my gosh. I thought that was so perfect. I almost said it as I hit it, too. Like, that’s so perfect. Dang. Okay, slowly but surely making it to this green. I actually kind of like how this looks. Kind of like this one. Oh, yeah. That’s so good, baby. That was so stupid what just came out of my mouth. Um, but that was a really good shot. That was a really good shot. I wish I could take back what I said during the shot, but I can’t. So, all right. For par, man. My up and down percentage is killer today. I think I’m pretty sure. I I have to figure it out, but I think it’s really good. As I’m like pretending that I already made this one, like you still have to make this putt, you dork. [Music] Oh, me? I’m just a girl. I’m just a little girl. Par one over through six. All right, you guys. We’re seeing lightning back there. So, we’re going to head in. Sorry, we’re only making this a sixhole round, but we’ll come back out cuz I want to see Arrowhead after overseed. See how beautiful it is. I think this is a really nice course.
