Despite being just 18 years old, Kai Trump’s staggering net worth easily eclipses the presidential salary of her grandfather, US President Donald Trump. The teenager, daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, has amassed a significant following on social media as an influencer and budding golfer.

Currently studying at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach, Florida, she recently announced her commitment to play college golf at the prestigious University of Miami. Trump commands a substantial online fanbase, boasting 4.5million followers across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Her varied content, ranging from golf tutorials to glimpses into her family life, has certainly proven lucrative. According to CEO Today, Trump’s net worth already stands at a whopping £15.8 million ($21m) as of February 2025, far outstripping her grandfather’s £302,000 ($400,000) presidential salary.

While it’s reported that a significant chunk of this figure – £12.1m ($16m) – comes from a family trust fund, she’s also reportedly earned millions through her own ventures. Modelling contracts, endorsement deals and social media partnerships have reportedly netted Trump an annual income of £1.8m ($2.5m).

Thanks to her burgeoning golfing career, sports valuation website On3 has estimated her name, image and likeness (NIL) earnings at £907k ($1.2m). The substantial sum positions Trump amongst an elite cohort of the most commercially valuable female college athletes in the NIL rankings.

At the point of her assessment, she ranked behind only former college stars Paige Bueckers, Olivia Dunne and LSU sensation Flau’Jae Johnson. She has certainly demonstrated her prowess on the golf course, having taken part in six tournaments throughout her amateur career thus far.

Beyond participating in the Medalist Tour junior golf circuit, Trump secured a seventh-place finish at Martin Downs alongside 14th-place showings at both Fazio and Lost Lake Golf Club last year. She is poised to elevate her competitive level after announcing on Tuesday that she is due to make her LPGA Tour bow next month. Trump will tee up at the Pelican Golf Club in November to compete in The Annika Driven By Gainbridge.

Addressing her 910,000 X followers in a video, she declared: “What’s up guys, I am thrilled to announce that I will be making my LPGA Tour debut in November at The Annika Driven By Gainbridge. The Annika is at the Pelican Golf Club. It has been a dream of mine to compete at the professional level and I’d like to thank the Pelican Golf Club for the invitation. I’m looking forward to teeing it up and competing with the best players in the world at one of the most premier venues on tour.

“I will see you guys Nov. 10-16 at the Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. I’ll see you guys there.” Ricki Lasky, the chief tour business and operations officer at the LPGA, declared Trump’s involvement would only serve to expand golf’s appeal thanks to her extensive fanbase.

“Sponsor invitations are an important way to spotlight emerging talent and bring new attention to our tournaments and the LPGA,” she said. “Kai’s broad following and reach are helping introduce golf to new audiences, especially among younger fans. We’re excited to see her take this next step in her journey.”
