The UK Golf Federation has announced that PING Golf Europe, one of the world’s most respected and innovative golf equipment manufacturers, has joined as a Corporate Partner.
This new partnership unites two organisations dedicated to supporting and growing the game of golf at every level, from grassroots participation to professional excellence.
PING Golf Europe, renowned for its pioneering approach to club design, custom fitting technology, and commitment to quality, shares the UK Golf Federation’s vision for accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability within the game. Working together under the Federation’s ‘Open Access to Playing Golf’ initiative, both organisations will collaborate on programmes designed to make golf more welcoming and attainable across the UK.
A key area of collaboration will be the PING Junior Golf Tour, which gives young golfers the opportunity to compete in fun, inclusive tournaments at courses nationwide. Through the partnership, the UK Golf Federation and its members will help expand the reach of the tour and encourage more juniors to take up the game.
Doug Poole, Chief Executive Officer of the UK Golf Federation, commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome PING Golf Europe as a Corporate Partner. PING’s reputation for innovation and integrity aligns perfectly with our mission to support independent golf facilities and grow participation in the game. This partnership will create new opportunities for our members and the wider golf community, while opening our courses to the PING Junior Tour Series.”

Lisa Lovatt, Managing Director at PING Golf Europe, added: “Supporting golf at the grassroots level has always been central to PING’s values. Grassroots golf is where the game truly begins – it’s vital for nurturing future talent and sustaining the health of the sport. Golf clubs play a key role in developing those opportunities, and we’re proud to support the UK Golf Federation in strengthening this foundation of the game.
“The PING Junior Golf Tour has already been a fantastic success, and through this partnership, we’re committed to helping it grow even further across the nation – encouraging more young people to take up the game and, most importantly, inspiring juniors from all backgrounds to enjoy and stay in golf.”
As a Corporate Partner, PING will work closely with the UK Golf Federation on joint promotional campaigns, educational initiatives, and industry events, all aimed at inspiring more people from all backgrounds to enjoy and participate in golf.
