At Vital in 2026, we’re celebrating 50 years of an icon, the GTI. And to celebrate this model, we’re launching an exclusive anniversary edition, the Golf GTI Edition 50. It’s our most powerful and fastest GTI to date. Let’s have a look at it. [Music] With 7.46.13 minutes, it’s our fastest production car on the Notch Lifer. It was driven by Benny Loand. If you’re interested in the onboard, just click the link. 325 PS and 420 Nm are making this Golf GTI edition 50 the strongest GTI yet. One of the many distinctive features of this vehicle are the red seat belts which give you a feeling of motor sport in the interior. Another distinctive feature are the sporty seats with a check pattern and the line and racing green. All right, so we have different driving profiles in this vehicle. Right now we’re in comfort, but let’s imagine when you go on the notch lifer. So you’re changing into special. Just by looking at it, you will recognize its distinctive GTI features as for example the red strap in the front, the illuminated emblem, matrix LED headlights, the 19in rims stone. Look at this. This is pretty cool. The GTI brakes, and here on the side, you have a stripe with a gradient from black to red. Now, if you’re looking at the back, the GTI50 logo is placed on the spoiler and the inner sides of the exterior mirrors. For those who like it even sportier, we will be offering a GTI performance package exclusively for this Golf GTI edition 50. For example, this includes the lightweight APO exhaust system. It also includes the semislakes potenta race from Bridgestone and a performance chassis. With me here is the Golf GTI edition 50 in dark boss green metallic. We will be offering this vehicle in five different colors. The roof always will be in black. And two of these colors are exclusively for the Golf GTI edition 50. One is right here with me. The other one is tornado red. So this is Volkswagen’s fastest production model on the notch lifer. We will be launching it next year right in time for our customers to celebrate 50 years of GTI together with us.

  1. My Polo 1.2 tdi warm/hot starting problem after water pump replacement, i need to wait 5 to 10 minutes to restart again. Please help me 😢

  2. I can’t wait for the 2027 Final Edition Golf GTI. The rumor is that VW is stuffing the RS3 2.5L 400HP 5-cylinder engine under the hood since the motor is nearing the end of its lifespan. It will be an instant collector item if you can get your hands on one.

  3. People who own a GTI, please tell me realistically how well it can put down the road 300+HP with only FWD?
