Plenty of plays aren’t 100% to the book and aren’t called. Seems pretty by the refs. Also apparently the call was given by the nfl itself. Imagine in the upcoming World Cup final a decision comes from fifa headquarters in basil Switzerland. Rigged.

he must step back and get set again before the snap, he can’t just start moving right from under center and have the ball snapped while moving.
If it was illegal it wouldn’t of been called a TD. Flags would have flown immediately as Goff took off in motion. And you can only review a TD on a TD. You cannot call a penalty after the fact. You cannot wait a minute and 15 seconds then throw a flag. It was BS.
