BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – The Pittsburg State University men’s golf team finished the first day of the Tulsa Cup at the Indian Springs CC on Monday (Oct. 27) in fourth place as a team.
For the Gorillas, Mason White (-6, T-4th) leads the team after 36-holes. Tyler Hardtarfer (-2, T-15th), Keaton Thissen (+1, T-29th), Cooper Forth (+1, T-29th) and Bradin Stahl (+6, T-67th) rounded out the competitors for PSU.
Central Missouri at -19 leads the team standings, Harding (-16) and Arkansas – Fort Smith (-8) round out the teams ranked in front of the Gorillas.
Dennis Staykov from Harding (-9) is the individual leader, followed by Hogan Ordal (-7) from Minnesota State – Mankato, Jose Arzu (-7) from Harding, Nick Fallin (-6) from UCM, Roby Cooper from Arkansas Tech (-6), White and CJ Phillips (-6) from UCM round out the top individual performers.
