Guys, it’s finally happening. Good officially has a PGA Tour event. Come on, boy. Bring me back to where you were when even the company gets coined good. Okay. Uh, so, welcome to Good. Yes, let’s go. people who both watch YouTube videos and play golf. The overlap of how many of them all know about the good good YouTube channel and watch it from time to time would be massive. What is up YouTube? Today we are out here something that we’ve wanted to do for a very long time and that is sponsor professional golfers. We are literally sitting on the 18th hole out here of where our PGA Tour event is going to be hosted next November. I know all of us are very excited. This has been an absolute dream come true. The fact that this is actually coming to fruition is literally insane. What do we have to say about it, boys? Go for it. No, go ahead. You got it. I was going to say obviously Matt Kendrick and the team have been working on this behind the scenes for what feels like over a year now. 12 months, 14 months has been in the works and Kendrick and the team have done a great job, like Garrett said, to bring it to fruition. And it’s mad to think that a PGA Tour professional is going to have a putt on this green behind us to win the inaugural good championship. That’s kind of crazy. It’s kind of wild, dude. Who’s going to give away the trophy? Probably. Dude, we’re going to all walk out there at the same time and freaking handed it to him. And just let you know, this is uh the the course we’re at is Barton Creek Fazio Canyons course. This is where the event’s going to be held. Uh we just got done playing a uh playing around here, doing a video here. The course is unbelievable. I mean, it is. Final hole is so cool. Yeah. I mean, one of the top courses in Texas. Um, it’s going to be a great test for the pro golfers. I mean, it’s it’s not easy. I think it honestly might be, depending on how they set it up with the T box and all that, it might be one of the toughest PJ Tour courses of the year. What do you think those greens are rolling today? They’re probably about a 12 12 and a half. 1200 muted greens with grain here. Like, you cannot miss a fairway or else you’re taking penalty strokes. And it’s going to be it’s going to be a test. We also wanted to just thank you all for watching, you know, the videos throughout the last however many years we’ve been doing this because thinking back to like the start of good good even just like wheeling on ideals, Matt hitting golf shots with a literal pan to now the fact that we’re going to be handing a PGA Tour winner a trophy one day is is pretty insane or next year. So, thank you all for I guess supporting our channel and our brand and goodgolf.com. and it’s gotten us to the point where we can actually do something like this and it’s literally it’s the craziest dream come true for all of us. But I’m super pumped. I I am excited to see I mean it’s always fun watching professional golfers play golf, right? I mean obviously we get a little hint of that with Brad and Shawn and their unreal golf play, but like watching some of those guys be very meticulous about their shots and hit crazy shots. Maybe get a hole in one on the good good. I mean it’ll be kind of insane. I’m I’m pumped to to be here and watch it. Not just that. We might not just be watching these guys on YouTube. There’s a good chance Brad and Sean could be playing in the Good Good Championship come next year, which would be absolutely amazing. You might recognize some of the Caddies that’ll be on their bag. Please pick me. I would love to caddy for one of y’all. But no, dude, it’s super exciting. I would love to see you guys get out there. Yeah. Play amongst us players in the world, which I think you guys are plenty capable of keeping up with. Oh, well, we appreciate that. But I think also too, another thing that I wanted to mention was we have some really, really cool partners. And obviously in hosting a PJ tour event, we want to bring a little bit of a YouTube golf flare to it as well. So I think that we’re going to have a lot of really cool exciting things as far as proams, just activities, even uh whenever the pros bring their families, you know, really some cool interactive stuff. Uh it’s going to be an event that the PJ tour really has not seen before um with the way that we want to run it. And I think we’re all pretty excited about that. Yeah, I think hole one’s going to be will not ideal first. Then we’re going to do left-handed only on the second hole and then onehanded on the I think we’re going to be able to make a super special event. An amazing event and hopefully one that you guys are excited to come to and we get to see you guys out here. And not just that, I hope the players thoroughly enjoy this event over the course of the minimum the next three years. So there’s going to be three good good championships. Heck yeah. Hosted three years at least. Exactly. So, if you’re in the Austin area, if you’re anywhere, doesn’t matter if you’re in the Austin area, anywhere in the country or world, um this might this is going to be an event that you’re going to want to come to, especially if you’re a fan of YouTube golf. Be a lot of a lot of big names out here. And not even just including the pro golfers. And it’s it’s going to be a crazy cool event. And just again, I I don’t think we can say thanks to you guys enough. A lot of people watching videos, a lot of people supporting, buying the apparel. That’s all led up to this. Literally a tour event on the biggest stage you can find in golf. So pretty pretty cool stuff. Also, sorry. Go ahead. I think we were probably about to say the same thing, but obviously biggest thank you to you guys for putting us in this position where this is possible. Another massive thank you just has to go to the PGA tour for even considering us uh to host one of their events. Obviously, they’re not just handing these things out to anybody. It’s incredible honor. We’re going to take it very serious with all the teams and partners we’re working with to make this event super successful. So, big thank you to the PGA Tour for honestly probably giving us the biggest honor we’ve had over the past 5 years. And another part I’m super excited about. We’ve already been in talks. Uh Charity and Philanthropy is also going to be be a big part of this event. Uh from Folds of Honor to Play Yellow, we’re excited to have them here and also make this a vessel to further extend their mission and make everything they’re supporting and their causes as big as possible. So, I’m really excited about those partners as well. Yeah. And we also one thing that I wanted to add to it is like Sean mentioned the fact that this is going to be a little bit of a different PGA tour event, but it’s really not like at the end of the day we want to take this seriously like this is going to be a PGA Tour event, a professional event and we’re going to keep it professional but try and bridge the gap the best we can with the YouTube world without making it gimmicky or you know do wheel and not deal on the first. I mean this is a legit thing and like Brad said, this is probably going to be one of the hardest courses on the PJ tour. We just played it today and I genuinely is like it’s really hard. Just not spray the ball at all or else you’re going to have a lot of penalty shots. Yeah, I’m ready to shake this man’s hand next year. Whoever it is, I don’t know who it is, but it’s it’s going to be fun. That guy right there. But this is amazing. I I can’t believe this from the beginning. Remember like messing around on a little course to an actual hamburger patties? Yeah. A legit PDA course. This is insane. And I appreciate all of you guys. It really It really means a lot. Yeah, it’s going to be insane. And obviously all of us have sponsors exemptions. So all of us straight up kidding. I heard if I if I get like top 50, I get to go to the Masters for free. So that’s for free. That’s what everybody everybody wants. Yeah. They wants it for free. They don’t want to have to pay for it, you know. Also, y’all stay tuned for another big announcement we have coming this week. Y it’s been a big week for us, but a lot of work behind the scenes to obviously bring it to where it is right now. But one of my favorite shows, golf shows as a kid is going to be brought back and it’s going to be tied into this event and somebody who wins that show is going to be playing in this event.
