Weasel, let’s be straight and honest now. Let’s stop messing around. The two of you clown said Evan with a small club. Evan is a huge club who have just built a brand new stadium. And when people say like a lead’s a big club and these are big. Now I I agree that’s got to stop somewhere and that usually stops. Guess when guys when your club goes down you don’t have no genu I’ve got to admit Forest are a big club but the years they’ve spent out of the Premier League that takes away from something. Everton are the longest serving big club in the Premier League. We’re the we’re the founders of the Premier League, guys.

  1. Yes continuously, however Everton have played the most total seasons in the top flight, by at least 20 seasons!

  2. Not gonna argue here, Everton deserve some respect. We cant complain about heritage if we aint gonne celebrate it too.

  3. Lets not forget the premier league was known as the 1st division,so to say everton are the longest serving in the prem league is total horseshit 🤣 everton are in an annual battle to survive 🤣delusional blue nose……

  4. I’ve seen the city ground, they are not a big club.

They may have been 40 years ago, and they have an amazing history.

  5. Historically, maybe Yes but by modernday standards….way NO.
they're NOT even a armchaired club (with the likes of Palace, Fulham and Brighton, regularly taking the 8-15th spot) but more like a perennially, reli-zoned club who might happen to have a gr8 season if they escape relegation

  6. There’s only two ways to judge it.

1 – number of major trophies
2 – size of the fan base.

It’s possible for a team to be in the prem and be a smaller club by definition. Which is why Tony’s argument doesn’t hold up, although it will impact the number of fans over the years.

For what it’s worth, I think Everton are bigger than forest, just about, but, I could be wrong.

FYI only six clubs have stayed in the prem the entire time and five of them were considered the big five teams at the time

    Arsenal
    Utd
    Liverpool
    Everton
    Spurs
    Chelsea

The concept first emerged in the 1980s as the Big Five, comprising Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur. These clubs dominated between around 1985 and 1991.

  7. What! 😂 There's loads of clubs that have been in the premier League without relegation

  8. Blue noses have to have someone to shout about! He is wrong about Everton being founders of the Premier league though, as it is only just over 30 years old. The old league, yes, but get your facts right, Tony AKA, blue 👃

  9. He’s not wrong you know Everton don’t get spoken about enough, they’ve never been relegated from the Premier League along with Tottenham, United, Liverpool, Arsenal & Chelsea

  10. Everton are one of the most irrelevant teams in the history of the premier league. They do nothing but avoid relegation each season. They aren't even challenging for the European conference league for heavens sake. They just do enough each year to survive, and in some seasons, they barely managed that.

  11. He said Everton are the longest serving in prem never been relegated get facts right arsenal are the longest streak with out being relegated it's bee108 years Everton 72 years look it up

  12. I understand it makes for great radio and YouTube debates but this conversation frustrates the life out of me. Put tribalism aside, how aren’t Everton a big club? I’m an Everton fan but don’t mind admitting Liverpool and United are bigger clubs than Everton, but that doesn’t mean Everton are a ‘small club’, regardless of recent history. 9 league titles and 5 FA Cups, 50,000+ fans every home game at an iconic stadium in Liverpool city centre, and sell out every away game.

If you ask any Everton, Spurs, Villa, Newcastle, Leeds or Forest fan who’s the biggest club beneath what would be considered the ‘big big’ clubs, they’ll all tell you it’s them and would have a decent rationale as to why, doesn’t mean any of the other clubs aren’t big as well though.

  13. Everton are not a small club…. massive club with huge support home and away. Look at when they've been struggling, still full house every game. Proper club.

  14. I agree with him even if you have a great history from the 1970s/80s if youve been relegated you have loose a lot. To me Leeds, Nottingham forest, Villa, list could go on are good clubs but not big clubs. Because I grew up with them bring in lower devision for several decades.

  15. Clearly Everton are a small club who are happy to sit mid table they will never challenge for anything theres only one club in liverpool ynwa

  16. Tony Bellow a had alot of respect for you. What youve said in recent months, youve lost at least a quarter of your fan base

  17. Everton are a tier below. They should be 8th or higher every year. It's been a while since they were that competitive.

  18. The only club in English history to never have been relegated out of top flight is Arsenal. Every team in the EPL have all played in the old Division 2 except Arsenal. As for Everton, they're like the turd that never flushes. They don't do anything, they're just there every single season without fail. Much like Spurs, don't do anything, just exists.
