LOXLEY, Ala. – After getting another eight holes in on Sunday to try to complete round three, course conditions and continued heavy rain and lightning caused the cancellation of the final round at the Steelwood Collegiate.
As a result, LA Tech finished 14th in its final fall event of the 2025-26 season after shooting 301-292=593 (+17). Sophomore Morton Bailey registered his best finish as a Bulldog, tying for 13th at one under (72-71=143).
It was his third career top 20 finish and the second of the season, besting six golfers ranked in the top 150 in the country.
Newcomer Seth Campbell also had his best finish as a Bulldog, tying for 29th after shooting 74-71=145 (+1). Both Bailey and Campbell had the best rounds for LA Tech, shooting one under 71 in round two.
Texas A&M took home the title team after shooting 10 under, defeating Rutgers by two strokes.
