call this the one-cent fender peel off some electrical tape cut that off might stick it just a little bit above the tire put one more piece across the top what it does is it prevents water and mud from spraying forward through that Gap and then blowing back into your face and boom your one cent fender

  1. If this on the front of the fork it be will force-fed water between the adhesive side of the tape and the fork surface it is taped to. Capillary action will do the rest.
    Compared to the amount of water picked up by the tire and flung back toward rider’s legs, this is minuscule. I think it’s a “joke” video.

  2. Put as much tape on either side of the forks as u want its not going to stop anything from coming off the front wheel n hitting u in the face.

  4. Two detergent bottles, scissors, a sharpie, a hole punch, some zip ties. Save yourself $25.00.

  6. Road bikes in the 80s had a similar thing that mounted onto the brake, it was ment to clear punctures out of tubular tires but it often did the opposite
