We have a basketball program tailored for our athletes all fall. We play and we film that a little bit in the fall and then we look at our film and we say like here’s a read you might want to make or here’s where you got to get to two feet instead of one feet. Just looking at on film cuz one of my coaching mentors used to say the eye and the sky don’t lie and then getting in the gym and working on her footwork and doing a lot of those Jay Villanova pivoting drills that no one likes to do but you have great footwork.
