that how do you prepare to play golf at a country club o great question first thing do not put your golf shoes on in the parking l so as a guest your host is going to be paying for everything right you want to be able to be in a position to at least reciprocate bring some cash with you to at least tip out and pay for the C next up cell phone use some clubs restricted allog together better find out from your host where you can use the phone and where you can next up is dress code basic collared shirt tuck it in belt it up no cargo shorts okay these are Essentials at of any country and last bring a change of clothes cuz after you’re around you’re going to also want to try to reciprocate and maybe take your host out for dinner somewhere let’s got fish

Interesting advice thank you 😊… but bringing a suitcase full of clothes is absolutely ridiculous most country clubs aren't that high end.. We typically play golf and may or may not have a drink or a bite to eat.. But not all the time..And I do have a question if I don't put my golf shoes on in the parking lot am I expected to go all the way to the locker room just to change my shoes? Then let get a locker? I'm confused that's a lot of work for shoes

The opportunity to golf at a country club is certainly a privilege (one ive turned down multiple times because i dont care for havjng to follow all these rules); but its certainly an attainable one for surprisingly most people. Just gotta get that one rich friend

Aside from the dress code, none of the rest of this matters. Your host is spending tens of thousands of dollars to roam around in a field and smack a white ball around. Outside of taking a dump on the green, they (and you by being their guest) can do just about anything you want and get away with it scot free.
