Why did the Man Have Tiger Woods’ ball in his jacket?! 😱
This man was holding Tiger Woods’s golf ball. When Tiger walked into the crowd to find it, he was met with a situation no one expected. In the third round of the 2023 Genesis Invitational, Tiger’s T-shot went right and disappeared into the gallery, sending a wave of tension through the crowd. As everyone searched for the ball, a man wearing a hat claimed he had it. Hold on my jacket. Kind of fell right there. Okay. Where were you standing with the ball? Right here. He explained that the ball somehow fell inside his jacket and when he moved it dropped back to the ground. After a short discussion, officials confirmed his story. Tiger was granted relief and continued play after moving one club length.
