Finished front nine Annie Park 40 Amy Cho 33 AP found the groove in part 10 11 12 I bogeied 11 and 12 differences five shots starting 13th hole ta. So if you win the match, good shot. Good luck. Good luck. Oh no. Oh, it was to the eye. It was a wellstruck shot. Thank you. It’s kind of fun because you just have to make square contact and go straight. Yeah. So, I’m just like swinging out of my shoes. I mean, you’re doing really well, though. I am surprising myself right now. I did get strong. I’m lifting heavier now. First time in like 20 years I’m lifting heavy. Really? So, yeah, it’s exciting. And like I have to change clubs. I have to go up on grand. Yeah. Which is never happened before. Wow. So it’s good. What’s like the biggest difference you’ve seen um lifting heavier? Um so in the beginning because I was lifting my son, my arms got really strong. My arms kept taking over because they were so strong. So I had to go into my glutes and my back and my core. And once all of those got better, like the rotation got a lot faster and it wasn’t hurting my back and my stability got really steady. Oh, it looks like you have really good stability. Oh, thank you. When I was working out a ton during like co because I’m like getting stronger. Yeah. Like I’ll like chunk a shot but it’ll still go the distance. Oh, I’m doing that right now. you get. So I was like, I wonder if this is just like a me thing or if like other people who get stronger like get you just like fight through the whole like nice Oh man, it’s tough out of that bunker. Yeah, it’s like very interesting texture. It’s like kind of similar to the bunker, too. You kind of have to pick it, huh? You can’t let it bottom out. So good. Oh, wow. The short so beautiful. I love it. Like cuz I see your mechanics and it’s like so so consistent that like I really appreciate that cuz that just shows how much work you put into it. Thank you. I You’re swinging amazing though. 69 Go get up. No. Is it uphill? I think so. It was just a little bit uphill, but that was way short. Yeah, same. So, like how you create power is so different, right? After your speed change. Yeah. You used to be all in the hips and then now it’s like almost you can’t use your hips. Feels like, right? Yeah. It’s more in the core and the upper body. But I mean I my distance started picking up once I got super used to that. So uphill right to left 45 feet. Oh, it looks good. Yeah. Go ahead. Grab it in the hole. Oh my god, that was crazy. I got this out. 29 ft. Sit, sit, sit, sit, sit, stay, stay. No. Damn. Putting is hard. That turned a lot, didn’t it? It did. Yeah. So, you have to look. Do you just like aim right the mat over there? Nice. Nice power. Nice power. Like sweating on this putting ring. And I kind of like this because I feel like I’m not out of energy. Yeah. Usually when you’re like on 14th I’m like dying. [Music] We’re having way too much fun. So I have read somewhere that you had thought about maybe stepping away from golf but then you overcame it and came back. Yeah. So could you kind of tell us what happened? Yeah. So when I first started golf, like I loved playing competitive golf tournaments and so that’s why I loved it. But then after a while when you play and it becomes your job and you’re doing it every single day, um you kind of forget why you play and what your purpose is anymore. And so like during co um it was like a weird time because I’m so used to having a short like off season and then like you have to start training again. So, uh, what happened was like when we had that COVID like couple months off, it made me like start thinking like, oh, like, you know, why do I like golf? Like, you know, why do I keep playing it? What is my purpose? And like I never realized like I never thought I loved golf. I just did it because it was I put in so much time and effort, blood, sweat, and tears into it. And I started to realize like like I miss golf. Like I do love golf. Like um I now enjoy just playing for fun, which is really rare. Now as I get older, I’m trying to savor every moment I have um because I don’t know how much longer I can play. So that long time off is actually really important period. It was realize I never like, you know, sit down and like really think about myself and you know go deep into my thoughts even. I probably didn’t have time to. Yeah, it’s true. go. Kind of a better way to do it, but when I did like it just, you know, like you start creating anxiety like because you’re creating like all these questions and thinking deeply into it. And so, I mean, it was hard to face those truths, but at the same time, it was like I’m actually glad I was able to go through that because I wouldn’t have this new profound love for golf. As a person and as a golfer, I think it’s very important. So, it’s really nice hearing that. Thank you for sharing that. I don’t think I can hit it 270. Wonder if you can like move the thing. Yeah. I wonder how you do that. Oh. Oh, so smart. Oh. Oh, I love it. Right here or here? I think I’ll Yeah, I’ll right there. Oh, right there. Oh, good job, Annie. Wow. So smart. Figured it out on the Like she was shoot so many different angles. Wow. I’ll take it. Yay. Interesting. Oh, I healed it. Oh, it’s okay. Sounds different, right? I healed uphill. Go. Sit. Thank you. Good shot. Sit. Yes. Okay. 40 ft right to left. 20 ft. ramming it. Sit. Sit. Sit. Nice. You’re like a putting queen on this putting thing, huh? You’re like a putting queen on there. Like every putt is just lipping or in 12 feet. Yes. Oh, butterflies. Butterflies. I love the butterflies. Did you always have long long putter? Um, I changed in 2018. 2018. Before the win or after the win? Before the win. Wow. Yeah. Before the win. Special. And I was like, “Oh, I’ll keep it.” Oh, it’s your turn. Oh, it’s because of your back or that, too. But um also a friend was like, “Why don’t you just try the long putter?” And I was like, “Okay, like why not?” I mean, I’m about to quit golf anyways. We’ll see what happens. And then uh I won my first tournament, so I was like, “Nice. Okay, it’s in the bag.” [Music] Oh, wow. So good. Oh, no. Sick. Oh, Curvy, sit. So, I know there’s a bunker, but I still want to crush the drive. Dang. Oh, no. I’m going that way, too. You want to carry the bunker, too? No, it’s not going to carry. What driver do you use? It sounds like a nuke. GTD. Japanese. So they’re ranked number one in distance in six years in a row. Wow. In Japan. In Japan. That’s crazy. It sounds like hot. Different, right? Yeah. I It goes I love it actually. Oh, one. What? Why are they giving me two different maybe bunker? I don’t know. Uphill. Uphill. Two different two different 27 ft up. Ah, it’s uphill. Sit. Go in the hole. Sit. Sit. Oh, sit. I don’t know. Should just hit my pitching wedge. Oh, sit. Sit. Okay, we’ll take it. 10 inside the circle, please. The green’s like slow when you chip. It’s downhill and it like stops. Get in the hole. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. Sit. As long as it stays inside that circle, that’s all that matters. Nice bar. It’s right to left. Downhill. Nice. Never a doubt. Never a doubt. All right, Annie, what is next for you? I have conditional status this year, so I’ll be b bouncing back between Epson and LPGA. Um, and then my goal is to Mondaying like 2018 and um get reshuffled in. So, that’s my goal. Um, couple wins would be amazing. So, that’s that’s definitely my goal. And then I think for 2025, I just want to focus on my health, my body. Um, just trying to get the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been. Um, and that’s my goal every year. So, uh, that’s my goal this year. Awesome. Sounds amazing. We’ll be rooting for you for sure. We have a couple more questions from the viewers. So, well, I think we know the answer to that one. What do you like to do off the cover? Uh, Fortnite. Fortnite. Fortnite. Um, I did pick up uh pickle ball and tennis last summer and fall, so that was kind of fun. Oh, that’s awesome. Um, I think tennis is really cool. Oh, I just started. I love it. Yeah, me too. It’s kind of addicting. During the off seasons, um, I obviously train and practice as much as I can when it’s not freezing outside. But um I think definitely incorporating these like new hobbies that I’ve never imagined doing in the past. It definitely helps me balance out my golf and my personal life. Yeah, it sounds amazing. I think you’re doing great. Thank you. Balancing [Music] 302. Let’s go. Let’s go. Let’s go. Oh. Oh, I kind of faded that one. No. Yes. I I It’s okay. I can’t carry 260. Nice. Oh no, too much draw. That’s it. Where am I? Okay. 105. Go. No. Oh, yeah. The rough’s thick. Come on. Come on. Come on. Inside the circle. Oh, you hit the flag. Wow. Nice par though. Thank you. Okay. One, two yards to the edge. Five yards in total. Going on. Yeah. [Music] Oh, what is this? 129. All right. Oh, it Oh, good job. Thank you. Wow. I took some off. Go, go. Oo. Oh, that was nice. Nice. You figured it out. Nice. Thank you. Nice birdie. Okay. Right to left uphill. Six feet. Nice. Nice. Okay. [Music] 399 yards. All right. smoked it. Wow. Oh, rough. A 220 29. Looks good. I’ll take one. I’ll take it. I’ll take it. Is it not curving? Oh, okay. That’s it. Oh, no. Wow. Smoked it. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Wow. You are the rough, huh? The thickest. The rub is so thick. Last hole. Yes. Yes. 40 ft. Oh, sit. Ah, no. On these potting is good. Oh, it’s just still me. Oh, it’s still They always make you put out, I guess. Nice. [Applause] Sit. So cute. I like sit. Party chance. All right, let’s do this. Come on. Yes. Yes. I rammed it in. Nice parity. Nice parity. You nice round. That was so much fun. So, I had a blast. I had so much fun. Yeah. I mean, I don’t think it was true test because like compared to how I was really hitting it, like I was getting lucky. No, you killed it. Your putting was on fire. You were hitting every fairway. So, I think next time you’re in LA, we have to do a rematch. Okay. In the real thing, my butt. I’d love to see that. So, uh, one of our viewers will be getting this putter and then for the foundation. Yeah, I thank you. I will. Yep. I will make a donation. Yes. But it was a ton of fun just interviewing and just spending time with you, you know. So, I’m sure all the viewers have fallen in love with you and be rooting for you this year. Thank you so much. Thank you for having me on your channel. Um, I had so much fun. Um, and I’ve learned a lot today about screen golf and everything. It was a ton of fun. Thank you so much. Best of luck. Bye. Oh, so sweet. You’re so sweet. No, thank you. I I had so much fun. It was a lot of fun. This was different. Like this is like a true like screen goal if I Right. Right.
