KETTERING, Ohio — Four RedHawks are playing as individuals in the Dayton Flyer Invitational at NCR Country Club – South Course this week. Liam Nelson was the standout for Miami in the first day of action, holding second place after shooting a 66 and 70 in his two rounds. 
 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED: 


Nelson (66-70=136) shot six under par today through two rounds, and currently sits in second place overall. He had an impressive six consecutive birdies in his first round, and 10 total birdies between both rounds. 
Bric Baird (74-73=147) shot three over par in his first round and two over par in his second, and will head into the final round tied for 24th overall. 
Zach Radtke (78-71=149) shot seven over par in his first round and even par in his second, which featured seven birdies. He is currently tied for 37th overall. 
Dean Upholzer (78-75=153) shot 11 over par today, and is tied for 57th overall heading into the final round.
