See The Practice Glove in action from a first person view. With Meta Glasses, you’ll experience the same perspective golfers get when learning how to lock in their grip. You’ll see how the straps guide proper hand placement, how the glove prevents twisting, and how it helps build muscle memory for more consistent swings and greater confidence on the course.

Okay, guys, listen up. Here’s how to use the practice glove. Make sure your straps sit on top of your hand. This is how you want to start before strapping in. Rotate your palm up and then rest the club over those dots. Keep those dots under the club as you turn your hand over. Locate the strap that crosses the index finger. And then you’re going to wrap this grip You see how it curls up the grip? That’s a good thing. And you’re going to pull it in between the index finger and the middle finger. Turn your hand over. Pull it across the padding and secure with the white velcro down. This can go over the white velcro, black velcro. Right in between is probably the best. As long as it’s going across that padding, you’re good. Now, grab this strap. pull it down under the pinky. You’re just going to let that dangle. Turn your hand over and then reach for it on the other side of your hand. Pull it across the padding next to the pinky and secure down. Your straps should form a cross and you shouldn’t see the white Velcro. If the straps are twisted, you’re going to see your white Velcro. That’s not good. Make sure the white Velcro is down. Now, if you look at your club, you can see it’s locked in. So, this is how you use the glove straps. And I would highly recommend practicing with the glove straps first. Once you practice and you’re comfortable with the glove straps, go ahead and use the hand wrap. You’re going to locate the logo side of the hand wrap. attach to the logo on the glove. Pull down and the middle of the wrap should cross the ring finger. That’s a great way to wrap the knuckles. Reattach on top. So now your hand wrap locks in your hand to the club and then the straps locked in the club to your hand. So you’re so locked in at this point. It’s a great way to practice. If you want to lock in both hands, loosen some slack in the hand wrap. And then you’re going to thread your trail hand underneath the wrap. Go down until it’s normal position. And this locks in a great pressure point, which is trail hand to glove thumb. It’s a great way to improve mechanics. So, that’s how you get started with the glove straps on the glove and the hand wrap.
