I read a post a bit ago where someone mentioned their posture. I remember some commenters saying that having a rounded upper back/shoulders is actually biomechanically better than a more forced flat back. I’m still pretty new to golf and just got a tripod so I decided to try recording my swing to see what needs work. The first thing I noticed was my posture at address, I tried making my upper back more straight but it compromised my swing consistency. Is my back too rounded? If anyone has had the same issue how did you correct it? Anything else I should fix in my posture? Thanks in advance.

Having your hips over your feet will allow the hips to rotate more, as well as squaring up your feet in a box pattern versus the angled duck feet.
