Little to no experience here. I like about a 30 second drive from a county golf course. Buckets of balls are $2. I took 1 lesson with a PGA Certified Instructor. I was advised to go to the driving range a few times before setting up my next lesson. I went once after my lesson, then I hurt my wrist and was in a splint for a few months. Yesterday was my first day picking up a club 3.5 months. The video was here is my 2nd day out since my injury. Does anybody have any suggestions, or good advice? I’m very open. Honesty is fine, but please be nice and respectful.

Your iron setup is a bit too upright at address. That can mess with your spine angle and make you lift a bit in the backswing, hurting contact. Try adding a small forward tilt at setup and let your wrists drop a touch so the club sits a bit higher. Your tempo looks balanced, which should help once this setup change takes hold. Do a few easy half-swings focusing on the tilt and loose wrists to feel the difference before you swing full shots.
