My shots usually go where I want them now. Average-player distance (this is 7i, usually 140-150yd). I don’t have any shape control or anything, but usually just straight or a bit faded. Would love a draw one day.

Age 42. Retired skateboarder, many disc related injuries. Back is feeling alright at the moment through the swing.

Any simple thoughts to just keep progressing?

For your set up: Too hunched back at the shoulder, try to hinge from the hips and squeeze your upper arms to your chest/rib cage so that the inside part of tour elbows faces the sky. On right foot is perpendicular to where you aim, left foot should be opened up 30 degrees to help your hip open in the swing. Depending on if your injuries are more upper back or lower back you me be restricted in movement and should follow what’s comfortable for you but right now the lack of use of your hips is actually worst long term for your back. Doing the right sequencing with maybe a smaller back swing to protect your back, you should be able to walk a step further from unlocking a pure swing. From a fellow skateboard
