Min Woo Lee’s manager has denied there is any suggestion the Australian PGA Tour golfer is close to agreeing a deal with LIV Golf, according to a report.
The PIF-backed breakaway is on the hunt for new additions ahead of their fourth full campaign which kicks off under the lights next February in Saudi Arabia.
Six full-time LIV players were relegated last season. Among those LIV need to replace are former Open champion Henrik Stenson and multiple PGA Tour winner Anthony Kim.
Kim made a sensational return to the sport in 2023 after more than a decade away from professional golf and despite attempts to arrest his slump finished the 2025 campaign in the dreaded drop zone.
LIV changed their rules this year, stating that relegated golfers were no longer allowed to make a “business case” to remain. It’s widely assumed the change was made so LIV could finally secure world ranking points.

In recent weeks, there has been speculation about a number of PGA and DP World Tour golfers that LIV are said to be targeting.
Tony Finau, Tom Kim, Jason Day, Marco Penge and the Danish Hojgaard brothers have been linked.
Day previously revealed his manager was told directly by LIV officials that he was too injury-prone to join.
Finau is said to have agreed a deal only for it to collapse at the eleventh hour – while Penge is understood to be very happy about the chance to compete on the PGA Tour.
Penge has already confirmed that he will be moving to the United States to chase his dream after securing his first PGA Tour card via the Race to Dubai.

The aforementioned Lee, who won his first PGA Tour title in March at the Texas Children’s Houston Open, has also been mentioned.
Lee’s manager Brent Hamilton told MailSport there is no truth in the claim, telling the publication: “There is no validity in the rumours – he is happy on the PGA Tour.”
The report also suggested that two-time major champion Dustin Johnson is currently in negotiations to extend his contract.
Johnson was among the first wave of high-profile players to join LIV in 2022 and his contract runs out “this winter”, according to the publication.
The American, now 41, has struggled for form in the major championships since joining LIV.

But according to MS, Johnson is close to agreeing a contract extension.
LIV also need to sort out contract extensions for Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka.
DeChambeau said before the Ryder Cup he was confident that he would extend his stay.
Koepka’s contract also expires at the end of 2026.
Former PGA Tour member Johnson Wagner said this week that he doesn’t expect Koepka to return to the established circuit until 2027 at the earliest.
