Donald Trump calls son Barron Trump ‘cute’ in a cringeworthy moment with Kai Trump while the president and his granddaughter were on the golf course in a new YouTube video

Donald Trump had a moment with Kai Trump, in which the president called his youngest son Barron Trump “cute.”
Kai Trump is one of the youngest members of the Trump clan, pursuing a life of golf, a passion she shares with her grandfather. As such, the two often are spotted on the links discussing golf and other matters pertaining to the sport.
In Kai Trump’s most recent YouTube video, the two are spotted playing a round and discussing a bevy of topics. The conversation turned to Barron Trump, who is one year older than Kai Trump.

As the Trumps talked, the discussion turned to how Donald Trump’s youngest son was doing at NYU, with Kai Trump pondering how her uncle was doing in college. “He’s doing good,” the president began to his 18-year-old granddaughter while the two were on the links.
“He’s a good boy. He loves you. He said, ‘Say hello to Kai, Dad.’ I said, ‘Barron, why don’t you come out and watch?’ He said [no]. He’s so cute. He’s a good boy.”
Despite the two having a one-year age gap, Barron Trump is actually Kai Trump’s uncle, though the two have had a relationship more akin to cousins. Speaking before Donald Trump’s inauguration day, the rising golf star gave a glimpse on what life was like between the two.

“Me, Barron and Donny, we used to play hide and go seek… and also on the front lawn [we] would play soccer,” Kai Trump recalled, showcasing a side of the political family often not seen and often hidden away from the media.
Although Barron Trump’s relationship with Kai Trump is more lighthearted, it appears that the former’s relationship with his older siblings is not as innocent as playing games together. Of note, four of Donald Trump’s children are well into their adult lives, while Barron Trump is just beginning his.
Eric Trump, the president’s 41-year-old son and father of two, explained that he gave his youngest half-brother spicy dating advice. Barron Trump recently hosted a date at Trump Tower, wth his parents closing off a level of the building for the man to enjoy his company.

“I love the kid. He is a wonderful man. He is a wonderful friend and well beyond his years. … I can’t tell you, God. I’m going to get myself into a lot of trouble,” Eric Trump stated, as he shared the words he told Barron Trump.
What’s more, the older Trump explained more of the conversations that he had with the NYU student as he continues to live his life.
“So, honestly, shutting down a floor of Trump Tower is like PG-13 versus where my mind would have been at his age in terms of the dating scene,” Eric Trump continued. “Joking aside, Barron’s a great kid, his head’s clearly on his shoulders, and he’s a good man.
“I’m proud of him.”
