Looking at more hip turn when you swing barely gets past half way back. Work on actually turning your shoulders.

Hips look fine, but your shoulders don’t rotate at all.
Hips should rotate like 40 ish degrees back, but your shoulder should go to like 80 back… There’s no separation between your shoulders and hips here and that is the real issue
