BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M junior standout Aaron Pounds was slotted No. 44 in the initial Scoreboard National Player Ranking of the 2025-26 season.
Pounds’ standing was buoyed by his first collegiate victory, winning the season-opening 2nd Swing Gopher Invitational. He also finished tied for fourth at the Marquette Intercollegiate. It marks the highest career ranking for Pounds. He rose as high as No. 133 last season and finished the year ranked No. 163.
The next Aggie on the list is Wheaton Ennis at No. 126. The sophomore has two top-10 finishes, including a t-6th at the Marquette Intercollegiate and t-9th at the OFCC/Fighting Illini Invitational. He wrapped up the 2024-25 campaign at a career-high No. 82.
Freshman Shiv Parmer debuted at No. 131 in the rankings. He has also posted two top-10 results, including a t-8th at the Ben Hogan Collegiate Invitational and a t-9th at the Gopher Invitational.
The Aggies have claimed one title on the season with a triumph at the Gopher Invitational. They wrap up the fall slate Oct. 25-26 at the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational in Loxley, Alabama.
